John Bush I like being lean and fit also it feels a lot better. But to be competitive at my level you gotta be big. To get big you gotta eat big for some time to pack on the muscle.

Mira Salim roids speed up the process but you still need to building blocks a.k.a proteins to build muscle. What roids do is enhancing the muscle protein synthesis while decreasing protein breakdown hence pack on more muscles than you naturally can.
Hes definitely the most down to earth BB ive ever watched online. Just binge watched all videos with him in it and I really enjoy them. Useful info with reality injected in the message. AKA, keeping it real.

I seriously enjoy this guy man even he knows eating every 2 to 3 hours is hard on the body. What I do I mean if anyone cares is do a salt water flush on Sunday. REALLY cleans all that impuries and shit so your immune system will be stronger and more quicker to burn food. Yes it makes a difference try it you won't be sorry.

Muscle & Strength Yes sir you got it boss! Beware though, if you have a lot of well dry waste and nasty shit then be ready to sit next to the toliet but trust me your body will never be the same after this and I mean in a good way.
What exactly is a salt water flush? Adding extra salt isn't great for your diet. If I want to do a flush for impurities/toxins I'll just mix some lemon juice/water/apple cider vinegar. Tastes horrid but not doing this for taste.

Just think about body builders with families and kids. They spend $20k on food just for themselves lolol.

That’s awesome you do what you have to do. When me my wife and kid go shopping I would say at least $75-100 is my food alone for the week. Between protein, carbs, cereals and snacks. I pretty much eat the same foods during the day to make it easy. Dinner is always something different. Can’t drink protein shakes ,they upset my stomach.
How they gonna make money as a pro without feeding themselves right? It's like step 1
