i have the eu version but it runs at 50fps for some reason, which isnt too big of a issue, however what is bothering is that whenever someone talks in a cutscene the game goes in to slow motion.

What are you using for your rendering options. Are you using DirectX or opengl. And also what is your graphics card

Just go to dolphins website and download the latest version of dolphin. Worked for me

Somehow the game now loads without any textures, and it’s really weird!
I know this video is like, 3 year old but i just can't fix the problem of cinematic going at like 5 fps and the rest of the game at 50!

If anyone is interested, you need to change the room to US, PAL just doesn't work for me
Also in the US ver you might have a glitch where Mario doesnt has any texture, to fix it you need to change the game to OpenGL

Lol, I used the PAL version first and it just stayed black on the intro scene. So I downloaded the NTSC-U version and the gecko worked perfectly in the intro and when beating the pink goop piranha plant. But once the first mission started, it lagged HORRIBLY like slowing down to -60% speed on 5 fps by looking at the Delfino market and the plaza itself. It ran fine when looking at non busy areas to tho. I even disabled the texture pack and lowered the resolution and switched backends. It fixed it for the most part, but there was still small lag, while being a little ugly when stretched for the widescreen patch. Which made saving Peach already difficult. So I'll just play on the original fps which runs great, still my favorite 3d Mario anyway. Only do this on a high-end PC of you want to run the coffee with all the extra goodies folks.
Does this fix the weird graphical bug with the heatwaves?
That problem should not exist on the newest version of Dolphin.

Do you use the US Version? The EU Version got broken cutscenes and when you apply the 60fps fix the cutscenes will get stuck. Also make sure you use the ntsc-u fix in the US Version. For me it worked (widescreen and 60fps). Sadly i can only play it in English and not in german.
Side info:
ntsc-u = US Version
Pal = EU Version

I would try to use opengl or Vulcan and see if the problem disappears. AMD typically processes Graphics easier on this settings

Are you running a PAL (Europe) version of the game or NTSC (North America) version of the game?
@@TutorialClan Its the PAL version, but i actually found the problem was i had the direct 12 setting on, i changed it to open gl and it went back to 60fps!

Check if vsync is enabled.
Long story short if you're running a monitor or TV that only supports 30 Hertz the game will not run right with v-sync enabled.

Why 3D All-Stars missed this huge opportunity is beyond me!
That was one of my biggest complaints about the 3d allstar pack. It was done lazy. These video say Nintendo laziness and Nintendo try to remove all my SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE Improvement videos thew copyright infringement. I fought tooth-and-nail get every video back online threatening Nintendo with legal action.

Do you have vsync enabled. If it is this, it might mean your monitor only supports 30 frames per second
@@TutorialClan I have 2 monitors and both of them support higher than 30 fps and I turned the V-sync off but its stays the same and this time makes mario look weird painted in black
When I use the 60 FPS cheat code my game works on 5 FPS for some reason. I have the EU version and I use pal. Also my game won't work. It just shows a black screen

@@TutorialClan yes. I heard 5fps is only for cutscenes but I'm not sure. Also in-game the sky is black and some textures aren't loading. I think this happened after I tried to install the uhd textures

@@TutorialClan idk the type. I solved the issue by installing the ntsc-u version. Apparently you get 5 FPS on cutscenes on the EU version only. Glad i was able to solve the issue. Thanks anyway

For everybody who plays on the european version, the game will run at 50fps, on the american version at 60fps, I think that the code makes the game run 2 times faster. (this is a deduction because I don't know anything about coding) It's basically because the american game runs at 30fps without the mod and the european at 25fps without the mod, dang it that's sh*t.

These codes only will so you may be able to find other ones out there on the web for your game. Best thing to do is check the Wiki

Great Brother! My problem was that I had the European version, then I downloaded the US version and it worked.
Now I have a question: Is there a way to copy the game I had in the European version in the American version? Because in the European version I have a game with 28 stars but I want to have those 28 stars in the American version that I put with the customization of 60 FPS.

The game couldn't run at 30fps due to the amount of stress on the gamecube due to glitches/bugs and unoptimized code, the game was rushed.
100% agree the game was rushed. A new mod has popped up called Super Mario sunburn that's trying to fix all the problems that the game had and complaints

When I took my computer to a friends to play dolphin emulator their screen was only running at 30 frames per second which caused the game to run slowly but this is an example of V sync being on
I’m guessing by you subscribing that solve the problem
I don't recommend doing this for a low end PC. It slows down your VPS and it will sound weird and laggy. Only do this if you have a high-end PC.

Because you have a old version of Dolphin, you must to download a Developer Version

Update dolphin to the latest version for some reason older versions don't let you add codes or you're on a beta version

Check the Hertz on your monitor. If your monitor for example is 50 hertz, you are only capable of 50 frames per second which will cause the game to lag. The way to test if this is the problem turn off vsync
my monitor has 144 Hertz. I play call of duty warzone always on 144 Herz and with highest graphic settings

He should be. The only thing that speeds up is the cutscene when you enter a level.
