I've been dealing with this pain for 2 days now from stiff neck. I've searched for exercises and done many of them to no avail. What actually helped me was an accidental sneeze (which hurt like hell from the sudden neck jerk) but I felt so much better and more flexible after I sneezed. Amazing! 🤗

OMGGGGGGGGG thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you! I’ve had a stiff neck with limited range of motion for the past few months and it’s beginning to be dangerous because I can’t turn my head when I’m crossing the street and things like that and I just tried this and I felt relief and I felt the range of motion increase! So I’m going to do it at different times throughout the day like you said. I legit want to cry! That’s how much relief I felt just from doing it for a few seconds😰 please don’t ever take this video down thank you 🙏🏿 ❤️

I woke up fine first thing this morning and did my morning stretches, but then encountered a crick neck on the right. Over the course of 2 hours, it was hard to move and becoming somewhat painful. I found your video first thing while searching for my issue, and watched it thoroughly first. I was pleased with what I watched and tried your techniques. The screeching techniques worked instantly. I went from about 25% range of motion turning my head to the right to about 50%. Also, the pain has diminished quite a bit. I will continue to use your technique along with the aid of a heat pad to help sooth the muscles and loosen them back up.
Thank you so much for you video!

I recently had a stiff neck and it was painful. Using a neck pillow (the one for travelling) helped lessen the pain as it assisted my neck and it doesn't let me make sudden head turns especially when I sleep or lay down. And of course, do gentle exercises with this. I hope this helps and I hope for you to have a fast recovery :)

Very helpful for tight muscles and perhaps joints. Obviously do not do if you have a disc herniation unless doctor or PT says it is OK. And if it hurts I would assume back off or stop. Stretch to a good stretch, not to where it hurts, or it will seize up and probably get worse from my experiences. I hope Bob and Brad concur with my message! :)

I was tingling to my toes with relief. Thank you so much for helping me, even if it is only momentary. I will continue these exercises though for sure. ....... Is there something I should always avoid as a rule of thumb?
