  • Recipe 1 For a large sized loaf:
    250g flour
    100g brown sugar
    100g white sugar
    115g melted butter(simas)
    2 eggs
    2 tsp flavour vanilla
    2 tsp banana flavour
    1/2cup milk
    1/2cup yoghurt
    1tsp salt
    1tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    4- 5 large ripe bananas mashed
    Recipe 2 for a Medium sized loaf
    160g flour
    170g white sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup oil
    3 large ripe bananas (mashed) gives 1 cup
    1/3cup yoghurt
    1/3cup buttermilk
    1tsp vanilla flavour
    1/2 tsp butterscotch flavour
    1/4 tsp milk zest flavour
    1tsp banana flavour
    Measurement for buttermilk
    For 1 cup of milk : add 1 tbsp of white vinegar or lemon juice
    For 1/3 cup of milk : add 1/2tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice.
    Stir and leave for 5 mins to curdle.
    Method:
    Pour sugar, eggs, oil, buttermilk and flavours in bowl and mix.
    - Add mashed bananas
    - Combine flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
    - Pour flour mixture to wet mixture and stir till flour is combined.
    - Pour in yoghurt and mix
    Note: DO NOT OVERMIX
    - Bake in oven at 325⁰C or 165⁰F

    Please for someone that doesn't have a measuring scale , how do i know the exact amout of the flour, sugar and butter that was stated in grams...(i use normal cup measurements)

      I don’t work with cups for most pastries so I have never paid much attention to conversion. There are lots of grams to ML conversion on google that you can use tho.
