I’ve been following you for a couple years and love your content…I’ve read multiple nutritionist articles that all say you can only absorb 25-30 grams of protein per meal and the rest goes to waist…I am 6’3” 210lbs and I’m lean with decent muscle but I’ve always wanted to eat my body weight in protein but it’s hard to do when you consider that would take me 7 meals at 30 grams of protein per meal…what is your take on protein intake per meal? I ask because there are 2-3 days every week where I'm burning upwards of 1,500 calories since I do HIIT, weights, and boxing sessions those days. Other days I'm burning around 600-1,000 calories. So I'm wondering if my goal caloric intake should fluctuate day-to-day based on my workout intensity or if I should keep it the same each day? Thanks as always for your great content!

2600 calories on a cutting cycle?!?!?!?! Crazy to see so many fitness youtubers/influencers whatever who go on cut cycles eating 1500 calories a day. Your approach seems so much more sustainable!
I'm slowly cutting right now at 2,600 calories per day! All depends on your maintenance!!!! Everyone is different... different amount of muscle, different amount of daily activity.
It's all personal to your size and muscle mass. Magnus is someone with a lot of muscle mass who has trained for years so he burns more at rest than someone whos just starting with little to no muscle mass. There's people who can cut on 3000 plus calories they're just large individuals with loads of muscle. If your 5 foot 1 and 140lbs with little muscle cuttings gonna be a bit more painful calorie wise lol
Also totally dependent on activity levels. Postman walking 20k steps a day is gonna be able to eat a ton more and cut then someone who never leaves the house
Soda is an awful food. You are drinking your calories. They go down quick and easy. And diet soda is chemicals. Not judging, but I think soda is something you should just get out of your life.. like smoking. When I quit sugar flavored seltzer did the trick.
This didn't look like 2,600 calories. It looked like less. But the avocado is very high in calories. Still though, I have to learn to eat meals like this then just stop. I would eat any meal like this and still be hungry.

Thank you Amin, I keep mine the same because it’s easier and I’m in calorie deficit anyways. But there a lot of different strategies

depends on your height too! if youre short like me and female i would be on about 1500 calories with 2-3 days of exercise
