I know that sounds bad, but Stagg is just too hot. I love the flavor explosion after the burn, but it's not my daily drink. WR DO is. I do love my Stagg.
Fantastic list. The 1792 Full Proof and Barrell Foundation are two of my very favorite pours right now. I would probably add the Barrell Dovetail. Heck, anything from Barrell really!
Totally agree on Barrell! I tend to love everything they do. Just sampled their Mizunara finish coming out soon and I won't spoil it...but it was quite good. Cheers!
