Patient came in with lower neck and low back pain. She sits in an office chair for most of the day and works a SECOND job at night as a bartender. She says her back feels compressed and locked with limited range of motion. Her mid back rigidity was the culprit.

Hunching and bringing the shoulders forward is a defensive, low confidence and submissive posture/gesture. IMO there are whole segments of the population which could really do with having more confidence!

Merry Christmas!! I'm also located in Central Florida. I could use a little...or a lot of work. But I have a question. I had a stroke almost 8 years ago at the age of 25. My stroke was due to a vertebral arterial dissection in my neck. I have been told that I can't, medically, go back to a chiropractor. Would my medical history, in your opinion, keep you from being able to work on me? I'm currently on a pain patch for constant back pain, and I would love to not need it any more.
