      it was similar to me. when I went to the chiropractor the first time, I had been in heavy pain for two weeks with my neck being stuck. I had somewhat gotten used to the pain, but the truth was my body had built up a lot of emotional stress because of it. when I went there, I cried from nervosity and when I was done and took a walk, I suddenly cried because of the emotional relief. And being nervous and emotional before the adjustment is really so normal. you don't go to the chiropractor because you feel awesome, you go because you're in pain and stress. :) I'm happy she got the help she needed and hope her journey to get fully well won't take too long :))

    I know that chest in, head down posture personally. It is a protective posture. It takes a long time building the security for chest up, shoulders back, head up. It is wildly emotional, but working on it physically helps the mental part a lot (and vice versa). Being as beautiful as she is I am sure she gets lots of unwanted attention and it will take some work getting the strength to handle it. Wish her all the best. 💕

      Honestly I find that a lot of tall women do it to make themselves feel smaller. Proper posture makes you feel confident.

    • @ankiking
      @ankiking 4 роки тому +55

      RubyOpheliaQuinn Proper posture can at first make you feel incredibly vulnerable. For me it took years of mental work to walk chest out and head up. You have to have the strength to face the world head on.

    She is self conscious about how tall she is. Her posture is an attempt to “shrink” herself or to make herself not appear as tall as she is. She is not confident in how she looks, this is the reason she is trying to make herself look smaller. She is a beautiful lady and ought to stand tall and proud of herself.

Especially since I came in with intense neck pain I was scared he was going to do those sudden jerky neck movements on me and I couldn’t even move, I had a pinched nerve from my neck to my back. I remember I was shaking. & the dr asked my mom if I had ever been like this before and my mom was like no I had never seen her like this, it was that bad 😂 he was so gentle though! He worked on me for so long and was so gentle. He just kept massaging and applying pressure. I left actually being able to lift my head straight. Funny enough I now work at a chiropractors office. 😆

    I feel like this woman could change my life. Alas I am without resources to afford such services, but watching her videos gives me hope that someday my chronic pain may be at a point I can manage, seeing how she improves her clients' quality of lives. Want an intelligent, kind and empathetic practitioner.

    She doesn’t realize it yet but she has model potential, lean, y’all, graceful, and pretty.

    Are there other chiropractors that practice/ treat like this?
    The two I have seen only crack neck and back basically. What she does looks so much more beneficial.

    Always be proud of who you are. How you look. Very important. We are all amazing. You need to learn that. Never suppress who you are. Ever. Own it.

    Totally understand the fear of neck adjustment. I always think of the movie too😬. Plus my dad had a bad experience. I wish I could see this dr., she is so encouraging and patient.

    First time watching this doctor. I go through emotional times and my niece gets a lot of headaches. I bet we both could use adjustments. Good job.

    You handled her so well I WISH the 1 chiropractor experience I had was this positive like...I went in super adamant I was not having my meck touched I'm not signing any waiver I dont want to be like potentially in a wheelchair from some overextension of my next to whatever like I was sooooo anxious about giving up that control. The way you eased her into is exactly what an anxious patient needs.
