When you give the video a thumbs up before you watch it because you know Dr. Mondragon never disappoints
Exactly 😀
I learn little things from each video to lessen stress on my back.
always lmao literally the first thing i do soon as the video comes up.
I've been watching a ton of her videos over recent months and I learn something new every time.
That’s literally what I just did😂😂
🤣😂🤣😂 You got me
It’s not just the in office adjustments but the after care education for her patients that makes Dr Mondragon an elite chiropractor.
That's literally what every chiropractor does
@@cristobalbalenciaga7295 hahaha trust me it’s not. The ones that provide aftercare instructions are out there but it’s not all of them.
@@bretthopkins1475 I've been to 5 different ones (due to moving 5times unfortunately) and they all did it. I think it's highly unlikely to go to a specialist who doesn't give you after care education. I’m pretty sure they are the anomalies
@@cristobalbalenciaga7295 ever been to “the joint”?
@@bohocowboy no i’m not to familiar with that one..
23:39 great stretch right there... damn
patient liked it too
Very good stretch I think it's call child support
@@wisherdad4958 I’m dead lol
I would love a follow up video with her! She’s in a lot of pain, id enjoy seeing how you help her
Amazing simple explanation of how to improve herniated discs, and what not to do to make it worst 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I wish I could afford to fly down & see you. You ACTUALLY care & I’m convinced you’re the only chiropractor that can help me, especially after seeing you with this particular patient. I’m so miserable at 37 & I can’t take it much longer. Honestly, I would probably be like the “Patient Zero” to chiropractors, a wonderland of spasms, crunches, knots, swelling, colorful scraps, & interesting visuals to explain it all.
Thank you so much for this explanation of the disk. I’ve got disk that slip and then I can’t walk for a week. This will help me keep it in the correct place.
This video helped me understand my bulging disc more than any article or video ever has. Wish I lived near you Dr. Mondragon.
Best one yet! So educational. So adaptive to the specific patients' needs
Wow! this doctor is amazing! I wish there was someone local that took this much care and love for their patients..
The summation of expertise, ongoing education, compassion, ability to teach, marketability and actual
success in helping patients achieve relief make these videos educational and encouraging for the audience! Thank you for working so hard and sharing with us!
I love how she gets so into what she's saying 😻
Doc is always so informative and on point! I had lower lumbar surgery in 2014 and then cervical surgery seven weeks later and she is spot on about the pain and arthritis!
Had a herniated disc back in 2016. I was in agony for 5 months and no doctor (UK) would do a thing. Just gave me more ineffective pain killers. MRI showed what was wrong, but one morning I collapsed with what felt like an elastic band pinging in my thigh. 2 days lying on my bed screaming in pain and all of a sudden the sciatica went. No one could explain why, but Dr Mondragon has finally given me an explanation.
Working from home with no desk or chair I’m sat hunched on the floor, so I lie on one of those plastic back arch things to bend it back the right way.
Does that help..... can you share a link for the arch?
Lots of people using those
@@HittokiriBattousai17 not surprised, they’re pretty effective :)
You are a wonderful teacher, and no doubt in my mind a wonderful Doctor as well.
Fanfreakentastic!! Thanks for the explanations on everything in this video dr. Been watching and following for a long time and still learning. Love, love, love it!
Really feel for this woman (and others with herniations). I've only had to deal with 3 bulging discs in a row, low-level sciatica in my left leg, and ultimately with a nerve sleeve injection. All of that was/still is crap, but overall isn't the end of the world. This on the other hand, sucks. Wishing all out there the best for a speedy recovery 🤞
Thank you for explaining it this way. No one has ever explained my herniated discs this way before!
That arch is freakin legendary. 👍👍
you are so passionate and i love it thank you so much 💗
Wow, this was soo helpful. I did something to my back 5 days ago, the pain is soo bad. Sounds exactly like hers. Don't see back Dr until 4/5, will definitely take some tips for sure!
I can watch these videos all day
Thanks for this video. The way you explained the compression of the spinal cord and disc leaning forward and backwards describes my pain exactly.
You are beautiful woman inside and out. Love the care you put into each session.
Heat and ice therapy, massage, and the press up technique pretty much fixed the bulging disc issue I had in my back. However, taking it a step further and correcting the issues that caused it in the first place is absolutely essential. Bad posture and weight training to strengthen the supporting muscles went a long way to releasing the pain.
I almost wanna cry. Herniated discs on the right L4 L5, torn L5 S1 on the left and when you find a moment of relief, it’ll make you wanna cry… AND every dang muscle on your body literally forgets their primary job. Chiropractors are miracle workers!
Amazing!!!!
Finally a chiropractor admitting that a herniated disc should not be manipulated! My L5S1 was herniated and the DC I saw at the time repeatedly adjusted that area and things never got any better for me. His bank account improved, my spine didn’t. Ended up having a series of cortisone injections that have helped but have been left with sciatic nerve damage that is likely permanent.
23:40 for those who have a crush on Mondragon
Facts
very interesting
Idk y I love the scraping so much wish i can get it
Very educational didnt know this stuff about the disc
23:35 don’t worry I like and I’m subscribed
Her arch is devious 😩
Wow doc you can get it
Watching the Rhomboid/pec/subscapularis being worked is always my favorite part but watching it on someone while sitting up was a whole new level. Soooo satisfying
You have to be in such good shape to do what the doc does. She just kicks your ass in a good way, lol.
That Arc Is Other Worldly 🤙🏾🔥
High professionalism Doc. Brenda. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Amazing Perfect Video I Like Your All Videos Nice
No evidence of herniation on my last MRI (about 2 years ago) but DDD in L4. going to try some of these to see if they help!
Do you have any techniques for rotator cuff injury?
Interesting! I herniated l4/5 in 2019 with nerve impingement and they only referred me to physical therapy which did nothing.
Very beautiful video 🌺🌺
Keep protecting your back all day Dr. ;)
I love how the office comes more and more together after every Video
Wish we had people like this in the U.K.
I need that shoulder treatment. My one shoulder has less range of motion than the other and pops some times. Aside from scoliosis, the shoulder definitely needs some attention.
23:43 ohhhhh daaaame babes😍
I had an L5-S1 disc replacement in February, best decision ever, instant pain relief. I'm now doing physiotherapy but it's gone well beyond my wildest expectations
I’m a yoga dude and I get herniated disc peeps coming to class all the time. They wanna do forward bends and stretch their back because it feels tight but they actually need to do backbends to relieve the pressure on the disc.
Eu venho aqui toda vez, sem nenhum motivo específico
Always great information 👍 👌
I always wonder what is this metal you scrub the back with
Dr. Mondragon would you do another Q&A stream? Understandable if not but would love to see another one of those!
I’m in love 😻 with you doctor 👩⚕️

