Just to cover a few, Rennala is defeated by the weapon of the Formless Mother. Placidusax exists outside of time and gets the ultra-buffed one-hit of Primal Lightning to bring him down. Radahn ultimately falls to the techniques of Malenia. Malenia's comment of the mark of a true lord is stated while you're holding Morgott's cursed sword just before seeing Godfrey holding his fallen son and the Last King of the Golden Order. Horah Loux is felled by his predecessor Placidusax, while Radagon is felled by the sword that represents the covenant of marriage that he left behind, and the Elden Beast meets the Blade of Destined Death. Even aside from all of that, the weapons and techniques are always a delight, and often showcased on effective techniques like using the Serpent-Slayer against Rykard, the Fallenstar Beast Jaw & Starcaller Greatswords against Astel, or the bow against the Regal Ancestor help show that the most effective approaches can still be satisfying. Even as someone who still stumbles through encounters replaying this, I never get tired of seeing others' approaches, but especially when they're executed with such technical prowess. Even if it's not a great fight mechanically, Fortissax will always be one of my favorites in the series for it's sheer spectacle and fucking awesome soundtrack
I love watching your Malenia fights! The weapon art on Morgott's sword looks AMAZING, and the bloodflame color fits really well with Malenia's color scheme.
Honestly i think that the "hate" on bosses movesets is just a loud minority compared to the praises. After killing all of them on lv1 with a club in the Ongbal style i came to appreciate all of them for different reasons and i see almost no problem in their movesets beside one or two moves.
This is a recurring thing since Bloodborne lol. Anytime from software does something different, the low minority has to make their opinions known by trashing it. While the majority just enjoy and keep silent. Elden ring may not be as replayable as it's counterparts but if I was given the chance to wipe my memory and re-live a game, I would pick elden ring without blinking. This is coming from a person who likes sekiro more than elden ring.
Elden ring has some really great bosses (Godfrey and Godrick are my favs) but I feel like they kind of overuse delayed attacks as good as they are, plus the attack look super Jank on lots of bosses and have wacky hit boxes like Margit one 3 hit combo rollcatch bs. Plus many bosses are more annoying and tedious than fair but hard (malenia, maliketh, radagon, elden beast, godskin duo, valiant gargoyles, mohg, fire giant, morgott etc.)
@@dots1761 Radagon and Mohg are two of the best bosses in the series, idk what you mean by annoying and tedious. Maliketh and morgott aren’t perfect, but they certainly aren’t tedious, they have practically zero health. I’m not sure what you’re comparing to here really

It’s crazy how simple you make it look. You’re one of the best Sekiro content creators and what you do in those videos is just outright insane. Elden Ring looks like it might be simpler once you have the right spells and weapon/weapon skill. All I know is that the modded editions of Sekiro are no joke and you even seem to make them look fairly easy. I’ve learned some great strategies too!

@@chrisk1404 There's an item you can get to parry Maliketh specifically, and it does a small amount of damage at the same time. That's what he was using.
It's actually possible to all bosses no-hit run Elden Ring if you Comet Azur Mohg and use the alternate way to get to the virgins (Jumping off the ledge near the Godskin Noble).
I like that Dragonlord Placidusax fight, it's just screw him, "I'm not going to run around the arena for this one". Just one spell and be done with it 😀

Anyone else notice all or most of his builds he uses here are “lore accurate”. Like using a melania build against rahdan and using dragon abilities against Godfrey
The use of positioning is so good holy shit. You basically didn't roll for the Godfrey fight. Beyond amazing. And I loved the straffing around Mogh's fire claw attack, since the follow up swing always goes over your head that way.

People can say what they want about Elden Ring's bosses mechanically, but their spectacle is just jaw dropping.
