You can get away with it on a medium sized truck tire but never that big of a tire. All that work and effort is cheaper to just pay for a tire. You can buy that exact tire from country cat for $160. I just don’t get why they do this in India?
@ No your right. I am only in the tire business for 43 years. The operating weight of this tire is approximately 50,181 lbs (22,770 kg). Tire Pressure typically ranges between 45-50 PSI (depending on the specific tire type and application). Radial and Ply Layers: Heavy equipment tires are designed with multiple layers of steel belts, nylon, or other reinforcement materials. A large gash can damage these internal layers, weakening the tire’s ability to withstand the immense loads and stresses during operation. Irreversible Damage: A large gash means the tire’s carcass or sidewall may have been severely damaged. Even if patched, the internal structure won’t regain its original strength, leading to a risk of failure under pressure. Blowout Potential: A tire patched after a significant gash is prone to sudden failure. When operating heavy machinery, a tire blowout can cause catastrophic accidents, jeopardizing the safety of the operator and anyone nearby. Unpredictable Handling: A patched tire may deform or lose air pressure unevenly, affecting the loader’s stability, especially under heavy loads or on rough terrain. High Loads and Pressures: Wheel loaders like this tire carry extremely heavy loads, with tire pressures ranging between 45-50 PSI. A patched tire will not withstand the pressure, leading to leaks or total breakdown of the tire.

Looks like molten lead or tin, not aluminium.
I seen that to most definitely a lead amalgam of some sort.
Температура плавления свинца подходит для вулканизации сырой резины. Раньше так в пути чинили пробитые колеса мотоциклисты. Без прошивки. Метод наших дедушек.
Salute 😊... Chicha
Anything can be fixed. At what point does it become unworthy of the repair? This guy has skills, no doubt but whatever he charges for this repair has to more than that tire is worth!
Такая шина стоит 500 долларов он возьмёт наверно долларов 20/30 и не знай на сколько она хватит развалится через два месяца)
@@Артем-д2и8е well, is a tractor one, so probably for the next season so they can buy a new one(second hand) with the harvest money
Its value is based on availability as well as base price. Not sure what he was paid but it had to be worth it to the customer so win/win.
Not in India 😪

К безрыбье и рак рыба.
Когда нету нормального,нового это тоже сойдет. Тем более это шина для больших тракторов,они ездять😊 медленно
Bridgestone or Dunlop should watch this man working 😎👍
We complain here in Australia so much and this 15 year old kid fixing this worn out tractor tyre is really working hard ,he really has had a hard life
Esa cubierta está totalmente gastada no merece la pena repararla , esa reparación es muy peligrosa y debería estar prohibido.
Купи им новые шины
