A little recommendation, when you want to build an elevated road just on top of the ground level road, you could use move it mod to copy all the ground level road nods, and paste somewhere else, then upgrade the copied roads into the desired road types, then move it back to where it should be, that will save you some time.
Watching you build roads helps me improve my city. And helps give me same or different ideas. And makes me really enjoy the game much better. Keep it up Flabs!
Industry area exit ramp - go straight to that first intersection you were using. Move the residential ramp to meet the trucking exit ramp. Use the 4 lanes to turn. You were so close to perfection!
@37:31 what I would do is extend the short ramp to downtown by going over the inter section and joining the small dead end road next to the sunken rail line. I think that would alleviate the problem of traffic backing up on that ramp.
The Parallel Road Tool usually does close if you click the button, but sometimes it does get stuck open. To connect to existing roads, toggle the snapping button on. There's a handy picture guide on the workshop page ;)
Personally road episodes are my favorite, so I loved this! I think you still need to add more connections to the rest of the city to fix that junction, but it's looking good. As far as where that pedestrian path doesn't work anymore, try putting it underground? Since everything is elevated.
I love the road vids. Fix that one remaining street level intersection and upgrade the whole elevated road to a highway like the one you built in this video and you'll be good to go!
@@xmaksoy Yeah exactly this. I would of gone along the river if I could connect to the existing bridge without having to rebuild everything in the area. I wanted to maintain what was already there for the most part
What if the new highway T-branched right through the skyscrapers down into the new townhouse suburbs. ALSO, yes, you should probably hook up the Stadium
26:54 You could build the highway much more smooth with building the road at the one upper street. There would be no sharp turns (or less sharp) Please do it without recording. 29:10 You can replace these roads with 4-lane highway until the bridge.
The next road over would require demolishing more buildings to get there. We had a big empty grass space where the trams were, so I used that to minimize destruction
You could use the lowered down section of the two-separate-roads highway to loop off-ramps between the two so that you can change from one section to the other.
Last episode was a 'Bridge episode'. Let's do something else and continue with......... another bridge haha. I liked the vid tho, it was just funny how you tried to go to another subject and couldn't really get rid of it.
"Man, this bridge is really coming along, I think it's becoming really integrated with the city and all the hard work is-" * sees next video in playlist * "... well"
Casino/Beach City to the other side of the river (North?) so the bridge is more useful! I'm thinking that forest area around north entrance of the bridge is bland, but maybe with new city we can get solution for it.
To help make it easier for you to remember how to be able to quick slope align i'll reiterate what i mentioned last time 😊 To be able to quick slope align you have to go into the options of Move It where you will scroll down a bit to the key binds and set a key or key combo to be able to do it (in my opinion control + q is a good combo to set for it, and if you want to you could also set a key combo to slope align such as alt + s or something you can easily hit to quickly activate the align tool 😁). Hopes this helps! 😅
@@Flabaliki they don't have to be untidy to be illogical. I have been watching your videos for a while, you sometimes miss such great opportunities. You could've placed both an exit and an entrance where that last exit was. Now you have two very close entrences and none in the area that has a lot of traffic. That is probably one of the reasons you have a road jam on that bridge. That being said, I still love your videos both on this channel and on the others. Love that you replied to my comment. It was not supposed to be taken in a bad fashion. Keep up the good work.(and sorry if i wrote anything wrong, English is not my first language)
I love watching you build roads. You've given me many ideas to improve my cities!
"Let's Bridge" XD I love this series
OMG I love this so much, I haven't seen a "through-city" elevated highway that looks and works so nicelly in a long time.
Nice work!!!
I mean I think u should get really carried away and put elevated highways everywhere cos... that's really dystopian and industrial :)
This is got to be the most relaxing UA-cam series ever
Just imagine living in an appartment next to that elevated highway!
Oh my god the noise would be awful!
My apartment in Philly was right next to an elevated railroad and it was the industrial line 🙃
I wore earplugs to sleep.

Great suggestion. I might use this!

👍These are my favourite kind of episodes. I ❤️love❤️ watching the working out. Every connection is a new challenge. 👍

i love road episodes!! Its relaxing and satisfying when it goes right.
This episode is exciting!!!!! I love skyways!!!
I like that he paused the game at 21-09-2109
the best episode of the series

Man it is so great to hear Australian voices in LPs! Hi from Perth :)
Highways Japanese Style
Severe lack of bridge in this episode. 2/10

Add in a 4 lane section before and after the main bridge so they can change from side to side
I could never do that! That is so good. Really Impressed!
Love videos like this!!!

Love The City Keep It Up
You could just have built that whole elevated highway along the river
Unfortunately it would be so tricky to connect the highway to the current bridge :(
But why would Dirtroid invest in something so appealingly simple?
@@adnanilyas6368 Probably it is new enough to be look well-maintained.

Please don't stop the cities skylines series! I'm always on the lookout for new vid. Love it
The view at 24:21 is amazing

I like road episodes! Most of playing citites skylines seems like building roads anyway

BRAVO! Why do my Cities look do bad?
That last exit ramp you built should keep going down along side the 6 lane road.. but should exit both left and right.. maybe might help?
Nice!
i’ve seen a 4-lane elevated highway above the road like that implemented irl where i live ,the only difference being the density
I think you should continue that CBD tramway as a one way highway into the city
Casino/Beach City to the other side of the river (North?) so the bridge is more useful!

Fuckn love road episodes 💓
20:15 just turn on snapping in parallel road tool, upper right corner.
BridgeSkylines: Semaj builds another un-needed bridge
Flabaliki, I am your fan from Indonesia
Combine the 2 2 lane roads into a 4 lane after the bridge so cars can merge and head either direction
you should slow down the speed limit to either 70 - 60 - 50. on the elevated highway this would be safer, giving the fact that this is quit narrow.
I can't find the Bradfield highway on the Steam workshop. Could you put a link in the description for it?
It's included in the Sydney Harbour Bridge asset steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1636975244

Add a bus in the bus lane!
This reminds me of that monorail in Intercourse City
I think you should build more exit ramps all directions to slove traffic problem in that brigde....
Nearly a plane crash 37:10
Don't forget to finish the pedestrian portion on the other side of the bridge.
Also, got any plans for 300k on this your smaller channel?
Bridge Construction Simulator looks different nowadays
Finally!
There is a building inside the new section of highway
Is your mod list on steam?
Yep, sorry forget to link it. It's in the description now :)
@@Flabaliki you're the man
Looks like Los Angeles
Connect the pedestrian path to the road near the river that already runs under the highway
Your phone went off at the end 😂
Make a full outer city connection where the new brigde is
The parallel roads mod glitches every now and then where it won't turn off when you click it. Next time you reload it will work properly
remember, MAGGIE
The elevated highway looks wonky in some parts
You're putting in a lot of Exits, but shouldn't there be more entrances?
Make a new district in the mountains
I got an idea. Why not? just redo do most of the roads
That would be very unrealistic.
I have cs on the ps4 and after the latest update houses are disapearing after they are build... i have no mods (of course) can anyone help!!!
There are kinda not enough highways for a industrial city
Who remeber sedona? Just askin
Start a new city bro!

The connections you made are so bad! You could have made them much more logical. You had space! WHY?
