This was a scientific experiment of me experiencing what people go through in the name of beauty. 🧖🏼♀️ As a chiropractic physician, I feel it is important for me to understand the effects of cryotherapy. Follow me @chiro_dragon for updates and opinions on this type of treatment.
My wife is self conscious about her stomach post our first child. Would you recommend this as something to try out to deal with the cellulite?
As a lab worker for years, having a crick in my neck or a tension headache was common. Taking an ice cold can of any beverage and massaging the base of my skull and my skull, my jaws, my face and neck always gave me immediate relief! Still does! I rarely get headaches, but have been told that I am a carrier.😎
The chiropractor office I go to does the cryotherapy as well in a different city near me! The only thing I wish was that insurance covers it! I would definitely get this done for all my aches I have!
Hi
@@rgwf1908 oh wow! I have to wait several months when I meet my deductible then it covers part of it! But they don’t cover this kind of treatment! I have I think 12 visits for the acupuncture and chiro I think it’s like unlimited! But I also get trigger point injections in my shoulders, neck and elbows! Which the insurance company does cover as well!
Brenda literally got done being a patient and now she's already examining the lady to be her next patient, I love it!!! 😂😭💀💛
Highly recommend more vids like this. More videos where you receive forms of various alternative care. From acupuncture, cupping, reiki work, etc...all while having dope educational exchanges between the practitioner and yourself like in this video!
We love watching you take care of people, but we LOVE watching you getting taken care of. We know you can heal the world...let someone work on keeping you running for a change. 😄 Great video!
That’s soo sweet!! And true too! She does HEAL and she needs to take time to heal herself!!! Loved this too!
Watching her get treatments instead of give is 👌🏿
She lowkey thick 😏
@@coolkicks3192 can we please respect her body. I can only imagine how bad it must feel to read stuff like this on a completely unrelated video. Saying somthing like "she looks great!" Is good. This is just disrespectful, her body is not made for your viewing or pleasure.
She does a lot and seems to really care about getting people health results. She deserves it for sure.
@@gracek6414 she is thick tho
@@jbtommy1917 she is thick
I swear your daughters face is a spitting image of yours when she smiles
Thank you for doing these treatments! I am a stretch therapist and use localized Cryotherapy in Reno, Nv. I love seeing other people work. My goal is to come to FL to get adjusted and "worked over" by Dr. Mondragon 🤞
Dr. Brenda Mondragon you are very flexible and kind to the people who were treating you. Thanks again for letting us know about different treatment ☺️ options.
Something tells me that the girl at the end will be her next client!! Loved their interaction!
I hope so! She was awesome.
Yes get her in your office and adjust her. Shes always helping people with their bodies. Now it's her turn.
Nobody:
The lady sculpting Brenda: *whispers* "is mondragon rly your last name?" Lololll 💀😭😂
I laughed too hard at that
😂😂😂😂
That's a Spanish last name. I wonder if she is Hispanic🤔
@@s.s7337 she married into the name ☺️ and her kids are mixed as well ✨ have a great day 🌿
@@aamariamason4562 Ok. Thanks!
The ice dragon❄
Please do a 2 week update with comparison photos (if you have before pix, or even right after treatment pix). I always find this sort of stuff fascinating and you’re one of the only videos that shows the majority of this process and doesn’t just make it a 6 min video. I love it
I have been doing cryotherapy for my knees and ankles from jumping out of planes in the service been doing it for yrs works great for me
29:03 "Why tho!?" That gave me a great laugh!
Linnea though just like "Why not? It's so beautiful!" she sounds like a psychopath lol I love it.
"Mondragon" is a fairly common hispanic last name. I've heard it several times here in Mexico, but it's pronounced mon-drag-ON, as it's spelled "Mondragón."
Sooo?
@@ivywalowe7821 Just wanted to share... No harm intended.
Thank you for that little bit of info!
@@ivywalowe7821 damn chill
@@azaelsanchezportillo1616 ok
I feel a great friendship between yourself and the guys from restore formed. Hopefully Alex will be in your table soon
Awesome you went through this. Yes she needs to be adjusted, she has helped alot of people. She needs a reward.

This reminded me of those winter nights in Montreal waiting outside the club with no coat on to avoid paying for coat check 😂

She said she feels like Mondragon gave her a quest from a video game, I love it!!
Definitely my favorite part! It was so cute.
Is it just me, or does Doc Mon 🐉 have really great legs! Strong and toned, way to go!
Great video Doc, thank you so much for sharing something so personal that many people including me would not want it filmed for people to see. You are truly amazing and so generous when it comes to your subscribers like me!! 🥰💪💖🙏🏻
I like these episodes where you go outside the office and treat yourself. You deserve it. Much love from the crazy cat dude!
You deserve it Dr. Brenda Mondragon! I've watched your video's so relaxing & very caring about patients. I would love to fly out & get treated. I have Mild Degenerative Changes & I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis.
Lol she called herself "mom bod".
But Now I know what I can expect when trying cryotherapy now.
