I made it twice. First time exactly as yours and the second time forgot the cream cheese. It did not make any difference at all in the end result. For those who are out of cream cheese or want to lessen the calories, go ahead and make it without it. It will still come out perfect. This garlic bread recipe was hands down the highlight of dinner tonight. Not many bread/pasta substitutes can replace the real thing but this was delicious. I almost cried bc I've been missing garlic bread with some dinners and I hadn't noticed how much until I bit into a piece. The bread base is good enough to use as sandwhich bread, buns, or biscuits! Substituted the cream cheese with feta cheese (cause I had that), DELICIOUS!!!. Also, once the dough was spread out on the parchment, I separated it into 4 strips so I would have more crunchy edges.Thank you for this recipe. I'm new to keto and it's a bit of a learning curve for me. This is the first recipe I've tried. Loved it.

OMG! I made this this morning and it was truly the most delicious thing I've eaten in such a long time! I have coeliac disease and find it difficult to find good recipes - this was just insanely superb. Thank you so much for this 😋😍😋😍 👍👍
After different 4 tries at this, I found that sifting the almond flour and whisking a medium size egg worked best for me. The sifting removes the brown almond skin from the flour and makes it lighter allowing the bread to rise nicely. I baked it at 350 F for about 14 mins. The eyeball method works best rather than going by a timer. The bread was really tasty and very similar to "bakery bread". The bread keeps very well wrapped in the fridge for the next day.

Wow so good. I made this garlic bread but when I seen him melt the butter in the dish I said that’s way over a tablespoon so I added a little less than a half stick. Everything else was great. IF YOU USE CAULIFLOWER, make sure you dry it out (warm it through in a pan,no oil , continually stirring on low-med heat) before you mix it in, and COOLED, otherwise you get too much moisture and it ends up soggy. Or dry it out a little in the oven for a few minutes, dry.

Yeah, I don't think the parsley would be as good. I would use Basil and Rosemary, myself.
