after doing yoga for many years, it's important to remind ourselves of basic primal movements, you always come up with something new and useful, and words can't express how grateful I am (except all these words here.. Personally, I have some deep psychological issues that make life unbearable at times, and yoga (specifically, over the last few months, your routines and videos) have been my most useful antidepressant. I am so grateful for you and your work
So kind to write this. We just show the door and provide the tools but you’re the one making time and putting in the work to go through and practice. Keep up the practice each day, then build all the rest on top of that solid foundation. Amazing work 🌿
Thank you for this detailed explanations. Walking and hanging, love this. I stopped jogging some years ago, but I keep walking and it makes my mind and body feel fresh and grounded. Or chasiing the bus, or taking the stairs, or riding with your bike to buy groceries. Include movement in your everyday life. I am fit but I never had a membership in a fitness center. You simply don't need it, if you move throughout the day, and it doesn't have to be hard and exhausting.
These primal movements have become an integral part of my rouinte to go into a flow. Descriptive class is perfect! I discovered outer and inner ranges. Definatley more primal movement classes

I’ve always parked as far out from whatever store I go shopping at and most times carry my bags instead of pushing a cart out when done! I’ve been doing meditation and movement mainly yogi squats & a few rounds of sun sals before coffee then yoga (used to be caffeinate first) however I saw your video about you two switching up your daily routine & thought I’d try!! You both are an inspiration and amazing yoga teachers! I hope to see some future teacher trainings now that you’re in the states!? I’m almost finished with my 200 hr RYT that I’m completing online however I feel that in person is the way to go! I live in a rural area where yoga is taught at the YMCA by fitness instructors. Nothing wrong with being a fitness instructor however from my experience it’s not the same! 🙏
I love these primal movement videos! You feel like a kid again when doing these. The Strength Side channel has alot of good animal/primal movement videos also.
The first forward bent movement is great for decompressing lower back but you don’t want to be lifting weights in that position unless you have a deathwish!
