Hydrogen water, so water which is h2o which is already 2 parts hydrogen needs more hydrogen? Which is bubbled and therefore isn't being absorbed by the water or anything really other than the atmosphere. That's got to just be a placebo thing.

Your take on it could be valid, maybe it's basically snake oil, but to say something exists already as a compound so adding more components yields no net change is a silly thing to say on face value.
The supplement/nutrition industry is probably 85% placebo. Nutrition is notoriously difficult to study for so many reasons(lack of compliance, no true placebo group, and the impossibility of having a control group). Tough to navigate and decide what is worth it

Tip for cooking meat: use a pot instead of a pan. It’s literally just a pan with taller walls. It’ll cook the exact same but it’ll help prevent splatter and prevent spillage out the sides. Been a game changer for me when I make ground beef 😎

it is mind blowing how much he is spending on all that food, those pre-packaged meals, 7 meals per day and the large portions are easily costing $100+/day
@@Indaigo1- Could be several reasons. As he is "cutting" breaking up the burgers creates more apparent volume and might be a mind game to help him feel at least a little more full. It could also just be a carry over from when he was eating much more. Eating as much as they do must be a chore. Ones jaw must ache from all the chewing. Breaking it down into smaller bites when cooking makes it easier to process while eating later... also cooks faster that way.
Brian, I really miss your old intro when you clapped on the beat drop. It was so epic and made me super hyped up!!!! Nice video, can't wait for your fight. 😎
🤨hydrogenated water? No, there are not a ton of studies. There are a few limited studies all with mixed results and none with repeatable results. It's not going to hurt, but for the regular person if the price is high, it's pretty sketchy and unproven.
Yep chemist here. Nothing but pseudoscience. Hydrogen is insoluble in water so it just bubbles right out, not that it would do anything to you if it didn’t.
When he opened his pitcher and poured the glass, there goes all that bubbling hydrogen along with the $$$ into the atmosphere. Hydrogen is insoluble in water.

Right? Like I know he knows what he's talking about. But to me all that jug is doing is separating the hydrogen and oxygen in the water, electrolysis, then they just float to the top and leave. Seems like it's just less water. But who knows these days.
Suggestions for end of day protein shake: Make shake in advance, add dates to sweeten, peanut butter or whatever healthy condiment you like, then freeze. Cut frozen shake into pieces, toss pieces in blender until smooth = homemade protein ice cream. It's delicious and replaces unhealthy dairy ice cream and spices up boring protein shake.

Maybe when the cameras are not rolling, but i have to say i am super impressed that he's doing so much of his own cooking and prep when he could easily pay for it. Maybe it's cleaning staff and crew that makes light work of the mess after, maybe some odd % of the time it's chef's doing the cooking, but I honestly think he and his wife cook the food he eats which is huge labor to the say the least.
Consider looking into eliminating all plastic and non stick coating cookware. Ceramic is fine but stainless steel or copper is really what you should cook on. Plastics and coatings contain a lot of estrogenic chemicals that’ll lower your T-levels. Even your synthetic clothing contains the same chemicals.

