@@billj4525 Gordon doesn’t look like he does in those pictures all the time either.. but when you’re entire life revolves around training and you don’t have a job to go to and you do jiu jitsu run and weight lift everyday all the time no deviation then train hard for a competition 12 weeks our you’d be surprised how you look.. maybe he did maybe he didn’t but don’t say it’s impossible to train to look a certain way in general. It may be impossible for you with your mindset and schedule and funds but it’s not impossible for everyone.
USADA enters ibjjf and adcc, Gordon will hide under the ring with Bonz Jones.

Where can I find a personal trainer like that? She can keep doing squats in front of me and I'll keep on going with whatever exercise I'm doing until I pass out....
@2:26 lord have mercy....
I lost a lot of respect for John after this. Nobody can deny how good/dedicated/amazing John is. He's top tier. But your propping up a cheater and you know it. Worse, your trying to make it ok. Which makes you just as guilty, I don't care how many damn accomplishments you have. I just listened to you flushing principals down the toilet. The fact that you flushed while wearing medals doesn't friggin matter John. It doesn't matter who you are. Anyone remember Lance? Big hero right? King of the bike right?
Everyone is juicing man lol
Why does everyone say he uses steroids? Did he ever got caught?
Bruh this guy was already making a case for grappling GOAT at 21…
Reward for people who finish the video.

That tattoo with the eye and the pyramid... interesting symbolism...

I think I can guess who hand-engraved that tatoo in his right biceps > Respect Everyone.
It took me a little over two minutes to realize Gordon Ryan was in the video ...
Squats and milk is all it takes
I don't think it was steroids at all let's remember this is all he does everyday. to an average person you have a 9 to 5 job and then working out so it damn near impossible to have those gains to an average person like us.
He says that his team is the only team that doesnt use steriods.. mostly
Is it true that ADCC stands for Anabolic drug consumption club.
Those bolt ons!
Good ol' T and poise. 👍
Danahers neck looks like he's following the same regiment as Ryan
He is a walking pharmacy.
How many matches did he have to win for an ADCC title?
