INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour (unsifted)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 (8 tablespoons) cup butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas (3-4 medium)
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

I didn’t have a loaf pan, so I made this in a glass pan that was 9 3/4 by 9 3/4, the one from ikea.
I reduced the temperature by 25 degrees and the time to 50-55 mins. I also added almonds because I didn’t have walnuts. It came out perfect! Super moist and just enough sweetness. The almonds add such a nice texture too.

I just made 2 banana breads using her recipe but I used wheat flour and added cinnamon & dark chocolate chips. It came out amazing and very moist! ♥️
Since the kids don’t like nuts, I subsitituted it with chocolate chips and it went great!

I have made this 3 times now since your video came out, twice with chocolate chips and once with walnuts and chocolate chips. Its the best banana bread recipe I have found!
I’ve made this today. Suuuper moist and yummy. The only thing I would do differently next time is the amount of sugar. I’d definitely take out 50 to even 100 grams. The bananas are so natural sweet when they’re ripe you really don’t need as much❤️❤️

THIS IS SO GOOD. Just made it and I have to say it’s probably going to replace my go to banana bread recipe 😬 it is so moist without using sour cream but still holds it’s shape when sliced. Plus the crust is crispy NOT dry 😍 eating my 3rd slice with butter while it’s still warm and I can’t get enough!!

I know it was hard when your dad died. My mom died when I was 8. What helped me cope was I planted a tree and named it after her and it is still growing to this day. Having a loved one die is pain full and don’t try to forget him just remember him. He will always be in your heart and you in his, always remember that

I’ve made this four times and im making it tonight again to be Christmas presents and it’s amazing, Im also gluten free so I switched it to gluten free flour and some Mexican vanilla extract and it tastes the exact same, it’s amazing

Ro, I love how fame hasn’t changed you and how you don’t change yourself for other people. Like you make it real. For example if you spill a little flour and some gets on the counter, you leave it there and you aren’t trying to make everything perfect. Anyways thanks for making baking so fun🙂
