- Get ready to sweat my friends! We have a low impact HIIT workout ahead of us today. Low impact but high intensity that is!! We have one HIIT circuit that we're going to get through loaded with no jumping exercises. Two rounds today - 45 seconds on and just a quick 15 seconds of rest ooh it's going to be a sweaty one 🔥

THANK YOU!!! The "easy on the knees" and "no equipment; no jumping" workouts like this have helped me recover from tendonitis! (Daily Glucosamine Chondroiton helps as well)! This was "just the right" amount of cardio. I always look forward to your workouts! Hoping that you have more pilates in yoga videos in the future as well......
Love ALL your workouts, Heather! Your production quality is amazing and it's so great to workout just to audio prompts without any talking. Also love that you leave in all your real moments (if you slip up, or if a bit of prop goes awry) - makes it all so genuine and better to work out alongside to. I tell all my friends who will listen about your videos! If there's one type of workout I'd love for you to consider making, it is a low-impact HIIT with SIT (sprint interval training) movements at the end of each work block. Emerging research shared by Dr Stacy Sims seems to be saying this type of workout is especially beneficial for women in 40s and over, ahead of and while dealing with peri/menopause. Thank you! Please - more low impact as you have a lot of the over 50 population enjoying all your content. I am 66 and prefer not to jump too much these days but love to push myself with heavier weights. Keeping strong, flexible and mobile is my is what I am striving for as I get older.💜

That was amazing. I dream about a 1 or 2 week (new) low impact programm, to get back on track. After a long break (holiday, illness, work, and so on) it's not so easy to get back on track. I'll do the 12 week 2.0 again, but when I start with that right now, I'm sure I'll not be able to move for at least 3 days.... 😊 I love the 6 week programm, but a new one would be awesome! ❣
