I've struggled with anxiety since the age of 12. Primarily generalized anxiety over relationships with people, health and sense of identity. I've recently had a major realization: thoughts are just thoughts, they are not me and they are not reality. I am the observer. The more I fought against my thoughts and feelings, the worse they have gotten paradoxically. With this meditation, I really found myself in a mindful flow of observing instead of reacting or embodying my thoughts as true. Very powerful, thank you!

This is probably the best meditation I have experienced. Giving your thoughts the same respect as you do for the clouds in the sky…nothing to do about it, just be aware. AMAZING ❤

This one was beautiful, I wasn't expecting it. It really helped me to just observe my thoughts even if I didn't like them, just observe them and by the end of the meditation the thoughts just spiral, a tree, at the rhythm of the music and I just went black, no thoughts. Great meditation!
Wow I am just at the begining of the journey after several weeks meditating for 5min daily but as people mentioned that imagining that like a skies was amazing comparison but honestly I just felt once that spark of letting go that thought because I feel having little bit more empty mind but catching myself pretty early and calmly send it away that thought was amazing experience, can’t wait to feel it again tomorrow. Amazing job 💪
The last bit '' Take your time as you open your eyes back to the world around you'' this was so calming until I opened my eyes and saw all the clutter in my house, and it gave me more anxiety..

It takes time for the brain to.change the structure of brain . I read it takes 66 days on constant work to change a habit , behavior. It was in European Journal of Social Psychology.
My thoughts and feelings has not changed but my feelings has gotten so much stronger and clearer mentally and also to believe that I and stronger spiritual. Also like to say to all the women of guided meditation happy international women's day and month of March ❤️🌎🇬🇧
i dont know if its only me or other people also felt that after sometime when she asked "to let the thoughts come to your mind' not a single thought came and you just dwell into the background music
I’m an over thinker, in my mind if I didn’t have bad luck I wouldn’t have any luck at all, what makes it worse is I don’t give that impression to others, I’m like a sponge and soak any negativity in then I start analysing it to my detriment. The narrator’s voice is perfect and calming, my only gripe is it’s too short it would be perfect it was for an hour.
