The sidewall of a tire being worked on by a “poor” worker with no PPE (respirator/eye protection, gloves-for steel belts)! I’m guessing that they’re trying to cut their population down by killing their workers huh? The guy is skilled but working with garbage tools (grinding wheel is past worn out), wooden blocks to hold the tire apart (could easily slip apart and cause injury to the worker). I can’t wait for Part II. I have no idea how they’ll “weave” steel or nylon belts back into the existing belts of the tire to make it as strong as it was before the blow out (hope you can feel my sarcasm on that comment).

Here in the USA was always told tire shops can never repair even the smallest hole in side walls of tires. I would consider thier extremely dangerous working environment to be in a fourth class country. No human being should ever have to work without proper safety equipment, ventilation, etc. Worse part bet these countries have no workmens compensation, health care etc. Thank God we have ISHA & other agencies protecting workers in the USA.

You can't repair sidewalls because it will be the weakest part of the tire and the repair will pop when filled with air.
