Roe gets asked a question and answers it
Bryant: you don’t need to kiss their asses
Literally!!! They were hating on her for no reason
yeah that really annoyed me, i hate peoples attitudes on this show
@@Clementine710 fr same with shows like ink master and shit like that. They always have bad attitudes
As much as I disliked Roe they were literally hating. Jen was a major hater that season.
@@misshoneei63 Not as bad as Bryant. He was just an ass to begin with.
"With Milly's meat too raw to even be considered" caught me off guard 0:53
this comment had me dying
Could be a producer tag
i’m sobbing bro
Props to LaTasha for being the only nonelected chef that didn't trash on Roe out of pure saltiness. Roe was only responding respectfully to the judges, what attitude are you talking about, Jen?
I never really liked Jen in Season 13: she was always either negative, or wired in a weird way (ie serving a prawn head during the one bite challenge). Always thought Sterling should’ve gotten a black jacket instead of her.
@@melbell0865 As much as I like Sterling to be part of the Black Jacket team, he committed lots of mistakes on that service. His inconsistency performance on all dinner services doesn't help him too. At least he earns Gordon's respect and keep his jacket..
@@jettskie1986 Yea, he was inconsistent but definitely a great cook in overall challenge’s.
Roe was garbage this was like the only time she did well in a challenge every other time she would have one of the worst dishes
Roe was definitely kissing ass there
That cut away to Ralph putting peaches on a rib eye and then going “yea baby” passing it off like it’s completely normal is so cringe.
What was up with that anyway? It wasn't his dish after all, so why did he do the sides?
@@ano_nym Sabotaging Andrew lol
@@ano_nym yea I don’t get it either
@@JeepersCreepers12 but why did he let him do it? Or was he simply convinced it was gonna be amazing?
Yeah I'll be honest I would've snitched so fucking hard lmao
The steaks can speak for themselves they know who they are.
"Moo"
😂😂😂
I asked YOU!!! stop f-ing around and answer may question.
@@jaredfla I’M NOT NO BITCH!
@@jaredfla What do you want me to say?!
Kristen’s RibEye looked like a gift from the gods. She deserved that win whole heartedly
Yesss. I don’t like steak much, but that looked amazing 🤤
Ngl the other two looked pretty damn good too, that challenge would have been hard to judge
I appreciate the competitors who acknowledge the people they're up against are equally as strong as cooks like them.
Roe’s steak dish looked so good. I would definitely order that.
Seriously?
@@trevstation yup 😊
@@trevstation yes, believe it or not people order food that looks good
@@xxcraftiestsavxx6478 not the point, you sound dumb tho :)
Flank is severely underrated. A quick toss and short sear with good quality beef and you have an almost unbeatable meal.
That was her point. It’s that the flank is easier to deal with than other cuts. Not that the flank is bad.
Indeed
I couldn't even bring Gordon a glass of water
d r y
Knowing your limits is half the battle.
"This water, did you collect it from the spring yourself?"
"N-no, chef."
"Jesus Christ!"
Its… RAW!
"Jesus, how did you prepare this?"
"F-f-from the tap..."
"FROM THE WHAT???!"
"My dish looks sexy, just like me, so I know that I'm ready to go".
*Loses the challenge*
I may have never been to culinary school, but if there’s anything I know about steak, it’s that you don’t have to reinvent the wheel for it to be brilliant.
Complexity ruins it. Take a ribeye, sprinkle on a little salt and pepper, grill medium rare, and you have a meal fit for a king.
0:00 the underdog beats the frontrunner.
3:21 the first ever steak challenge
4:05 season 15 very close final three.
7:21 the beginning of the disaster known as Jeremy.
8:05 The butcher vs zacky wacky vs Jon
10:31 Roe the steak queen.
14:21 season 11 steak challenge.
Idk abt calling roe the steak queen tho that’s a stretch
Frankie Seward. I appreciate that you took time to post time stamps.
Bryant's attitude is so piss poor.
🤝🤝
roe the steak queen? She couldn’t even make a decent pork dish🤡.
Raj: "I see all these delicious steaks and I couldn't let it go to waste."
lets be honest, we would all act like that if anyone is going to throw those steaks away
@@MrPuckpunk Unless you are vegan or just hate beef. 🤣
Man, the absolutely soul-crushing moment of the failure of the Peach Steak.
You can tell both of them were looking forward to a culinary revolution and then realized it's no better than that one time you put cheese, marmalade and turkey on a sandwich.
Never serve Gordon Ramsay a bad steak
Never serve anyone bad food in general if you hope to work at a restaurant or do anything in the food industry.
@@coltonwilkie241 yup
Is that a video title ?
Bad steaks should be punishable under law.
If you can impress Gordon Ramsay with a grade A steak or just cheap meat and proper cooking, then you're doing something right. Otherwise, he'll call you out for bad cooking or overdoing the meat.
“Cinnamon, cayenne, Cajun seasoning, African pepper, I’ve never even heard of that shit!” Bro thinks the spice aisle at Walmart has the only spices in the world, hell I’m not even a trained chef I just love cooking, and I know what African pepper is
i understand if he didnt know about African pepper or even canjun since most people dont know about, but Cinnamon and cayenne are very common
@@ernestogastelum9123Cajun is very common as well, but I agree on the African pepper. I don’t know what that is, and I’ve had some pretty gnarly peppers in food I have eaten before.
@@ernestogastelum9123 He more than likely meant he never heard of just African pepper or the overall combination.
Everyone, and I mean everyone, knows what cinnamon is. You’ would need to be a newborn to have not experienced something with cinnamon 😂
He never heard of the combination. Not the actual stuff itself
If anyone notice, whenever Ramsey is presented a steak, he will poke or pinch it because as a professional, who's primary field is in proteins he can tell the cook by touch alone.
That's like common knowledge tho?
@@Leaf__22 Not everyone can accurately determine the doneness of steak it takes a lot of experience lol
I wonder if they need someone on set or in the kitchen just to eat the food that gets wasted. Because I’ll do it 😂
Raj already took the job
i read it somehwere that the crew later eat the food. they also donate it to a shelter too if there's more than enough leftover
@@laudaifram2301 suuuuuuuuuuuure
@@INFILTR8US what's so strange about any of that? Seems very reasonable.
@@ano_nym on the bake off the crew eat the leftovers
I love how they complain that the judges wouldn't taste their steak when the challenge was obviously a presentation AND taste challenge
T when Meghan is describing how she made love to the steak, is such a mood.
Even Andrew was not very sure with the idea of White Peaches on Steak, even he said: "So am I."
How could Zach leave the bok chewie off his steak? If he would have added it, he would have won.
Nedra, off in the background: YOU MEAN BOK CHOY, *FOO*
dont forget the sewie sauce
@@MrPuckpunk 😂😂
For someone who hasn’t heard of cinnamon, Bryant did brilliantly to even make it past week 1 👏

