- In this video we explore the amazing city of Glasgow, a city 'streets ahead' in terms of culture, architecture and art! As we wonder around the city, we will learn English idioms and expressions at each destination. Every piece of language will be taught in context!

I love Glasgow. I will return to the amazing city, especially to its Kelvingrove Art Gallery where you can listen to Mozart and etc music being played on huge pipe organs and sit and drink coffee. Marvellous experience. ♥️💎

Nosotrosos los chilenos, somos considerados los hispanohablantes más dificiles de entender.
Y es que, nosotros los chilenos tenemos una manera de hablar, bastante particular. Y no lo digo solo por las jergas y los modismos.
Por ejemplo. Una de las razones, por las que a los extranjeros les cuesta entendernos es porque generalmente, solemos hablar muy rápido. Y además, no solemos modular al pronunciar las palabras.
En otras palabras. Escuchar a un chileno hablar, es como escuchar a un británico, hablando en acento Cockney.
Ahora. Obviamente hay excepciones, y hay algunos chilenos, que si tienden a modular y hablar un poco más lento.

Try watching the series 'Gavin and Stacey'. It will give you clear examples of the difference between English and Welsh accents. Also it is really funny!

When I am talking to English speakers and I am saying spicy food, I mean food with lots herbs and spices such cumin, cloves, ………etc, but they think I mean food with lots chilli in it
