how did you get multiple textures on the spheres? Did you add different emitters with different textures or is there a way to set multiple textures with some type of randomization on one emitter?

Thanks! Do you happen to know offhand how to repel--sort of like attract, except the reverse? For example, you have a sheet of blobs, and you want to pass a separate blob through the sheet of blobs, which pushes the blobs which come in direct contact with the main blob aside just long enough to allow the main blob to pass, only to return to their original position? Any help would be very appreciated! Mike

Hi mate, I try to keep all the tutorials under 10 minutes so there isnt really time to show all the lighting and texturing (especially as I try to make one per week while working;). I hope to do some long form courses on lighting and texturing (I have one coming out soon) as learning that stuff can be a bit more in depth (I use Octane too which a lot of people dont have). I'm a freelance artist so getting time to make these is tricky, but I encourage everyone to try and render it with their own style so everything doesnt look exactly like my stuff too;) If you do want to see the exact render setup I put all my final render ready files up onto Patreon for my patrons (which keeps my site running) thanks for watching though I appreciate your support! Dave
How would i make these into softbodies. I put it inside a cube as a collider but when i make the spheres into softbodies they just stay in one place rather than moving out like the rigid bodies.
