I spent 5 years in agony because someone I trusted told me to never go to a chiropractor. After an incident of severe spasms someone convinced me to try, that night I slept through the night for the first time in years. After intermittent treatments for a few years I’ve now gone at least 10 years with zero back pain.

this is one of my favourite videos to date! ngl I feel like so many other chiropractors (both on YT and irl) are quite performative and only care about doing huge cracks and making it look super impressive. 95% of this video was focused on soft tissue and whilst it might not look/sound as dramatic for the cameras, you can tell that you really care about helping your patients. I am so close to travelling over from the UK to see you myself 😆

OMG I understand her so well, I had pain in my lower back that would be excruciating in the evening when I went to sleep. All my life I've had doctors tell me I'm just paranoid or w.e about being sick. When I went to a chiropractor I was so afraid they would also just tell me there was nothing wrong, but she said it was DEFINITELY not in my head. I almost cried.

I feel her pain almost every day of my life. I messed up my back about 8 years ago and have had 2 rib heads that like to "pop out" on their own. On top of that, my new chiropractor did x-rays of my spine a few weeks ago and starting at the bottom of my rib cage, my spine goes completely straight (which is putting extra strain on those already weakened rib joints. Thankfully, my previous chiro was able to get most (if not all) of my soft tissue issues taken care of through scraping and other methods.
I love watching these videos, as they remind me that others are dealing with many of the same issues as I do, and there is potential relief.

I like how’s she’s educating her on her own body as she works on her. Definitely therapeutic just watching the care she is giving her and not rushing either she’s really paying attention to her body and often it can feel like your being rushed thru and that’s never good. Frozen shoulders are the worst too my husband has that once in a while and will treat him to a massage when I can and was taking pointers as i was watching lol I have Spondylolisthesis (grade4) and my lower spine literally shifts out of place it’s very painful and have a ton of back mice and would love to have a chiropractor like this as mine moved. I have blown discs and basically the back of a 70 year old with muscle spasms and sciatica it’s awful and a good adjustment truly can save people from harsh medications like opiates and was able to leave my pain contract many years ago thanks to chiropractic care. Gotta find a good one though that really listens to their client like this one is and truly understand the clients medical background as chiro can make things worse for some if they don’t disclose things. Great job 👏

I went to a Chiropractor for years (Ex Army Infantry Paratrooper) and i always need adjustment 2-3 days after seeing her here's the problem she would manipulate it back in then the mussels would pull it back out then i shifted to an Osteopath and he massaged and treated the mussels around it then manipulated the bone back in then massaged the affected area mussels again and i never once went back for readjustment ive never gone back to a Chiropractor ever again, this Lady looks like shes very good

About 40 years of chronic neck pain (whiplash) and headaches and 20 years issues with both shoulders (bursitis recurring) and recurring tennis elbows in both elbows so would love something like this. Over here in the Netherlands I have never seen a chiropractic who does this, now being seen to by a bowen therapist but after laying flat on my back while he does his thing (about 30 minutes) i can hardly walk due to lower back pain when i stand up which lasts for 2-3 days. Wish you would visit NL lol.

I definitely want to try this at least once. However, my muscles are like massaging frozen meat, as my grandpa once put it. It doesn't feel good unless you're abusing my back. Right between my shoulders is where I get a lot of tension, and it travels up my neck into my head as tension headaches. Right around the shoulder blades is where I have to ball my fist and push into the area as well as I can to get any relief. Eventually it goes away, but yeah...

These are EXACTLY my problem areas as well.. I wish the chiropractor’s in my area put in this amount of attention. I feel like they never really get to the root cause of my problems and I’m half wondering if I have half of these soft tissue problems. My right shoulder feels like it’s always burning... and my upper ribs are chronically going out of place and they have no reason to..

  • @MD-np9ye

I remember having that thing under my shoulder blade, as well as massive pain in the neck, I needed a few sessions with a physiotherapist to convince my muscle to "lay flat". I have a session from time to time to relax my muscle, I should move more, I have less pain when I go regularly to the swimming pool to swim. But staying at the computer without moving all day long is not good...

Before I went in the military, I had some pretty intense chiropractic issues with my cervical spine, constant stiff neck. Mostly because I was rear ended by a drunk driver, but also because of one of my jobs and having to constantly be looking over my shoulder. Needless to say, I had issues for years and it was pretty painful. After going to a very good chiropractor, I think it was maybe 2 or 3 sessions and honest to God, I had zero issues and a complete recovery of motion.
After I went in the military, all I ever heard from physicians was that chiropractic care wasn't real medicine. All I could do was stare at them thinking how ignorant doctors in the military are. They literally consider chiropractic care as like some voodoo superstitious nonsense. Even after explaining to them what I went through, it was just going in one ear and out the other. To me, that sort of medical opinion is the worst any doctor can have.

I'm very excited to become a HOLISTIC NURSE and get out of an arena that fails to listen to the PATIENT or acknowledge traditional modalities of healing that is far more advanced than allopathy. I know the body can heal given the right environment to do so. In this case, allignment. Thank you Dr Mondragon for keeping me going and helping others feel well again!

Are this cases so common that people just life with pain for years? Is this the result of the US healthsystem?
I think Dr. Mondragon looks and feel quite competent. But many patients she got and helps, could have sorted the constant pain long time ago out, when they just would follow trough in getting treatment.
Where i live, when i go see the doctor and the picture of the bones came back fine. I get a order to see a specialist next. Maybe the whole process takes 2 months to get everything done, but after that i know ,9 of 10 times, where the problem is and how i can fix it.
