Angelic Siege Golem, is a Tower Knight copy from Demon Souls. Hit the legs, he walls down and you can do major dmg to the head Saint Klimt second phase is Aldritch (DS3) Aldritch Saint of the Deep has some Nito moves from Dark Souls 1
Some of them are from Bloodborne Pus-ridden Beast - Laurence the First Vicar Great Deep Accursed - Bloodletting Beast (normal and headless variant) Saint Klimt 2nd phase - The One Reborn Chaos Amalgamate - Undead Giant
They don’t really share anything together. However they play very similarly. I remember someone saying Margit is just Dark Souls Owl. They have a very similar design philosophy.
I’m glad I watched this it revealed a frustration I had with many enemies. It’s the fact that so many bosses have super fast kick moves at close range, you staying far away and infront of bosses like Obadiah made him barley ever kick where for me I was constantly losing teeth from the man
I always enjoy watching Soulborne Fights, and this Mod does it really well. 👍 However, the "Kremmel: God of Struggle" fight was perhaps my favourite: For not only are you revisiting the Old Chaos from DS2, but the fact that during the 2nd Phase of his Fight. The Loyal Loyce Knights that Sacrificed themselves for you during the fight against the "Burnt Ivory King" long ago, burst out of their Icy Cocoons to help you once more. 🗡 Sure their Damage Infliction is a tad Rusty, but that Polearm Loyce Knight finishing Kremmel off was just so satisfying for me to see: for they where able to achieve one last victory together ✊️
does the mod demo stop after keeper of the old gods? such a shame that we don't get to see what's after that yet, but it just makes me even more excited for the full mod release!
Played elden ring and just noticed that omen of the eclipse boss is literally 1st phase godfrey boss fight and 2nd phase are those annoying worm like bosses scattered around elden ring that give golden seed as rewards usually.
gigachad necro daddy is probably the best modded boss fight I've seen in a souls game, obviously its just frankensteined from different fromsoft games but they did a good job blending the attacks and animations to look a lot smoother than the average modded boss fight
Most bosses just felt overly spammy. Like the Heide Phoenix takes ages to kill because he gives you no openings in the 2nd phase. Also the reused movesets, while not necessarily terrible gameplay wise, don’t give any of these bosses character. I’ll never remember Kremmel as anything but that guy who has moves from Radagon/Gundyr/Artorias. I at least appreciate them managing the Greatwolf/Abyss Watcher gank, so that only 1 ever actively targets you, but for the most part, it really only feels like they picked the most acrobatic or visually stunning stuff to stuff your face with.
dang bro hand animate 19 different full boss movesets and see if you'd rather take pre-made animations it's a pretty smart idea, not only does using official animations cut down on time and costs, but it also gets more attention from people who recognize the movesets and also does the balancing for you

Sir Florian & Warden Jessa - Nox Maiden and Grave Warden Duelist (ER)
Disgraced Knight - Great Shinobi Owl (Sekiro)
Angelic Siege Golem, is a Tower Knight copy from Demon Souls. Hit the legs, he walls down and you can do major dmg to the head
Saint Klimt second phase is Aldritch (DS3)
Aldritch Saint of the Deep has some Nito moves from Dark Souls 1
Some of them are from Bloodborne
Pus-ridden Beast - Laurence the First Vicar
Great Deep Accursed - Bloodletting Beast (normal and headless variant)
Saint Klimt 2nd phase - The One Reborn
Chaos Amalgamate - Undead Giant
its not really inspiration they have to use movesets from other bosses, they cant really just make completely new ones.
I got one!!
2nd phase God of Struggle is 2nd phase Abyss Watcher (excluding the grab, i forgot whose grab it is)
Phoenix - Sanctuary Guardian (DS1)
Watching the Obediah fight made me realize that the 'Owl' from Sekiro and Morgott from Elden Ring share the same model
They don’t really share anything together. However they play very similarly. I remember someone saying Margit is just Dark Souls Owl. They have a very similar design philosophy.
27:55 the knight getting the last hit lmao
I love that transition from radagon to artorias
This mod has been such a treat tbh.
This guy is like a difficulty beta tester, so much skill.
I’m glad I watched this it revealed a frustration I had with many enemies. It’s the fact that so many bosses have super fast kick moves at close range, you staying far away and infront of bosses like Obadiah made him barley ever kick where for me I was constantly losing teeth from the man
It's really nice how well the Godfrey and crucible knight animations work with the DS3 limitations. They actually feel fair to fight against
GOATBAL, as always.
