- In this 10 min guided meditation for mindfulness, you'll receive prompts for your attention on your breath as well as regular reminders to get out of overthinking, distractions, and get back to focusing and being mindful. This 10 minutes practice is voice only and without music.

When told my brain could think anything at the end, then it decides to think of nothing.
Haha! Interesting how that works, huh? The same happens for me, and it's often my favorite part/prompt of the practice. :)

No, I assume you can think of anything. My mind deviates from empty to full, happy thoughts, sad thoughts, stress, relief... All of it is fine. Right?

Love the simple, easy-paced instruction, no music, no 'wise thoughts'. I've had 3 app subscriptions - should have known better - even gentle sound effects distract me, let alone 'peaceful music' and voices that seem to draw attention to themselves, all distract me. This is exactly what I need: straight-up mindfulness meditation. Thank you so much.

Thank you! This meditation is wonderful. I actually like how there is no other sound happening but your voice. It allows me to hear the sounds around me clearer and gives my mind a bit more relaxation as apposed to having music or false sounds playing. Thanks again!
I find it interesting, when you tell us towards the end to "let the mind do what it wants" that's when my mind is the clearest

This is very helpful! Because of some studies done about 10 minute mindfulness meditation I'm trying to learn how to do it. I've always felt these practices to be silly and so overcoming that isn't easy. This meditation was very good for me. Thank you

Thanl you so much for this meditation, I was feeling like I was too much in my mind, just thinking and imagining things all the time, this helped me to grownd and to come back in to the present moment. i practiced this outside on a sunny day and had at least 15 ants crawl on me. was difficult to focus my attention back on breathing when they didn’t stop, but at some point i just had to resign and let them do as they please. they were respectful, at the very least :)

I tried this in the office before my boss came in but I can feel better now.
I did this with my eyes opened but gazing at a point. Much like I was hypnotized.
Glad it helped. It's always best to make the practice work for you - if you find time during the day to be mindful but you need to keep your eyes open, do it.

How do i stop myself from sleeping mid meditation. I woke up at the end where he says "open your eyes". Was scared as hell
Ensure you're sitting upright. You can also try meditation with your eyes open.
i would literally look down at my phone to see if the vid is still going bc he never talks
