I LOVE YOU GUYS! 😘 - Розваги
1. The slow introduction: it symbolizes the feeling of aggression and loss that the band suffers due to their loss.
2. Solo #1: represents the whole feeling of anger of Kirk Hammett.
3. The interlude (slow part of the intro): it represents the acceptance of the loss of the 3 remaining members, and the going forward in their honor.
4. Solo # 2: represents how deeply the death of Cliff Burton has affected them.
5. On the return of the heavy part, they pay tribute to Cliff by reading the poem, his last composition, and continue with the tribute doing just what Cliff would have expected of them, to move forward with the music.
6. Upon reaching the end, the song returns to the classic style of the introduction, symbolizing the memory of Cliff, which will never end. The final riff is suddenly interrupted, symbolizing the end of Cliff's life, cut short by death at such a young age.
nice copy paste
Thomas Wtf man he tried to do something heartfelt and even if it is copy paste it's something to think of and respect like wtf man not cool
Actually Cliff wrote this song to his sister and Newsted made justice for Cliff to put this song on the album
So, it's kind of ironic they honour a bassist by eleminating that instrument from the entire album
@@norbertboros2908 Thank you Jason Newsted
Metallica is the greatest metal band of all time period!!!!
Dwayne St John I agree 100 percent
Bullshit
No matter what people say nothing come close to MetallicA
METALSCAVENGER78 Metallica is the beeeeeest
BEST BAND EVER ❤
It's weird hearing the outro to that song without hearing it launch into Dyers Eve. lol
Shmick ! Truth
Right??
Like Ktulu-Master on "S&M" Album.
lml
So true. Always starts in my head.
The 2nd solo by James Hetfield is incredible...you can just feel the sadness in his heart.
This whole album is so legendary
INDEED!!!
It's definitely their most technical, all the unusual time sigs/ irregular phrase lengths etc.
yeah its great but they could've done Newstead more justice... we know he wasn't Cliff but cmon James
Overall my alll time favorite Metallica album.
Great fucking album. It might be my favourite as a whole, barring some songs like "Master", "Orion" and "Fade" etc.
That song makes me tear up, the harmonies and solo work is just plain out of this world.....
This is probably one of my favorite instrumentals from them. It's just so dynamic and beautiful
Mesigt.
Jag var på väg att svara nåt, men ditt användarnamn och profilbild säger mig att du är en sån typ som det är omöjligt att få nåt vettigt ur.
The solo during the bridge is probably my favorite one to play. Not to mention the bridge itself. It never fails to choke me up
I luv watching a first timers reaction to the music that we gen x's grew up on. I played the hell out of that cassette when i got it... To this day i know every word, every note of the first 4 Metallica albums. Music that matters never leaves you...
Chris Bucci you are spot on!!!!!
I learned to play the drums by listening to Lars on this album. It's so crisp!
So true ruined many tapes on these albums
Chris Bucci right!
First song I listened to that got me into metal was Visions in My Head, by Obituary. It sounds a bit extreme, but I said “hey, this is better than any other genre, I like this!”
I dedicated this to my grandad after he died of cancer back in 2013
Gravy Nolastname rest in peace
Gravy Nolastname sorry to hear about your granddad. RIP
RIP
GOD will keep is soul after that my brother. RESPECT!!!
🙏🤘♥️
This song is such a masterpiece...
Yeesss finally! ❤️ RIP Clıff.
that moment when you realized cliff got credit for this song.
enjoy ,
cliff all over this concert and LARS in beast mode

Metallica grips n hugs your soul. Taking you to another place
Probably my fave Metallica instrumental! Just love the breakdown in the middle.
I have yet to hear a bad Metallica instrumental.
Bridge*
My favorite part of this song is James Hetfields guitar solo which is the second solo where it slows down I love that solo
Dwayne St John that solo makes you feel like in heaven
James has a proclivity for making every note in his solos shine. I love Kirk, but I sometimes think James puts more of a premium on the right notes and the quality of the song as opposed to Kirk’s speed and unabashed abuse of wah pedals.
His solo feels like he’s saying goodbye to Cliff
shenanigansrule true
This song has to be listened from entire world population...it's one of the highest form of art that human mankind has ever create.
This is simply divine,absolutely divine.
