The analogy with muddy water works like a charm ✨
At some moments I felt like I was the water, and my thoughts were like little disturbances or currents that lifted mud a little higher. When I let those currents to just pass away I could see through this water clearer and clearer

During this meditation I began to think that I take my thoughts too seriously, too much like being an enemy of mine; while in fact my mind is often having "wacky" thoughts which wind up disturbing my tranquility and setting me up for stress. Hello! Wake up! Can't I realize that my Mind
has thoughts that are as crazily wacky as anybody else? That my wacky mind has wacky thoughts and my mind is wacko when this happens; and because of wacko thoughts, do I become in reality, with clear thinking, what my mind is thinking? WACKO. Hello World! ADB,MD
