@@KathleenJasperEdD I had same prompt in my exam. I thought it was too easy, and i took the opposite side. i excaclty wrote same ideas, i mentioned technologie, cellphones and emails. I also mentioned examples from my personal life. . I stated my theisis in the first paragraph. I got 13/24. My score was 156. I wrote 3 solid reasons with a clear introduction and a conclusion. I included my writing with academic vocabulary , and transitional words. In addition, i had enough time to check my spelling. Is there any way to claim my results, or to know why i did not pass? Please advise!
@@mariamtomamassoud8105 do you remember how many paragraphs you had ?
Thank you so much for this video. I am going to use your advices and hopefully I will pass.
You got this!
I came across your video series the day before I took the writing section. I wish I invested time in viewing them. I have not gotten my results back, but I am not feeling good about how I did.
Thank you for posting this.
It's ok. Just try again. You can do it.
I need you to tutor me. I will be taking this test for the fourth time next week.
Hello @Kristy Stemle I really hope you ace it this time because I've been here before. Would advise you reach out to (spirassp . com) for help. They played a major in when I all three parts.
Thank you so much!!! This was so helpful!!!!!!
Thank you for watching!
The argumentative statement used plural classrooms. The thesis statement used singularly classroom, why?
It doesn't matter. You can say classroom or classrooms. The key is to worry about the things outlined in the rubric. Thanks for watching.
How do I approach a topic that I don't have any knowledge of?
You do not need any background knowledge to write these essays. For the argumentative, most subjects are pretty universal. For the source-based, the info is in the prompt.
This was very helpful, thank you!!
My pleasure, and thanks for watching :)

Does anyone on here know if you get to use any paper when you sit for the test?
Hey Chad, you get scratch paper if that's what you mean.
