I legitimately work from 7-9 Monday through Friday and still have my meals made. There’s no reason for people to say they don’t have time. I make meals at 11pm if I have to

I’ve become ADDICTED to meal prepping over the past two months, being a college student demands being proactive, you are definitely an inspiration (coming from a 154 lb. endurance athlete lol)!

Fouad.. What a cool guy! I met him when I was a door bouncer, at a small bodybuilding show in oshkosh, wisconsin.. I Didn't recognize him in his cap and hoodie, as he turned out to be the guest poser for the show.. He walked in and started to go in the auditorium, when I said hey! Got a ticket buddy! I felt like such an ass, when he told demetrius.. I don't think your door man know's who the fuck I am! I went over and apologized and had a nice conversation with him, for awhile.. That was back in 2010.

Love the vids and perspective on life. It’s very wholesome to watch someone who is down to earth and honest. I will use this meal idea.
Try using 16 mesh black pepper with kosher salt. It’s all I use and I’ll even add in a little garlic/onion powder , paprika, and chili powder if I want a little more flavor.
Whenever i don't feel like eating, I just look at this guy making food :)

For those that dont know and wanna know, the Wing and Breast (or Rib) is the Light and Lean Meat of the Chicken. Thigh and Leg is the Dark and 'Steaky' Meat of the Chicken.

You're a life saver man, I have tried this today in the UK but instead of the hot sauce, I used some of the Nandos marinade, and it was amazing, easy to eat and flavourful. If somebody in the UK tries to make this, this is another option which tastes good and has good macros too. Thanks man, really appreciate it. @@VincentATurba That's understandable, but, with dark meat you can remove the skin, you can grill, bake, boil, broil...., So with that you don't have to be afraid of fats.

quest Finally someone who doesn’t eat beef 24/7. I swear it’s not about how big u get you also have to stay healthy. I love Brian Shaw but he only eats beef. Guess what his BMI is 25 percent. A strongman is not necessarily a fit man. I respect all strong men though and body builders, don’t take this the wrong way.

I need help. I’m skinny and got tired of always being called skinny, “you don’t eat” etc. So I started working out assuming that’ll help but I feel like I’m not really getting to where I want I want to be thicker instead of skinny. I eat 5 eggs in the morning with hotdog + protein shake everyday. Been doing that for a while now and still haven’t seen weight gain I don’t know if it’s my metabolism or what. I just want to gain weight fast what should I eat or what should I do on a daily routine?
Just add more and more carbs until you start growing and get your protein and fats in.
Go online and look up a calorie calculator, it will ask for stuff like gender,age,height, weight and some other stuff. It will tell you how many calories you will need in a day to maintain,lose or gain weight. Your looking to gain so just incase it doesn't include that just look at the maintain option and up 500 calories if you add more then that you will probably gain fat along side muscle. Food wise look up videos like body building on a budget see what they eat and choose which foods you like personally. If you have any more questions I'll do my best to help
Eat more. If you think you're eating enough, you aren't.
5 eggs and a hotdog isn't that many calories and like 40 something grams of protein probably. Definitely eat more. Eat your normal routine.. count the calories just to see where you're at. Then up it by 500 or so. Especially if you have a high metabolism on top of working out you're gonna require quite a bit. I was eating like 2500-3000 a day when i was working out to gain muscle.

So true when you really want it you will make it happen. I love my guitar and I never have to make time for I prioritize my musical development. I simply got more efficent and made time for the gym and proper food and now I'm actually seeing results. Thanks for your no bullshit realness its something I seek in people we need it !

You can bake them in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 min also.
A Breville oven is small and works great.
Just salt & pepper w a little garlic powder & you’ve got a winner.
Skin is crispy & meat is tender. Cook longer if skin doesn’t crisp up.
Wash it down with a quart of half & half w chocolate syrup and you’ve got a weight gaining 2k calorie bulking meal for stupid cheap.