I always enjoy watching Soulborne Fights, and this Mod does it really well. 👍
However, the "Kremmel: God of Struggle" fight was perhaps my favourite: For not only are you revisiting the Old Chaos from DS2, but the fact that during the 2nd Phase of his Fight. The Loyal Loyce Knights that Sacrificed themselves for you during the fight against the "Burnt Ivory King" long ago, burst out of their Icy Cocoons to help you once more. 🗡
Sure their Damage Infliction is a tad Rusty, but that Polearm Loyce Knight finishing Kremmel off was just so satisfying for me to see: for they where able to achieve one last victory together ✊️
I don't care that there are asset flips, the mod is extremely polished, and where it does go for something original it really shines
Did you ever play Nioh 2? Its combat is so good and the endgame is very difficult, i think you'd love it
He uses the Nioh 2 soundtrack sometimes. I think he's played the series, but damn, I'd watch to see the crazy things he'd do in both Niohs.
God is back once again to bless us with parries and the blood of countless enemies. Thank you.
If you could recognize every move of each boss, you are goated
does the mod demo stop after keeper of the old gods? such a shame that we don't get to see what's after that yet, but it just makes me even more excited for the full mod release!
You get a Farewell Note after beating all 19 bosses in the demo
Played elden ring and just noticed that omen of the eclipse boss is literally 1st phase godfrey boss fight and 2nd phase are those annoying worm like bosses scattered around elden ring that give golden seed as rewards usually.
ongbal my goat overcomes every challenge known to man
I was actually waiting for this
This guy is the El Estepario of video games!
Me helping other players fight Radagon so many times helped me recognize Kremmel's moveset
Man the poor Giant Deep Accursed has "PLS DONT STAGGER ME A LOT" syndrome
Keeper of the Old Gods looks amazing, the best looking one second to the Necromancer
gigachad necro daddy is probably the best modded boss fight I've seen in a souls game, obviously its just frankensteined from different fromsoft games but they did a good job blending the attacks and animations to look a lot smoother than the average modded boss fight
This game isnt even out yet wtf the dedication over here
"oh hey thats from sekiro. oh hey thats from bloodborne. oh hey thats from dark souls. oh hey thats from elden ring"
28:19 Raiders of the Lost Ark sword fight scene vibes, bro must have been sick
love how that janara one eye has corrupted monk moves.
What if it was Kremmel, God of Snuggle and he gave you a big hug
when the full version of this mod come up?
Most bosses just felt overly spammy. Like the Heide Phoenix takes ages to kill because he gives you no openings in the 2nd phase. Also the reused movesets, while not necessarily terrible gameplay wise, don’t give any of these bosses character. I’ll never remember Kremmel as anything but that guy who has moves from Radagon/Gundyr/Artorias. I at least appreciate them managing the Greatwolf/Abyss Watcher gank, so that only 1 ever actively targets you, but for the most part, it really only feels like they picked the most acrobatic or visually stunning stuff to stuff your face with.
dang bro hand animate 19 different full boss movesets and see if you'd rather take pre-made animations
it's a pretty smart idea, not only does using official animations cut down on time and costs, but it also gets more attention from people who recognize the movesets and also does the balancing for you
@@on_the_inverse_5193if you aren't going to hand animate unique bosses then don't fucking make them in the first place
@@vazazell5967 hey buddy this is a free mod passion project not a fucking triple a studio. Don't whibe about something that you can't even do yourself you dingbat
@@vazazell5967 broski this is a fanmade passion project not a fucking triple a.
don't complain about something that you can't even do
@@on_the_inverse_5193 jokes on you, i am an animator, i can fucking animate a whole ass boss. I also can fuck with From's animations to the point you won't recognize them. It's not hard once you know the basics, just a time sink
The team who made this mod did an amazing job. I'm always blown away by what the modders of Fromsoft games do.
OK that phase 2 transition for Saint Klimt, into The One Reborn was brilliant
The devs showed how he became that monstrosity, by absorbing the slug people, and revealed the end result
The myth, the legend, the Ongbal... has done it again! 👹
28:17 is this cleverraptor katana? tachikaze i think, or did it already existed in a souls game and he just modded it into elden ring?
It's a move from Sekiro (more specifically a lone shadow), and yes, the creators of Archthrones modded it in. This is Dark Souls 3, though, not Elden Ring.
@@artorias6969 i don't mean the move specificaly i mean the whole moveset, but yeah i think all of his mods (clever) are from sekiro and bloodborne
this mod is a loveletter to all fromsoft bosses, i adore it 😂
Godzilla cracks his knuckles. He has been eagerly waiting. As soon as ONGBAL walks through the fog wall; Godzilla races to disconect his fog wall cable.
It's so cool to see bosses with Sekiro movesets, like Janara, I automatically knew how she'd fight 10/10
Prob one of the best mods made for a game in history.
Lmao, why? It's just a bunch of reskinned bosses. Nothing special to see here.
I love the griffin phoenix. Seems really fun to bob and weave.