I love the therapist reactions though near the end. "OMG" haha
Your daughter is the spitting image of you, so pretty. This was a fun video.
There’s just something about Brenda that makes you fall in love!
@A Bear down horrendous
@A Bear bruh you good?
She's way out of any one of us leagues anyway 🤷♂️
I agree, I absolutely love her personality its very attractive. I also love how she explains everything and willing to provide her treatments with us. It made me look at Ciropractors differently. Now I wanna try her treatment.
Amazing video!!! you deserve the rest and treatment Dr.mondragon thank you for everything you do💪😊
The stretch guy needs to train under you after he graduates. Give him a job.
2:16
2:42
6:51 yes laddd lool
Those yoga pants hit different
Look at Brenda getting a new customer for herself hehe :-)
I wanna do that instead of bathing in ice after a hard day of practice, seems so much easier and faster than filling a bathtub with ice!!!
I tried cryotherapy once and can’t convince myself to go back. The cold intensifies my chronic pain but I was looking for relief.
It does hurt, but you keep breathing and eventually you break through it doesn’t hurt anymore and your not cold
This was absolutely fascinating! I would love to see a follow-up.
We all would love that too John
I live in Canada. This is what we deal with daily from november to March 🤣
I'm from Northern Ontario, we do cryo naturaly EH! Lol
Yeah as a Canadian watching this I’m just thinking “so that cold chamber is just going outside during winter”.
March??? You have never been to AB then lol. It’s up to April-May!!!

As an Albertan, I can confirm.

This was interesting. Thank you for sharing your experiences
Oh man, I need this in my life. Lol! I work at Fed Ex Ground company and this is a must for me! I have muscle spasms issues especially on my back.
Benefits of cryotherapy
👍
Reduces migraine symptoms.
Numbs nerve irritation.
Helps treat mood disorders.
Reduces arthritic pain.
May help treat low-risk tumors
May help prevent dementia and Alzheimer's disease
Linnea is such a cutie, She really is a Mini version of her mum
You are a breathe of fresh air someone who seems to spread happiness, not only with your hands but your character and spirit. I wish i could come see you i know you could dramatically help my back issue's, im 40 now had problems since i was 20 and now everyday is a struggle and i try to stretch as much as i can but that only helps so much.
That Was Sooooo Cool And Intriguing To Watch.... Definitely Learned A Lot And Had A Fee Questions That I Had About Cryotherapy.... Thank You All For Being A Guinea Pig For This Video 😊
25:03 😂😭😂
Super interesting to watch alternating heat and cold treatments. The staff at Restore are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
This was so much fun to watch!! And so very interesting!! More like this please!!!
Lol so as a Canadian I should just stand outside in shorts in the winter? Lol
The Cold should of reminded you of when you lived in North Dakota working on the Bakken.
With all the stress on us....this looks like it feels so good I fell asleep watching lol
OMG! Your daughter is your spitting image of you! 🙏🏼♥️👋🏼🇨🇦
The Doc is looking AMAZING !!
The cold/heart therapy looks quite different than cool sculpting. I wonder if the benefits are similar.
I’ve had ten treatments of cyrotherapy and it’s been amazing for my skin (I’m suffering from TSW) and for my muscle health which has taken a battering from anxiety attacks
However I’ve been recommend a chiropractor to help restore my structure so my muscles can heal long term
But would definitely recommend cryotherapy- best thing I’ve invested in
I studied sports therapy and then beauty therapy and learned about loads of these techniques for practical and aesthetic purposes and I beleive they do work, but the aesthetic results will take dedicated and consistant treatments and honestly most of the time they are super high costs so I dont know what target market these would really be for.
I’ve never seen or heard of this treatment before. Straight to google!!!
Its which side you sleep on that causes the fat dispersion especially on the face. I'm bed bound from health issues and I definitely see the difference. Heather Locklear swears that sleeping on your back prevents wrinkles. Just think how long we sleep. 8 hours of pressure on the side we favor.
@@coasteyscoasteys Bwahaha, how so? Collagen begs to differ.
This was very interesting! I would love to see what Alex thinks of the chiropractic experience.
When I first saw Star’s name I thought “hmmm..spunds like a stripper name” 😅 so it’s hilarious when she said it’s her real name and she gets that question all the time. Loved this video, and love both your names 🤩
Before she said her full name my mind immediately jumped to "SEE!! There are women called Alex!!!" (it was the name I got as a boy before I transitioned and changed my name, many people were kind of disappointed that I didn't keep Alex, "because it's such a genderneutral name!")
also you can eat chia seed and green tea for beauty in the skin, blood vessels and muscular improvement and some other good results
I'm glad Dr. Mondragon knows the camera angle we'd like :)
Now we need to see the physiotherapist and the aesthetician on the chiropractic table.
Also this was cool, definitely a nice change of pace. All your videos are great but the variety now and then is nice!
Used to work for this franchise lol so weird seeing it in a video of someone I follow 🤣 stretch specialist here 🙋🏻♀️
I’m intrigued as a Restore just opened up right next to me, definitely interesting and something I’d be interested.
