@@tyger1104 "Aside from newbie gains its impossible for a natty to gain muscle while on a deficit ." This statement is only partially true. "Newbie gains" are a combination of how far you are from your genetic limit and your body fat percentage. It actually has nothing to do with being a newbie. It is only called so since newbies get a lot of gains, even when cutting. If you're an experienced trainer, overweight and train while on a deficit, you will still be able to gain, just not as fast. When your body fat gets lower, the gains will start diminishing and eventually your body will start feeding more on your lean mass. At this point a newbie will most likely still be able gain and continue cutting whereas an experienced trainer will only be attempting to maintain (Easily if he consumes about ~1.6g protein per kg lean body weight and his cut is less than 500kcal per day).

It's actually about right. It could be a little bit higher maybe but usually you max out protein synthesis after 70% lb/g so for 200 pounds would be 140g of protein. Some people do more protein but science shows that there is little benefit after reaching 70% so 135 can be appropriate for regular training
the dude at 3:09 says "you can actually have good food"
me: who still sees rabbit food in his hand.......
Magnus is the man!
This diet has three... cycles. K thanks, got it.
Hey..
What is that shot?
zinger, lemon and coriander? What proportions ?or is it just zinger and lemon?
You mean ginger? I belive he said cayenne, ginger and lemon yes
@@TheJimmyswe150 thank you so much for your response..
@@TheJimmyswe150 yes i had doubt regarding whether is it canned or coriander or cayenne .. Was ambiguous..
Just eating two heavy meals with lots of carbs and protein that fit your total calorie needs is the best way.
There’s no way I could be eating that much constantly.. 2 heavy meals is good enough for me
Fourth: clen and some t3
kcb lmao
3:27 stunt double on the left
So what's the same thing but for bulking phase ?
I don't understand the cold potato thing. how are potatoes different cold boiled vs mashed?
Oh great on one half you have Tarzan but on the other half you got Pennywise
You could eat chicken instead of lobster.... actually I watched john torode in Australia the other night. Crayfish have more "meat" than lobster.... Tesco dont sell it though... I'm sure you can get some in Florida... let's all meet over there and eat lots of fish....
Did you train his stunt double as well? They look like Twins.
No 1: Tren + Deca
No 2: Clen
No 3: Test
Is this every single day?
Doing HIIT/cardio then high intensity weights doesn't seem to give you much chance to rest/heal
That’s where steroids come in.
finally saw Magnus
Are those macros for the maintenance phase? Only 200 carbs during bulking sounds incredibly lean
Josiah Wolf those were cutting macros
So it was'nt just chicken and broccolli? Good to know.
He saying do that for 8 months for the movie and was miserable... haha .. and now don’t continue with that diet haha so if you make that for summer body just three months it’s nice .. for entire life maybe life be too short for all this sacrifice and remember the best motivation for him was the million pay check haha
Marilia Tatone “haha”
Marilia Tatone I grew up obese hating life because of it, now I’m at a healthy weight with a little chub and above average muscle. I dream of hitting and maintaining my body goals. The foods difficult still sometimes but I’m tryna rewrite my brain. Ive noticed for some it’s not much of a sacrifice as much as a lifestyle and I wouldn’t feel like myself if I didn’t work out at least 3 times a week
@@tazmuzta6974 congrats! Rewiring the brain is key. After I stopped eating bs and sugar for a few years now it tastes disgusting and the most unhealthy stuff I woild eat is like fried chicken or hamburgers but even that's not bad compared to sweets and chips especially if you use the protein and calories.
Patricio Ansaldi thanks man and I 100% agree, just need to commit to it
how many cycles do i have to do to become a super hero?
Did they mention anywhere about what he ate while bulking?
You mean he got up and took a shot of test
He doesn't look at all like he's on anything. His physique is VERY obtainable.
@Nick Smith fuck off, if he was roiding his muscles would be a lot bigger.... you are just making excuses for your own fatass self.
@@BannedPhotoshop you don't know shit. Roids don't automatically make you big and bulky. It's very common for Hollywood actors to use t or other peds to get in shape fast especially when they are inexperienced/fat and older cause roids really just reduce your recovery time which means you can do a year or two worth of training in 6 months depending on how much gear you use. Bodybuilders and strongmen are only freakishly large cause they are all ready at the top of their physiology and then they add ped's to get to superhuman levels.
The protein macro number seems crazy low, am I right?
What's the point in eating chicken breast and brockoli all day? I literally watched interview with Alexander, and he said that's what he eat tho?
Dawg. Ya’ll would’ve have to CGI me wtf
So at what point of the day did he get his daily test shot?
he ain't even that shredded
@@tyger1104 youre making huge assumption that if u use roids, you turn into gorrila. That's not mostly the case, it takes very good genes , a lot of hard work, and massive 7k plus calorie diet. If u eat low calorie you will get shredded like Alex is, but not bloated and huge,
@@ethann5410 roids isn't about being "shredded" or a specific physique. They do it to cut down on training time mostly
Probably with his coffee
Please come back or make more vids..
So how much of a calorie deficit was he in while cutting? I need more details please ie what exercises for weights and how many days bulking before cutting?
Me watching this while eating a bag of crisps.
What's the point of eating chicken broccoli and rice?? Well for starters it tastes very good specially if you eat it every day
The best combo ever!! And with my favorite drink water!! Now deal with it!! 😎
How much cals though ?
Did Alex lie when he said that most of his food was just chicken and broccoli? xD this shit looks like a feast.
Imagine if these diet is considered restricted. I would dream for such a diet.
what was his cycle as well?
i tryed to eat cold potatos, but i ended up with stomach ache. i will boil them instead now.
Not for everyone...That is how we should all be eating...just add some fruit and beef/chicken for variety
A lot are commenting on not having a gym membership. Ya don't need a gym to lose weight. Just get a jump rope(20 bucks), resistance bands(really just an option) and burpees. If you can, dumbells. I went from 235 down to 205 just by eating smarter by eating smaller portions. Did that in 2 months and I'm going on 55👍. It CAN BE DONE! First step, COMMIT! Once you're in the zone and get past that initial hump of lazy(you know what I'm talking about)and drink more water to fill in the blanks, you're going to start getting that crazy energy back and the rest will be easy! Remember, COMMIT! ✌
