Your guided meditations are so helpful (and I've tried a LOT of other channels on UA-cam.) I have anxiety, depression, PMDD, fibromyalgia, and tend to get mad at myself for not doing everything perfectly, so when other people's guided meditations say stuff like "exhale into your right arm and notice how relaxed and at peace it feels now 😌" I'm too anxious so I don't feel relaxed and get mad at myself for not feeling a wave of relaxation when they say to notice it. 😬 So it calms my mind every time you say how it's normal for the mind to wander. I didn't know I also needed the "you might even forget you were trying to meditate" line until this video. You're so neutral and supportive in all your videos. I've struggled with meditating for years and yours are the ones I can always follow along with without beating myself up for not doing something right. The silence in between you talking helps too. I cannot thank you enough. ❤️

I come back to this meditation once or twice every day. I like it a lot because it is simple, without music, and it leaves you moments of actually meditating and brings you back just as you start wandering.
I use these in my high school nutrition and wellness class. My students really enjoy them. They are a fantastic introduction to basic mindfulness meditation. Simple. Cues are on point. No other background distractions. A+.

Been doing your guided meditation for focus for 5 months now, 10 mins, 20 mins, and 30 minutes. Its part of my ritual to start the day. I felt like my anxiety, nervousness, and disorganization has lessen yet relapsing sometimes still and I am working on that, I am integrating other things in my life that is more important than masturbating. It's been 3 months since i started Nofap and yet to complete a month of semen retention. I will continue to work on myself and change myself to be a responsible human Being. I know I can do it as long as I don't give up on myself. Thank you again and I will continue to use your guided meditations for the months to come.

Today as i was doing the 20 minutes (during meditation session) i realised i started to challenge the unrealistic expectations i had for myself! It felt like i was breaking free from the unrealistic expectations of who i am supposed to be! It is like i am breaking free from the perfectionist tendencies! Anyone else realised this?😁
I had 2 panic attacks a couple weeks ago just days apart from each other. I don't know what caused them, but I decided to start meditating everyday. I've used this video every time. I'm not completely out of the woods yet. I can still feel my heart rush from time to time, but this video has possibly saved my life. Thank you very much, honestly.
My mother has recently passed away, it has been difficult to make peace with her and my inner feelings and memories. I'm letting pain go, letting her go but the process is hard. Thank you for this meditations, is so useful for me int his tough moments.

Wow! I love this mediation! I was only able to do 9:11 mins of it but im really proud of myself because thats the longest i was able to do without feeling distracted or stressed. I like how you do it with realism, you're speaking calmy without trying so hard to sound mediative and smooth. I also like how there is no music, as the music i hear in other guided meditations stress me out and i also like how you pause long enough to let me process what you're saying without jumping in constantly.