If Ralph didn't screw up the steak with those white peaches, they probably would've beaten Michael
didnt someone do the same exact thing but with pineapples a later season?
@@donovanwick9278 i remember that too
sweet and wet fruit with a steak? just sounds super weird and unappetizing
Every time I see clips from Season 11, I always feel bad for Jon: cooked like a diamond chef, but was stuck deep in a pile o’ shit team.
Same
I know. He even got third place, honestly he probably was still with them because without him they would've just been In a dumpster fire.
me: oh my gosh that thing looks raw that's gross
chef ramsay: perfectly done.

😂😂😂
Mr. “BOK CHEWY” himself
Andrew just struggling to explain why their are peaches on the plate is so funny. " they are pretty"
Zach couldn't let go of that critique of his steaks if I remember correctly.
Porterhouse beaten out by a flank steak. Wow. Now I’ll admit that is an impressive feat.
Raj would've cooked his steak in a vegetable pancake mix with seafood
😂😂😂😂😂😂
I absolutely adore the respect that Rochelle and Megan have for each other.
The best and worst dishes can speak for themselves, they know who they are.
Gordon seems to be less vicious and more constructive in the newer seasons. Is it just me who's noticed that?
Probably doesn’t want to get canceled .
i don’t think it has to do with him not wanting to get “cancelled” when he’s been known since the beginning of his tv career for being hostile and aggressive in the kitchen. that’s what got him famous.
i think he’s mellowed out over the years because he honestly has nothing to prove anymore. he’s gotten his accolades and is sitting on a fortune of $220m. when you’re at his status, there’s no reason to be unnecessarily vicious. he’s basically chilling at this point.
@@lemonadebraids Hell's Kitchen (and propably every other show of his) is pretty much just a coping mechanism for him at this point

The one steak that I found interesting was the one with cinnamon and African pepper. When I used to live in Atlanta I ate at some Ethiopian restaurants and they were good. I went to a grocery store and discovered an Ethiopian marinade and it is Delicious. I wish I could remember the name of it.
It was probably Berbere.
I just woke up and I remembered the name of the brand. It is Matouks. Definitely Worth Seeking out and trying.
And I just realized that it is West Indian not African but maybe they did an Ethiopian version?
Are you guys lizard people?

No Santos...not I would not.
Roe is easily one of my favorites to be on the show.
I hated her the entire time, but she was a damn good cook
@@WanderingKumquat and that's okay, I get why people didn't like her. She's one of those people that let's the cooking speak for itself, like Gordon.

