He used frozen samosa

If you live in India there are much worse things to be ashamed of compared to this. This will be feeling ok by comparison considering the disturbing hygiene standards in practice here
Why was he using knife for samosa

I feel bad for the waiter.
"day before yesterday "😂 even the street vendors make it fresh
You need to appreciate the fact that he didn't scremed his lungs out for the blunders, he just quitely told what he wanted to say.
I swear this guy has the most polite frustration I've ever seen. A true gentleman.
Do you put colour? No.. only yellow 😂
I think he may have meant tumeric
He could have told no it's turmeric. I think he wanted to get scolded badly😂
Maybe turmeric.... 😂
@@testname2635 do you know how much turmeric you would have to put in to make it that shade of yellow? Probably about 20g. You wouldn’t be able to eat it. That shade of yellow is definitely food colouring. Anyone who cooks regularly with turmeric can tell that that colour is not turmeric. It’s too fluorescent. I’m pretty sure that’s why Gordon was suspect about it. And the chef confirmed he added yellow.
😂
Indo chinese is so common and is gobi manchurian is one of the most popular dishes
Not at Michelin star restaurants which is what he’s trying to help them accomplish by giving them the best advice possible for the industry lol

Nahh
But not stands for authentic Indian cuisine. It’s just a fusion of Chinese and Indian dish.
I mean, Gordon has visited Assam; so I'd expect him to know about Indo-Chinese cuisine. It's a real staple. Hummus on the other hand shouldn't be within a 2 mile radius of an Indian restaurant.
Why, is it bad.

How’s he never heard of Gobi Manchurian? This was one of the most popular dishes I saw people eating in south India.
Manchurian most worst food in the world 😂
Its not an Indian dish. Do you know where the word "Manchurian" comes from?
But Owner Mentioned Indo-Chinese I Think
From Gordan perspective he visited an Indian restaurant, the strongest dishes should be Indian.
Machurian is indo chinese.
Just because it was Gordon Ramsay instead of us, things were rectified... But we get old food almost every day and some of us don't even realise it
Depending on the restaurant, if you can smell the oil in the deep fryer, leave.
I love the manager he was serious about professionalism
That wasn't the manager; that was the waiter 😂
Gorden: this tastes like 3 days old!
Owner: first time?
"Do you put color"
'NO, only yellow'
"That's COLOR"
He meant turmeric but instead he told yellow
“1st you remove my shirt, then my pants”….odd, but like his fire 😂
If it’s not fresh made, from a can, or frozen DO NOT SERVE IT TO GORDON RAMSEY HE WILL KNOW
Gordon can always tell if something is fresh, old, frozen, etc.
Indo-Chinese is not 'going to China'. It is a culinary influence very common in Indian and Sri Lankan restaurants.
Gordon is a legend. I honestly love the waiters honesty. As an Indian it is shameful to watch.

Common man when Gordon Ramsay is coming to your restaurant, how could you be so silly, and you have to be honest there is no way 😊
Wait a minute, restaurant made a mistake by serving old food but Gordon committed a crime by eating samosa with fork and knife
that seriously offeneded me.
I always go/order to/from a restaurant 2-3 hours after the opening time since I had been served previous day's food several times.
Waited for such video❤
The problem lies with the way Gordan ate the samosas
Yeah, he should have eaten them 3 days sooner
I feel if a restaurant is gonna serve you 1 day 2 day old food then the price should be lower but of course cheap places won’t honor that they will just say “oh it’s fresh it’s fresh”
It's bad to know that that waiter know better then the cook inside the kitchen...how to cook properly....I definitely respect that cook, He should run his own restaurant he's pretty good skilled aa well.
If I owned a restaurant, I would love to have that waiter
alternative title: tell me you put food colouring without telling me you put food colouring
Gobi Manchurian is actually a very common Indo-Chinese dish at Indian restaurant, and it slaps
Lmao is there any food coloring in this? No! Well, only yellow 😂 I seriously needed that laugh, dude looked like his head was gonna explode.
Im an Indian so i know Indian restaurants here very well, and let me tell you guys The "Gobi Manchurian" or as Gordan Ramsey called Chinese dish, is not Chinese Rather Indo Chinese, and Was brought here by Han Chinese some times during the British rule, but their fusion dishes became popular only in the late 1990s
Calling Manchurian Chinese is like you regular American Cheese burgers German cause they were invented in Hamburg
Gordon: I’m done with these days old samosa…
Chef: better make some fresh ones for him 🤓
The waiter had great energy, good man!
"do you put color for the prawns "
this guy:"no only yellow"
This type of food is served in a very low cost Restaurant in india.
I've been watching KN since day one. This server/owner is the most honest I've seen.

Most of the native language people called turmeric yellow.
If he uses turmeric it's a positive point.

Biryani should be made layered Well Done Gordon Ramsay ❤
Where can we watch full length videos online
What a Dramatic waiter... 😂😂😂😂
No he had good energy, good work effort and cared about his job and the food he was serving. He had PRIDE and had every reason to be upset
Biriyani is not supposed to be always layered one.
As Pakistani we have always cooked it layered, maybe Indian style is something different
You must not know true traditional biriyani. In india we always layer it
@Warcraftbot briyani
1. Layered one - hyderabadi
2. Non layered - meat cooked along with rice
3. Rice cooked separately and meat cooked separately, served as biryani, it's just like flavor rice and curry.
All above people refer to them as biryani only. However as all above are from different region and group, people fight saying only layered is the biryani rest are not.
If it’s not layered it should be called rice with chicken.
