I don’t know why but these videos relax me and help me sleep lol 😂
Omg, I thought I was the only one😂
Me too!!
Every night...
Yup I always watch before bed
Me too! Every night
I have to admit that you are not the stereotypical Chiropractor. You really go above and beyond for each patient i have seen you work on. Great job Doc!
The way I’m just watching these cracking videos and living vicariously through these people ugh. I need a dr. Like you in my lifeeeee :(
I have the exact same problem as her. My upper back and neck needs cracking asap

Damn the lower back crack hits different
Here is what I was looking for!
I have no idea how I have never watched this video before this patient is absolutely hilarious and doc you make it so much better with the energy you naturally bring into a room. I absolutely love it.
Where’s the guy that says “She protecc, She attacc, but most of all she cracc dat bacc.”
Congratulations! Youve become that person.
In 2018 year, I think
Глеб Шакиров didnt know these videos were a trend. I was under the impression they were timeless.
Oml I’m dying this is amazing
that was sooooo last week 🙄
I had a bad back for about a year , it was a nightmare , someone told me about a chiropractor who worked on ballet dancers in London . I went for one treatment he told me to go home and rest , i literally passed out for a day it was such a relief it was life changing for me ,
When patient’s neck & upper back doesn’t initially crack you can empathize with how stiff & discomfort they might feel. Good on Doc cycling around & getting that neck in the end.
U can just feel and see sooooooo much relief on them neck adjustments makes me feel better and I'm just watching
"Did you see the hot blonde in that chiropractic video?"
"yeah, she's in all of them"

unfortunate son me too

Mondragon is gorgeous.
I can crack over 60 joints in my body and do so throughout the day, after 15 years it stills feels amazing. No idea if that’s real bad doing so much so often but I can’t stop🤷🏼♂️😂 I can only imagine this patients discomfort before Dr. Brenda worked her magic!
Danny Jones how do you do that?
My gp told me there is no research conclusions that support whether it is good or bad. It's either neutral or we don't know.
always an amazing job you do. I know how much of a detail job you need to go through and the great part to see the patient feels much better. I love that you resolve those issues.
Watching other people be relieved of stress & pain, allows us to relax as well. It’s all about the energy and vibe 🙏🏿🌞
I love how much I’ve learned from your videos, but I also love how fun and caring you are! Thank you for everything you do! I’m sure you help more people than you even imagine!
I have been to 4 chiropractors in my life. I’m 50 years old. I have never ever, seen a chiropractor work like this. This is amazing.
She's an amazing human being. God bless her!!!
Great video! When I had sciatica the PT did the combing or quasha therapy to relieve it. It’s basically a wonderful massage for those who love massage!!! Whenever I get Chiropratic care I’m super happy, “stretched,” feel taller and not constricted. I currently live in the sw Pacific Ocean area and I wish there was a chiropractor near me:( I’m glad people get the care needed)...
I am Japanese. I would like to receive your treatment.
I am using the translation function. I'm sorry if I made a mistake.

Don't worry about the typos, love!💙
Hey sushi.. u of all ppl shouldn't have to worry abt massages
You did fine ☺️
Living in New Zealand, you are an incredibly talented intellectual woman.
You take the uncomfortable clinical side of modern healing away.
Having never been to a Chiropractor myself you make me feel like making
an appointment for adjustments too my body.
It's been such an honor viewing your patient sessions. Thank you cu Ana
Kia ora
@@abc-ke2yq Ae e pai ana ahau. I am good. Kia ora me koe. Thank you to you Cu Ana
She looks just like Tori Kelly!
I was thinking this
It almost seems as if each video gets progressively better. I am so impressed with Dr. Mondragon.
I feel like Chiropractors get such a bad rap for being ChiroQUACKtors, and they have to fight really hard to be taken seriously as a medical professional. Dr. Mondragon shows not only an incredible breadth of anatomical knowledge, but she is as attuned to the physical needs of a patient, as she is to their emotions. She is truly more of a doctor than most will ever be, and what a gift she is to the world.
It is often well deserved. She and others are and might be great healers, however, a doctor is someone whom obtained a doctorate (doctor's degree) from a university. Using the "doc." as a lot of chiros do is only done to give credibility to their profession.
@@TBendez Well, many might not realize that getting a doctorate in Chiropractic studies is a real, credible degree. It actually is, and Dr. Mondragon earned hers, Magna Cum Laude, second in her class.
@@djm4854 Doctorate yes, but the term doctor nowadays refers to medical professional, which chiros are not
That was one of the best doc-patient interactions I have ever seen in a chiropractic video, and boy have I watched chiro videos lmao
They may call themselves doctors but they are not doctors.
She sure had lots of issues for a young person. Hopefully she keeps up with a chiropractor back at home to continue making progress
Chiropractor to align the body and physiotherapy to maintain that alignment 👍🏽
Okay you’re way off topic .
Jara Botelho yeah chiropractor’s are nothing more than a placebo effect but I do enjoy these videos.
@@johns8162 no, it works. My neck was locked up when i was in school. it got worse at the end of the day, I was in tears. My dad took me to a chiropractor back then i knew nothing about it but after that i had full movement of my neck. Felt so good
@@tinacameron5526 i'm glad it worked for you. the reason your neck was so bad was because of stress, anger, worry, sadness etc not because anything was actually wrong with you. your brain was causing you pain in your neck to distract you from something that would've been bothering you. something that you would've been angry about or stressed out about etc.
it's taken the focus off of whats going on in your mind and putting your focus onto whats going on in your body.
I don't even have any issues but i just like to do this looks so relaxing
EVERYONE has issues lol
Waaah I’m too perfect boo hoo😢😫 lol
You think you don't have issues until you go to a good chiro lol
It’s at 69 likes I can’t like it
This horrible day got alot better after seeing them two interact and smiling. Love these videos
I think having her adjust my neck would be life changing
D'Ann Horne me too!
I appreciate your patients that let you do what is necessary to help what's ailing them , sometimes they are apprehensive to some of your methods but this young lady was a real champ !
If you watch her spine with each crack, you can see the tension release. There are small pockets where you can see the spine was compressed and muscles tight. So amazing
Her problem was not being able to relax... You can Tell she's all kinds of stiff... The neck needed to go way more and the back...she couldn't get let go....watch linea get adjusted... perfect adjustments cuz she's so comfortable
I have something stiff to help her
What can help to relax?

