I have DISH, therefore spinal radiculopathy everywhere but mostly thoracic. My pain wraps all the way around the dermatome and feels like nerve pain as there are bone spurs. Heat and laying flat work best for me with a flare up. I’ve started RFA, and it’s helping!

I just learned that I have this. I've been suffering for 5 years. It's horrible. I've been using heat pads, Capsaicin patches, rest, Tylenol, and now my doc has me on a nerve medication. I am thinking I should try physical therapy. But the pain is just like you describe. I hope exercises can help. Thank you!

Just had thoracic mri this week. Should have results soon, i hope. Already had titanium implants C-5 though C-7 a fer years ago. This getting old shit is getting old
