      Setting the barbell down on the rack each time on that barbell shoulder press you are taking the stress of your shoulders bro. I would say you would be cheating your shoulders.

      @@klaudialacayo2333 you shouldn’t try any of the exercises he tells you because he has no clue what he’s talking about. His videos are full of misinformation and exercises that aren’t effective for building muscle, burning fat or anything. Also workouts he suggests are often dangerous and will cause injury. He’s a fraud just look up all the reviews from reputable fitness instructors Criticizing his program. He’s a joke yo the fitness community.

    I start working out after off for almost a year about a month and half ago. I follow some of yours weight work out and so far I drop 15lbs. Kudos to you. Tomorrow I will try this one.

    Can I use momentum at between 10-12 reps? Front raises

      There may be a slight bit of momentum being used if you have fatigued your muscles at that point. Keep pushing with good form as best as you can!

    Mr shred a cutting question here..
    If I wanna lose bf I should focus on my macros to complete or the calories I consume?
    If both what goes first an why,how im i split if calories have to get lower?
    If u would like u can make a video,just dropping ideas.
    Anyhow the video was crazy and too helpful

      Calories are the most important thing to focus on. If your macro splits are on point but you are eating way to many calories, you wont see any progress.

    is preworkout protein necessary if i have protein after?

      Typically pre-workout does not have protein in it but a stimulant (or in some cases not) so I would focus on having either foods high in protein or a protein supplement after your workout to help your body properly recover.

    I love your exercises, I want to build muscles, I've heard different things about building muscles can you make me a schedule to build muscles. For instance I want to work out 6 days,should I do my whole upper in one day or break it up, like biceps and triceps, once or twice a week.

    Hi Vince thanks for your workout videos. I've been watching your several of your videos, especially for chest and shoulder workout videos. But I'd like to know whether we can do the shoulder - chest - biceps and triceps exercise in one day? Is it good for our muscle growth? I do the chest cable fly, dip exercise (for my shoulder and lower chest muscle), biceps with dumbbell and triceps with pukl down machine. Hope to hear from you. Thanks

    Why do 2 shoulder presses just focus and give your all on 1

      Doing a single arm dumbbell press will require more core stability to keep your body upright and not leaning over. It is easier to do both arms at the same time. If your core if strong enough, go for it. If your core is limiting your ability to push your shoulders farther, then 2 arms will be better.
