- 70g Condensed milk
(練乳)
- 200g Whipping cream
(生クリーム)
- Freeze 4 hours
(冷凍 4時)
- Freeze 1 hour
(冷凍 1時)
●MOCHI:
- 100g Glutinous rice flour
(白玉粉)
- 60g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 180ml Water
(水)
- Water
(水)
- Low heat 15 minutes
(弱火 15分)
- Corn starch
(コーンスターチ)
- Freeze 2 hours
(冷凍 2時)

Here's the recipe in for some who don't want to watch the whole video while making this.
*Mochi Ice Cream [Matcha]*
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
*Ingredients:*
- Ice cream -
8g Matcha | 70g Condensed milk | 200g Whipping cream
- Mochi -
100g Glutinous rice flour | 60g Sugar | 180ml water | Corn starch
*Instructions:*
Combine matcha and condensed milk in a bowl. Once well blended pour in whipping cream and using a hand mixture, whip until fluffy. Transfer to container and freeze for 4 hours.
Scoop the ice cream into balls and transfer to a tray/plate. Leave to freeze for 1 hour.
While the ice cream balls are freezing, add the rice flour and sugar in a bowl. Mix. Pour in the water and combine.
Steam the mixture for 15 minutes
Prepare a clean and flat surface a sift some corn starch on.
Once done steaming the mixture will be thick, sticky, and dough like. Transfer your mochi to the prepared surface and sift some more corn starch on top. Spread the mochi flat and cut into equal squares big enough to fit and wrap an ice cream ball. Take out the ice cream and wrap the mochi around.
Freeze overnight or for 2 hours. (Minimum)
Enjoy! :D

I made this with my cousin but used store bought ice cream. But the mochi dough is soooo good. Its very soft and chewy and the sweetness it perfect. Thx for sharing this recipe!
