What program of yours would you recommend for me as someone who is trying to get out of just doing bodybuilding training and wants to be more athletic again, strong, functionable, and in good condition? I do run off and on and do some combat style training but i really need a structured program other wise i just over do everything.
I get most of my carbs through candy, dessert and soda then I just cut out carbs from my actual meals. Try to get my sweets eaten around workouts. It’s pretty fucked up but somehow it works.
Good video I’m sure you’re aware but in case other people aren’t, the I can’t believe it’s not butter has 0 cal because there are over 1000 servings listed on the bottle. I’ve never gotten 1000+ sprays out of one of those so I would be curious to know what the real Calorie count is per actual serving.
How do you feel about losing fat by keto? Like your same routine in the video. But macros skewed to lower carbs and higher healthy fats (so not like KETO keto. But for that changed macro break down)
