If you look closely at 10:04, he looks like he's wanna trying to hold to not to laugh and then looking at Red Team and the camera zoom in to Melissa, the woman with crazy hair. I bet he was laughing behind the camera and then looking at his teammates at Blue Team and I bet they're also laughing and the camera didn't show their faces.

I still dont understand what the girls team did to make that duck look like that. Did they forget that they had to make 3 dishes and then cut up a duck breast and put it in boiling water?
If I remember, I think that Melissa messed the whole team’s dynamic up. Julia had taken the duck out but Melissa dictated the team and put it back in - making it overcooked. And since they were all focused on the duck and dealing with Melissa, I’m assuming they run out of time for plating. But this is all from memory so don’t take my word for it:

I think it's quite extraordinary that Melissa managed to last as long as she did, same for Jen and Bonnie
Jen is actually a decent chef but I can't take her seriously anymore after she picked up pasta from trash bin! Bonnie is a crybaby and makes a lot of mistakes. Melissa started out decent but she goes downhill and even her hair getting messier each season. Julia even though she's a good chef, she's still be underestimated by everybody because she's a Waffle House Cook.
However, it really implied that Rock would win since Day One even when he served a frozen gnocchi on his signature dish. Rock carrying the Blue Team alone on his shoulder.
Jen was pretty good
Well, Melissa did have a decent start but fizzled out towards the end. Aside from the trash pasta, Jen did (somewhat) have leadership qualities. Bonnie was just there imo; not really a spectacular chef perse. Julia was great on the line but sadly the lack of experience was an issue.
Like Season 1 & 2, the winner was already locked in.
