- 70g Cake flour

- 1/2Tsp Black tea

- 1/4Tsp Lemon juice

- 65g Sugar

- Mold size 16cm

- Bake at 160℃ for 50 minutes
(160℃ - 50分焼く)
●MILK TEA CREAM:
- 1 Egg yolk
(卵黄)
- 40g Brown sugar
(黒砂糖)
- 120ml Milk tea
(ミルクティー)
- 5g Corn starch
(コーンスターチ)
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes

- 200g Whipping cream

I made this boba larva cake for my husband’s birthday today. All my family could’t stop eating the cake until they finished a 6 inches! It’s really unbelievable for me because both of my daughters are actually not big fans for cream, cake, or sugar...etc. They love the aroma of the milk tea chiffon and milk tea frosting. edit: I followed the potato cheese pancakes video! it was a lot of fun to make, cuz I've never made an actual dish like this from UA-cam (only made drinks from the Hanse channel, it's great, check it out. the strawberry milk is my fav!). It took me much longer than I expected, but that's because it was my first time so I wanted everything to be perfect and I took pics after every step haha. I also added some coriander and a tiny bit of garlic to the cheese on my mom's suggestion (she loves to make everything flavorful!), it came out good. thanks nino :)

Ok I made this and it tasted absolutely amazing! Exactly like boba tea! I didn’t have cake flour so I used all-purpose and threw in some baking powder. However his measurements were a bit off so I used my own measurements. Definitely making this again!
