If you're prone to getting boils, eat pineapple. My husband would frequently get monstrous boils that required lancing and draining, started eating pineapple and never had another one.
Pinespple tea is delicious. Made with the pineapple skin, and the middle core. Add honey and ginger root. I drink it cold and hot. Helps my osteoarthritis. 🙂
Pineapple skins may be covered in pesticides and herbicides banned in the United States. Monsanto and other soulless corporations are allowed to export their banned chemicals to other countries still. Pineapples from Costa Rica, Guatemala and similar corrupt government countries probably should have their skins (at least) discarded. Making 'tea' from toxic waste isn't very wise.
@@rosalindjamison9202 good idea. Pineapple is likely sprayed with pesticides banned in the USA. And banned herbicides sprayed on pineapple fields. We dump our failed chemicals in the third world and Congress allows it. Monsanto has the money they worship and want.
I have a strong affection for pineapple, consuming it as a snack almost daily. Several years ago, I embarked on a diet that involved fasting for a few weeks. During this period, I primarily drank water and only indulged in small pieces of pineapple when I felt hungry. Upon resuming my regular eating habits, I began with modest portions. This approach made me feel revitalized, increased my energy levels, and resulted in a significant weight loss.
What a fantastic video, Dr. Mandell! 🍍 Who knew that the humble pineapple could be the superhero of the fruit world? With over 51,000 views in just a few days, it seems like everyone is ready to embrace their inner tropical health guru! Your breakdown of bromelain is particularly enlightening. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of enzymes-helping with everything from digestion to inflammation. Who knew that munching on pineapple could be a delicious way to tackle sinusitis and arthritis? Talk about a fruit that packs a punch! And let’s not forget the antioxidants! Pineapples are like nature’s little bodyguards, fighting off free radicals while we enjoy our piña coladas (or, you know, just plain pineapple). Plus, the idea that this fruit can help with stress and energy levels is a game-changer. Next time I’m feeling overwhelmed, I’ll just grab a slice instead of reaching for that third cup of coffee! Your enthusiasm for this tropical delight is contagious, and it’s clear that you’re on a mission to spread the word about its health benefits. I can already see the pineapple-themed wellness retreats popping up! Thanks for sharing this valuable information in such an engaging way. I’m off to stock up on pineapples-who knew saving my life could be so delicious? Keep up the great work! 🍍✨
It's ironic I saw this video now because I've been taken quercetin with bromelain and I feel so amazing when I take it in all aspects. Thanks for the helpful video as always!
Also diced pineapple, & Their namesake! Good to know it thickens hair too, or so I:ve heard about growing beards, by eating diced . ... ... . Regularly
Remember if you buy canned pineapple, there's not much bromelain in it because the core of the pineapple has been cut off. Bromelain is in the core of it :) eat pineapple always fresh.
I get a fresh pineapple very week for my grandkids visits. I eat very little of the sweet part. I eat the core it has also. I make pineapple tea during the week add cloves ginger and cinnamon..
This is great, I love pineapple and I like it with cottage cheese. Is it good to eat with cottage cheese too? Thank You Dr Mandell and may God Bless you and your mother 🙏🏻♥️
Well I am certainly not the doc, but I also love pineapple and cottage cheese! Since the bromelin eats protein and he said to eat a protein with pineapple to avoid a sore mouth (it makes my tongue sore sometimes). I always buy the 4% milk fat (whole milk) cottage cheese because it fills me up more, eat less at a time, keeps me satisfied for a long amount of time, and actually helps my blood glucose numbers drop rather quickly. Plus, the 4% has more protein versus the lower fat cottage cheese . It's kinda like my miracle food! Hope my experience helps some

I buy precut pineapple. Put in glass jar and refrigerate. Eat a few pieces every morning and evening. After a few days it starts to ferment and get fizzy. Tastes amazing and excellent for digestion.
I love pineapple 🍍 but it doesn’t love me! Over the years I’ve become allergic to it! I usually eat it with cottage cheese or plain!❤ It’s good with farmer’s cheese too ❤🎉
Thankyou Dr Mandell I had no idea what you revealed about pineapples. I've seen them growing in the fields of Queensland. When left on the bush to fully rippen the flesh inside goes almost translucent golden yellow oozing sap and crows are eating them ripping them apart.😊