Adding hydrogen bubbles to H2O..... who scammed Brian ?
Tip for cooking meat: use a pot instead of a pan. It’s literally just a pan with taller walls. It’ll cook the exact same but it’ll help prevent splatter and prevent spillage out the sides. Been a game changer for me when I make ground beef 😎
Just watched your 2008 WSM competition and you were 362 Ibs. Moving around pretty good at that weight.
You are truly a inspiration Brian. Keep up the good work 💪💪💪💪
That container of grapes had way more carbs than just 21. Grapes are almost all sugar. Diabetics generally steer clear of them for that reason.
Sure enjoyed the video this morning! As an ex-athlete, I am intrigued to see your level of discipline with portion control and consistency in your diet. One thing I currently struggle with, but finding the motivation through your content is renewing and ready to keep working. Have a great day!
Tell me you're advertising without telling me you're advertising 😂
Shawstrength redemption 💪
it is mind blowing how much he is spending on all that food, those pre-packaged meals, 7 meals per day and the large portions are easily costing $100+/day
Right must be insane. Also love how he mash all of his burger patties. Wtf is going on haha
Bro u are a beast!! Missed ur videos for some reason?!?? Bt great vid and love the journey..Sooper belated Happie New Years to u and yours 🫡🙏🏼👌🏼🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great diet discipline. Simple and effective 🔥
Brian, I really miss your old intro when you clapped on the beat drop. It was so epic and made me super hyped up!!!! Nice video, can't wait for your fight. 😎
Thank you Brian I always learn something new.😊
Hey man keep up the good work lifting, we all gotta start somewhere!
obviously joking
🤨hydrogenated water? No, there are not a ton of studies. There are a few limited studies all with mixed results and none with repeatable results. It's not going to hurt, but for the regular person if the price is high, it's pretty sketchy and unproven.
Yep chemist here. Nothing but pseudoscience. Hydrogen is insoluble in water so it just bubbles right out, not that it would do anything to you if it didn’t.
It's only a $1200 pitcher. Breakfast of Champions......because they are the only ones that can afford it. ha!
When he opened his pitcher and poured the glass, there goes all that bubbling hydrogen along with the $$$ into the atmosphere. Hydrogen is insoluble in water.
4:00 when its in strongmen, work, and life Brian Shaw is always a competitor keep being great
The quest protein chips are amazing!
Started at 306, down to 244. Going for 220. It’s awesome to see someone his size cutting down. I’m excited to follow along.
Never thought the day would come when Brian would eat less than me 😂
Frozen grapes are amazing!
if the grapes are already firm, not necessary to freeze as they are already good quality. But any frozen grapes are delicious!
what is rice n grinds and why is it blue? lol im from the uk btw
I’m from the US and was wondering the same thing lol
Its a hot rice cereal, kind of like a oatmeal replacement. There is a blueberry muffin flavor that popped up when I looked it up online, I would assume that's what is going on with the neon blue color....I hope....
As always what an amazing video. Thank You for all the hard work and for truly Caring about the people (us) that you are helping with by making content like this.
The faucet above the stove! Here I am walking to the sink like a sucker!
That’s 190°+ hot water dispenser
I always enjoy your videos you are always in such good spirits and you are truly an inspiration for me.
This is expiring! At 5’7 I was 283lbs at my heaviest. Cut back on a lot of unnecessary meals and ate a lot cleaner. I’m currently weighting at 204lbs. I don’t necessarily have a goal, but 190 ish would be cool to see
Whoever does the camera work is doing amazing!
That is a week of food for me😂
Greets from holland
Man this journey is inspiring. I went from 301lb down to 246lb up to 277lb. Goal is 285lb before cutting for summer down to 240lb to shred up.
@SIRShawStrength what's up?
Can your family reach the microwave?
😅
Only with a ladder.🤣
Thanks Brian for sharing with us! Such a friendly, humble, teddy bear like. Would it fair to call it a protein sludge btw?
All this time the “normal” water I’ve been drinking is clearly missing the hydrogen….
I said the same thing lmao
@@shawnsmith211 it would seem people (he) will just believe anything they (he) is told if someone is trying to make some money out of it somewhere along the lines.
From 10k calories to 4k. Wow
Hey brian do you have to use special bench pads. Meaning wider bench pads for flat or incline or should press? Do you ever have promo codes for discounts
for rogue or titan equipment for 20-50% off?
Someone must tell him that his water already contains hydrogen...
Loooooool
If you put chopped spinach in those eggs it would go well with the eggs and get the veggies in. You gotta love spinach with forearms that huge.
Hydrogen water? Water is H2O dude it already has hydrogen in it
water has a lot of other things in it too, thats why u filter it smart alec
This is a special type of water
That's the nice part of having lots of money, just buy shit.
I have always seen Shaw eat so muhc that this feels like a warmup for his actual meals. LOL
But I am happy to see that his meals are efficient and does the job. His microwave timing game is on spot 🤣🤣🤣
That 'hydrogen water' is such a scam, water is made of hydrogen lol
So long as it works for him I suppose. If he feels better he feels better.
Facts
Yeah, most likely placebo, but if it works, it works
I’d love to see more of these day of eating videos. Helps me feel full when I’m on a cut lol
I'm 6"7 at my heaviest 465 now im 373 goal is 280
6'7 280 is gonna be scary lmaoooo you got it!
@ryansawyer9901 thanks I use to power lift
@@clarencejames74 did you originally bulk up for powerlifting? Or were you just already massive and powerlifted? Either way congrats on the weight cut! I'm 5'10" 235-240, but think I'd feel better if I cut down 10-15 or so pounds, I'd like to go a little higher weight wise but all that happens is my belly sticks out more when I up the calories lmao. So then it comes into... do I stay long term and health focused? Or keep sacrificing health... I'm thinking I need to switch to being more healthier minded on my food intake.
@@unclemoneymoneyuncle8702 a lil when I start I was 320 but I was on the leaner side of it
@clarencejames you got this, bro!
Hey Brian what do you think about using plastics in the microwave? I keep hearing bad stuff about all the chemicals from the plastic going into your food. Would be safer to throw all that into a ceramic plate or bowl. I dont trust any of those microwaveable plastics
What that blue s**t? 😂
The flavor of rice and grind
FINALLY! someone else on the frozen grape train! I am a sucker for potato chips...and I think its the crunch for me. so when im training for muay thai and cutting weight I have frozen grapes for my snack. Find it satisfies my want for that crunch
hydrogen water 🤣
I just started going back to the gym and I have a aim/goal to train my body like you, but I just want to know do you warm up before working out if so maybe dedicate a video on warm up and what you do before workouts? Would love to know 😊
B great B let’s go get it 👑 thank you for all you do and who you are and messaged Facebook and Twitter too. Always inspirational legend keep it up and keep hanging out with “the beast” too so good 😊
try cooking the protiens on medium high heat. pusher around every 10 to 15 seconds. always season at the end.
You’re home gym is jaw dropping!
That was always funny on Ronnie Coleman's vids with him running his blender wide open at like 3am :)
No notes except for one salmon or fatty fish meal a week! Other than that amazing improvements on incorporating more fruits & veggies and less white sugar!! I'm so happy to see how good the diet is. And you look so much healthier!
Most athletes of Brian’s caliber have personal hired chefs. Awesome that he prepares all his own meals!