DOCTOR BRENDA I HAVE SEVEN RUPTURED DISK IN MY BACK AND I SEE A CHIROPRACTOR HERE IN EAST LANSING MICHIGAN
Omg wow 😍
Why can't I find a chiropractor like you were I live 😭
23:39...sorry...my mind only went one way.
They really connected. Never disappointments
This video is specially for me cuz i m also suffering same problem from last 10 years ..
I have the same thing. It's been two years + now. I've been sleeping curled up because it feels better. I used to sleep on my stomach with my back arched. Maybe that would be better for my back z
I got Spina bifida occulta, and Spondylolisthesis grade 3, so far 2 discs have deteriorated and the 3rd is on it's way. I really want some relieve but very scared to try anyone..
Pq ela deixa o corpo vermelho? Que técnica é essa?
That was really something different, very impressive.
ياعيني على الفنقاصي

I am in love with you Doc
Do you have a location ,I have sciatic nerve and I’m trying to get treatment, thank you and hope to hear from you soon
Gotta be honest..if we had the tech I would have all my disks replaced and have my spine reinforced.
@Psycho Mikey They will rebuild you. They have the technology.
Crab meat 😁 You're one of a kind and I would be very happy with clear explanations like yours when consulting a Dr.
One of your best videos !
Omgsh I have l5 l4 dr wants fusion I'm so scared in pain since January crying from the pain also cleft sacrum and boney mass growing under l5. I really don't want surgery reading so many horror stories. Anyone think I should see a chiropractor?

Brasil 🇧🇷😘
bueatifull nice to see you both love from UAE
I have a friend with a herniated disc. I think it's in her upper back though. She had a bulging that a chiropractor did work on and with massages with it, the disc isn't bulging. The chiropractor won't do anything for the herniated. He wouldn't even try adjusting around the area. Is it harder to do the upper back if the herniated disc is there?
They're avoiding the impingement of nerves and further moving the disc to where it's impinging on the cord. That can cause paralysis and has.
Love u mondragon...
23:40 was the click bate lol
What does it mean when I feel a pop in my upper back after putting my leg back down after lifting it.
Jeez......that's all I'm saying
Thum nail 👏🏽