Wow , wonderful work !! You never cease to amaze me ! Great photography also 👍👏👏👏
really enjoyed today’s video keep doing the amazing work u do Brenda
Please come to Boston 🥺 I’ve never been to a chiropractor but omg boy do I need one. You are so amazing Dr. ❤️ God bless you.
Watching these videos for yearssss, and each one brings mental relief to my sore muscles :--)
I know right
"Duuuude take your tiime 😌 "
😆
Several chiros I’ve gone to in my area are never this thorough and I need this!!!!
This lady described my issues exactly
I have the same problem under the ribs with the cartilage popping! I’m glad I’m not the only one!
I think I have this too? Do you know what this is?
What I wonder though is what toll it plays on the chiropractic as there is a lot of repetitive motions involved. Presumably fingers, thumbs, wrists, back and shoulda are all being heavily worked.... it clear this Chiropractor keeps in tremendous shape which I guess helps a little for doing the job day to day but it can’t fix all RSI effects.
Also why don’t we have such amazing Chiropractors like this in the UK. We need more of these and long sessions like this.
I like how you treat your patients you show them respect and they listen to you you great at your job keep doing your thing
Since watching dr mondragon I’ve been searching for chiropractic places in my area ...I need this in my life !!! ♥️♥️🙏🙏💪🏻💪🏻
Went to chiropractor for the first time ever last week. Changed my life! They get down to business on the first visit! Feeling much better. Massages just weren’t enough.
i have back problems from lifting heavy weights , i want to go to A Chiropractor so bad, do they help with lower back pain, sometimes i have problems even getting up.
Loved this video, as always. You really do a great job with all of your patients!
As a new Chiropractor, I've heard about some clinics that offer their services at a cheaper rate but I'm pretty sure that they're not getting close the excellent service you provide to your patients.
Hi! Any recommendations or anyone know a good Chiro on Long Island Ny? Need one like this video 🥰
Aww the poor patient is all kinds of locked up. 😥 Yeah doc, get in that scapula Finally at the end you got that right side to go. Great Success!!!!👍🏼 Hope the patient is feeling much better. She’s so pretty!