Zach: my pride as a chef is at steak

3:28 ANDREW May Have Presented That Dish To Chef Ramsay, But It Was RALPH Who Came Up With The Concept
RALPH Just Threw ANDREW Under The Bus Here
Even Andrew was not very sure for that idea and even he chuckled awkwardly when saying "So am I."
A worst steak clip should have been season 11 with chef Michael. During the quincenera challenge, he said his steak wasn’t raw when it was raw.
I'm not a fan of putting food on a board of wood because you can't go crazy with the sauce.
Ralph channelling Charlie Kelly with his peachsteak.
Thanks For Sharing!
You never know where a Ramsey "WOW" is going.

@@ZeMushroom17 true you're right, I got confused season
Ugh! My mouth is literally watering over those 3 steaks chosen for their visual appeal.
Mine, too. Especially Roe's.

She absolutely nailed it
The steaks have never been higher! 👀

12:19 THE PAIN OF GORDON TAKING AWAY THE STEAK
13:41 Nope thats a face i'd see when a football manager Is signed
Good lord imagine if marco and gordon ever mended enough and co hosted a season of hells kitchen
Marco would not even consider being on hellls kitchen.
Man now I’m really craving some steak 🥩🤤😂
Why didn’t Andrew just say it was Ralph’s idea about the peaches?
Gordon would have probably asked Andrew "and you let him convince you to do this?" "Sounds like he played you"
Ramsay has kicked people off the show before if they refuse to take responsibility for their choices. Throwing a team-mate under the bus is not something he respects in any way. Doesn't matter if it was Ralph's idea, Andrew went along with it, so they take equal blame.
It wouldn’t have mattered. He didn’t tell him to take it off either. So he’d either be yelled at for it being his idea or he’d be yelled at for knowing it didn’t work and left it there anyway.
1:20 you also don't want to go up to one of the best chefs in the world and instruct them how to eat the food.
They big mad at Roe🤣🤣🤣
I don't know why. Roe simply out maneuvered them. Her twin steak dish was a brilliant move. It markets itself. Perfect for couples in a date, married, anniversaries, and holidays like Valentine's Day! Or just one really hungry person! Add to that Roe went into sales mode. Exactly what an executive chef would emphasize his staff to do serving customers! Roe hit it out of the park!!
Made the mistake of watching this at 10:30 PM. I’m now craving red meat.
try some peaches
11:40 my guy “people eat with eyes first” 🫢
Best steak ever served was the one with White Peaches
Honestly, I would totally try peach with steak. Sounds good
Last time I was this early, Louie has not been kicked out of Hell's Kitchen yet
The best and worst steaks served to Gordon Ramsay can speak for themselves, they know who they are.
I will never get over the “I thought cold water boiled faster than hot” lady
Someone told me that once, too
wendy. have you ever seen videos of people throwing hot water into freezing weather and it turning to snow. same stuff. her logic got frazzled. there are more impurities from using hot water and minerals come out from the pipes. even my home ed teacher said to use cold water. she probably got confused in the heat of the moment. seen dumber things and reasoning through out the show
This is awesome
I would eat all those steaks 😂🤣
"with milly's meat too raw to even be considered"💀
12:48 I don't see why the others hating, my home blend I use on most beef uses African pepper and I use a cinnamon stick every time I baste a steak
Every time you baste a steak. She didn't baste with cinnamon. She used it as a rub
In session 1 of Hell’s Kitchen the whole time Ralph was trying to knock everyone out by ruining there dishes he new the peaches didint work on that rib eye so he had answer bring it up so he would look bad in front of Gordon Ramsey
Well season one was a lot about strategy really, one of them wasn’t even a chef like the rest, it was about knocking each other out of the competition and of course cooking good food to impress chef
I really like his work
I like to say Hell's kitchen is a real good especially when he gets mad well hopefully he keeps on going where he is I just love how he gets mad I don't have fun
Ashley pissed me off so much lmao
@16:11, dude. What was he singing about? I mean, it's a challenge for cooking. XD
megan and michelle were top 5 out of the whole entire show all the seasons
Sir how would you like your steak
Guy:it's perfect we had a nice conversation
It's never "just" a sear and sear.. cooking is equivalent to an art.. where even slightest change in weight of a brush stroke amounts to a massive change in outcome
Zach dancing😂😂
@ 5:40 😂 thank you cheh
3:30 PEACH WITH BEEF LOL
that last segment was so weird! Cyndi def should’ve gotten a point, and Zach shouldn’t have. Also, those filets looked rare not medium rare.
I like watching Kristen win the steak comp. The others were a bit too arrogant but she was humble and acknowledged her peers’ strengths, while the other two were only worried about their own. Matthew 23:12 - “For those who exalt themselves shall be humbled, and those who humble themselves shall be exalted.”
