So enjoy getting this great information. I notice when the brain fog gets bad i have headaches after sleeping a few hours, i will wake up with a headache. I can also have uncomfortable (anxious, strange places) dreams likely from the toxic effects of inflammation.
Same here been forgetfull and problems reading and focus since childhood.. people around me are worried about my health being so forgetfull and confused, for me i don't know anything els. Forgetting simple tasks and dealing with people is the hardest part 😖
Cut out sugar,dairy and processed food. Exercise daily, or just go for a walk/run. Fix your sleeping pattern. Meditate. Try taking some suplements like ashwaganda,lions mane, ginko bilboa.

The main thing for me is to cut out gluten and sugar......im wrecked if I eat these.....