I am moving after this summer and just realized I’ll be an hour away from her no way. I am 21 and have the back of an old man
Moving in a few months. Already mapped my area to her office. 4 hours drive here I come!
that heat/cold hing reminds me of the ultrasound machine my physio uses on me to help loosen up my wooden back
10:50 Chanclas 😂❤️ Cheers from Mexico 🇲🇽 City! Saluditos! I’m very interested in this video, it was very teaching! 😱
This was fascinating to watch & listen....thank you for sharing and yes it’d be great to see any follow up videos or different forms of treatment that you might decide to experience.
This makes me miss the cold winters of my home state of Wisconsin even more. Night walks in the crisp air were always therapeutic.
Damn, her daughter looks just like her. She has been blessed with great looking genes...
I love her spirit! So vibrant and silly
Love how you can see the cells just melting away!! So so cool!!
Really liked this video as it was different from the norm.
This was so interesting to watch! Would be cool to see you do more videos like this where you try different treatments :)
Great video Doc, learned alot, it was funny that you and your daughter would play test dummies..lol It would be interesting to know what the cost of chryotherapy is....stay safe
Hundreds of dollars. Packages are unsully 2,000.
Mom body pffft you look amazing. I'd love to see you working on those people particularly the guy training to be a chiropractor as it would be great to see your knowledge passed on that way. I loved the last lady as well, she was so sweet. It was very fun to see you breathing smoke, you should have totally edited some flames in lol
I need both of them 😔 pelvis pain from cancer 😢. But....IMMA SURVIVOR! With serve pain. 11yrs an counting. PTS from Dr.s
I love cryo but ours has us make us wear a beanie also. Keep the extremities and head warm.
This video was a GIFT. Thank you Doc.
I love Dr. Brenda, all of her videos are relaxing. 🙌
This is super cool to watch. The cryotherapy and the sliming/toning thing is super cool...no pun intended
I am shopping for a cryo place now. It looks like a fun experience.
He is flexing Dr mondragon muscles like playdough.Dr mondragon smile lights the room sooo pleasing.
I’ve done chryo before and love it!! Helped me so much with pain management during recovery from a torn harmstring
Watched the whole thing. Very interesting video Brenda 😁
I’d be right there w/ Chelsea, but doing more than 3mins. I luv the cold! I’m an Arizonan native so, I’m used to a lifetime of 115-122 degree weather 300/365 days a year. 😁
I thought the cold vasoconstriction not vasodilatación ? 18:18
after capillary muscle wall suffocation (12 minutes or so) the tunica media muscle totally relaxes leading to maximum dilation.
Doctor's new skin released: icedragon
Oh my gosh! Your daughter is your twin!!!
How is she so happy and upbeat in all her videos without eating carbs? When I'm on keto a get borderline suicidal and moody as fuck. I become a miserable bitch, basically. So I guess some of us will have to deal with having huge craters on our asses and thighs because we can't go without fries, rice and the occasional glazed donut.
*I've done Cryo. Its pretty cool* ❄
I have psoriasis and was wondering if this was a suitable treatment? Anyone else with psoriasis that's used cryotherapy and could share their experience?
Isn't psoriasis an immune system reaction though? I don't think cryo would have any effect on it. If anything it could make it worse? Psoriasis is a build up of skin cells. Cryotherapy is more for what's going on under the skin.
A quick Google search though says that cryotherapy can treate small-plaque psoriasis, but the efficacy is limited. It's also just a theory it can help since you're basically freezing off that skin build up.
@@Eventide215 There's been studies on the treatment for psoriasis. From my readings it seems like a 60/40 split. It MAY or MAY NOT do anything at all. Psoriasis is an over-production of skin cells. Basically, the body doesn't know to STOP producing skin. And that over-production is what causes the plaque. I like to try any treatment I can for it. Even if all it does is relieve itching. The main forms of treatment I've used for years is; coal, getting plenty of sunlight, and trying not to eat processed foods. All of those methods definitely HELP, but there's no cure for it so it's just an on-going ordeal.
Dr Monodragon has had so many kids & still looks flawless, just saying....she should be proud of her body👍🏾
I have seen videos where the skin is sucked into a little gear and it literally freezes a pocket of fat. I don‘t remember where I‘ve seen it. I think Dr. Lowney (the real dr feelgood) has such a device. Seems to work. But not a bargain. This seems like the more affordable option. Would be very interesting to see a follow-up treatment. Thank you, for introducing your assistant Chelsea. ☺️👍🏻
Omg that would kill me my hold body is one big knot I'm in pain everyday with neuropathy I think I have a vein blockage now I'm just one big mess and not allowed to take anything for pain because it would mess my kidneys up glad you're having fun
I would have jumped off the table, if someone did that to me, my legs are so tight and every massage therapist I go to quits on me. Lol
“I’m very straight faced “ says the smiling purrtty Dragon 😃
Thanks for sharing this information. I have been so curious.
Cold therapy an interesting approach towards health. 👏
10:02 I'll just be right here for awhile on loop./
