@@SzatStrength you mentioned digestion, and I think hormones, but they also level blood sugar, improve metabolism since the full body movement is sending blood all over the body that signals of nutrient need get fed back in the nervous system, you also erase fatigue from eating and minimize bloating. Plus, with belly rhythms and breathing rhythms, it's pretty meditative
Oh man congratulations!! I don't know you or have ever watched you but i wish you the best on your new fatherhood journey my brother! Many blessings to your family 🙏
Congrats brother! From someone the same age as you & with 2 young ones, be kind to yourself! You and bub are both new to this, it's stressful AF but rewarding watching your own human developing every day. Enjoy!!
Real talk thank you. My grip has increased since working in rice bucket training a couple months ago. Thats just a small part of what im doing and ive got along way to go but thanks for all the advice.
What's your take on this Big Joe - does muscle memory work in a calorie deficit as an advanced natural lifter? I've got around 20% or so more muscle to gain to get back to where I was pre accident but I need and want to cut now.
muscle memory is a thing for sure, I would say it depends on where your physique is at now. if you are lean and happy with current look / performance than I would slowly mass .5-1lb per week until you hit your goal or are happy with progress. If you have some unwanted fat or aren't as lean as you wish maybe do a 4-6 week mini cut and then start slowly massing.
Great video, very helpful and congrats on becoming a dad. I just had a question about what my protein intake should be... Im currently 220 and trying to get down to about 180, should i try and target a protein intake based off of my target weight or current weight?
Just clicked on this video I’ll watch it later I have something to do just wanted to say congratulations on being a father may god keep you and your family away from all evil
Hey, I could use help I’m a para ad going to the gym for 3-4 hours three times a week I can’t really do much I use infinity rope some curls lat pull downs slam ball and some dips, what can I do to change things up, I’m trying to use some machines now but I’m self conscious about transferring as my legs are just for aesthetics and useless , I walk a dog everyday for one to three hours and sometimes a few miles around my park
if you shoot me an email I can connect you with a buddy of mine whos a gym goer and para from hips down. He has a lot of good ideas and would be great to connect you two!
if you have a decent amount of fat I would go based off goal weight, if you are intermediate / advanced w your training I would go based off current in the window I recommended.