Is there a recommendation for how often to get adjusted? I personally tend to go with the seasons. I haven’t been since the end of winter but need it. Also is this how you treat every visit or do some just need adjusting?
Seasonal is probably alright, if I could afford it I’d live there lol
I go every 2 weeks. But i also get physical therapy as well so i gotta keep up with that.
This lady looked soooooooo relieved and de-stressed afterwards but the bit I liked the best was when the doc was massaging the rib and stomach area. It's fascinating that the dragon lady can move internal organs. More please. Also very sweet when the doc giggles behind her mask. Stay safe everyone 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 💖 💖 💖👍👍👍
These Mondragon videos just get better and better. Definitely my number one channel on You Tube. Keep them coming!
Incredible! I’m from The Netherlands... and I like the way how positive you are and your always find a solution! Wauw
I love how this patient communicates her problems in an accurate way... and they are all being found one by one during the session.
Dr. Brenda is so jolly and full of life. Leave aside your sublime chiropractic skills, your broad smile itself can make people happy.
I always learn something new in each of your videos. Thank you for being you 💕
I need to come see you 😂
I’ve had a stiff neck, and pain between and on my shoulder blades. It’s really bothersome.
Melanie omg me too😭 also I had a baby at the end of June and since then I’ve had SUCH a stiff neck especially on the left side
I know you probably won’t see this but if by any chance I would like to ask if it is okay to go to get a chiropractic adjustment if you have scoliosis “S” shape?
I am in desperate need of her to work on me. My back and neck are in pain all of the time.
I love your positive vibes and always laughing I’m from Cali and i am seriously thinking about heading to you for some treatment.
Oh yes I think these videos do relax a lot of us. Something about putting your shelf in the patients shoes and thinking about you getting cracked yourself. Because apparently getting cracked can relax your body and help a lot. Even if you have no pain.
Keep up the good work doc, support you all the way❤
The doc always cracks me up 😁
I so need this treatment!
I totally respect and I am in ore of how thorough you are in your job and how fun and educational you are too by explaining how/what you do/doin.
Fantastic video great how you talk to your patients keep safe and keep up with the great job
I live in the Bay Area and I literally was thinking during my workout this morning about how I would FLY out to just see Dr. Mondragon. Maybe it’s a sign?! 🤔
Yes I wanted to make a vacation out of it so I can maybe see her twice before going home.
I also live in the Bay Area-San Jose. I wish she was here!
@@brookemiller7230 san jose here too! We need someone like here out here
Where is Dr. Mondragon located
Bay Area as well! Was also thinking about flying out to Florida just for a chance to see her. Let me know if you guys find anyone half as good as Dr. Mondragon in the area :)
SAME!! omg all her symptoms on the left side sounds like my issues. That left side feeling, kinda feels like a cramp or something that I need to stretch out. So I also do that side stretch. I was scared it was a hiatal hernia :((
When you did the stomach I saw that "lump" move. It was neat
Lol everything moved then.
Video was great!! Patient looks a lot like Kaitlyn Weathers. My wife saw her at the House of Blues in Anaheim while visiting her brother in 2018 I believe it was.
Haha wow! It is me:)
Where do you get all of your cool leggings? The sparkle mermaid and the muscle anatomy leggings are my faves!
Just a question, my chiropractor never does that scraping thing on me. What exactly is it for? I love my chiropractor and feel she really helps my back but I was curious why you do scraping
Google gua sha
You don't have to hate your practitioners to use multiple people to get added therapies that may work for you. You can see multiple people to get the best results because everyone will have their own techniques they can do due to their education and experiences they have had in their careers. Scraping is one of those things not all practitioners will have a certification to do. It's to break up fascial adhesions that restrict natural motion of your upper layers of your body. Fascia is the layer that holds your skin to your muscles and keeps everything in a neat little package. Without it every muscle and your skin would just be separate parts and your body's movement would be not so fluid and controlled. Muscles would constantly slip over or under other muscles, etc etc. It's like the casing around a sausage lol keeps you all together in one neat piece. When it's tight you will have restrictions in your natural range of motion.
rockmemama86 wow very interesting! Thank you for that. I’m very curious to try that out.
I really enjoy your videos. They are relaxing.

What are your thoughts on kt tape for posture?
You're the best Dr. Mondragon. Hugs to you on this very hot Saturday.
Doc .... do people ever fall asleep when you massage them ? It looks really relaxing.
I'm sure they do. I know I would've
Probably not because this shit hurts... But strangely hurts in a relaxing way
As a person who gets this done it's definitely not relaxing, you try to. But it hurts she is doing this on almost raw skin digging and pulling at joints and mussels. It feels good after but during sometimes its too much during.
A real teaching lesson. I never fail to learn something new. Respect and love.... T
@Captn Cigarra I have respect and love, even for you....

Doc, what happens to the gasses that get released from the joints?
They escape through the anus
Right on time the thunder
What does that metal thing do? (the part that makes the skin really red or bruised).
Scraping technique.. it's a popular treatment to break down muscle adhesions and scar tissue.. also to massage trigger points with the goal of increasing range of motion... so in other words it's used to apply pressure and scrape the skin to relieve pain and tension.

Dr. Brenda , they say how good you look-for not going to the Gym , ha ha . You work harder in your practice then you ever would at the gym ! Your at it all day long . People pay attention she's REALY working hard !
Have you noticed that most of the patients in these videos are at the chiro because of something they did in the gym? There's a lesson there somewhere.
@@pmichael73 if you push your body to it's limits, I'm sure there will be some pains, especially tense muscles, etc. As Long as you are foam rolling, using proper form, stretching after, etc, you should be alright. Don't need any reasons for people not to go to the gym imo.
I want something for my neck... it hurts without any reason.. I like the work you are doing
"Stretching my own neck at the same time" exactly as I was doing the same thing!
Mondragons, do you have a recommend chiropractor in California? I'm willing to be a patient of yours but I also live in Cali, and cant fly out every time I need an adjustment *sad face
which Los Angeles chiropractors do you recommend?
I need this done ASAP!
I wish we had chiropractors like you in Michigan. They don't massage the muscles to get them to relax first before they adjust your back. It just seems logical to me to do that first before adjusting.
Great educational videos.