Cliff's swan song. RIP Cliff
Yes everything was better when Cliff played in first 3 albums. Sanitarium bass only by Cliff- Great reactions! ua-cam.com/video/GbArKWGWxdk/v-deo.html
jasonrocksteady1 And Justice for All was Metallica's first full-length studio album to feature bassist Jason Newsted after the death of Cliff Burton in 1986. ... The band's previous studio album, Master of Puppets, marked the end of Metallica's contract with the Music for Nations label
Ok good to know I was right. lol -Cliff coverua-cam.com/video/lB3extOUHDo/v-deo.html
yeah he sounds good on here
When it drops into that melodic bridge I can't help but think of "Behind the Music" where Kirk remembers James screaming "CLIFF, WHERE ARE YOU?" into the night....it's the saddest piece of music I've ever heard.
What makes this song even more special, it is a blend of a few songs Cliff had written while in MetallicA., meaning this could've been "the new album tracks" after the lightning album. ...and poem written by Cliff. Cliff was a huge fan of orchestra music.
Lol sorry I commented before reaching the end of the video
Im glad you finally got around to this one! In my opinion this one of Metallica's greatest tracks🤘
And greatest album
Indeed
Imo it is the best. I miss their instramentals.
One of the most underrated Metallica songs.
Just god damn beautiful. And tragic at the same time.
Masterpiece.
hadn't heard that song in so long, that middle part always gets me... love your smile, beautiful girl...
A fitting tribute to the great Cliff Burton.
Your reactions to emotional instrumentals are the best. I highly recommend Death - Voice of the Soul. It's a beautiful song and one of the last pieces of music Chuck wrote before he died.
Yay, my fave instrumental! This is epic in a different type of way, and such a great Cliff tribute. RIP Cliff indeed. It doesn't feel like a 10 min long track to me. Really love your very deep appreciation and excellent analysis of my boyz, every time!
in my humble opinion one of the greatest masterpieces ever done by Metallica .. no other band in this day and age would ever be able to pull off a instrumental like this .. this is once in a life time music here . they put so much of there true feelings and sadness from losing cliff into this . very emotional song
I wore this and Orion out. Also The Call of Ktulu
I agree..is a must..and Anetesia (Pulling Teeth). Metallica was my music back in the day...I still love them.
Thomas Brown
I literally wore out my And Justice For All album...I played the tape until it broke...bought a new tape of the album and played that until that tape broke...then I got the cd...now I have it on my phone 👍
Oh my... It's a journey, ma'am. Helluva song. Fun one to play too.
Great metallica song RIP cliff
You do know that it's Newsted on this track, right?
Jason L I think he's saying this because this songs a tribute to Cliff.
Yep, this song is a tribute to Cliff. And Jason is on bass (...according to the credits 😂)
This is the last song cliff helped write
Thank you for sharing these videos. I havent heard these songs since I was a teenager. They bring back emotions an memories of my youth. I am glad that evoke an emotion in you as well. Your a beautiful soul
And thank you so much for watching Brian! I really appreciate it
I was smiling and welling up the entire time. This song brings the heavy- not just instrumentally, but in meaning and what it evokes from us. It's a sombering experience. The emotion in your reaction is beautiful, and that's what makes it special.
Lots of great instumentals in rock/ hard rock /metal ,no one did them better then this band . There arrangements are works of art , the metal community should be proud to have a band that can write such beautiful music , that can crossover to any age , gender , ethnicity and let the masses hear how talented Metal Musicians are and how amazing and deep the music is , instead of the " its just noise " B,S.
Great reaction pink and cry if thats how you feel , F the haters .
Call of kthulu by Metallica
Do you know the version of Warzaw guitar orchestra. Must see buddy.
@@patmctallica3522 I've seen that video and it's great
@@miconis123
I`m DJaying at times.
So, yes. Enjoy yourselfs, c-ya.
this song is so heavy and emotional at the same time! u can feel their pain while recording this, how much they put into it! love it! rip ciff
You're so right! That composition feels so complex and beautiful and so natural at the same time
yes! love this one so much, that interlude is one of the most beautiful things ever recorded
This song is such a great tribute to Cliff, gone way way too soon :(
Yup, a 10/10 for sure. Metallica's first 4 albums are master pieces.
How can human can write.this song like this master of masterpeace👊🤘my favorite song all time..
You really broke it down PMH, Loved it. This was one of my favorite videos you have done to date. Keep Metal Alive young lady Peace ✌🏽 and Love ❤️.
Damn, I never thought Id be addicted to watch u react to such key songs from pillar metal bands. It feels like you are right next to me enjoying it, feeling it and headbanging to it. The whole album is my favorite out of all of them. Keep metal faith alive!! as late metal God Chuck Schuldiner would have said
Yesssss I’ve been waiting for this!
It is the genius of a group that can take some "chords of truth" from your own individual experience and immortalize them.
Just the fact that this song was dedicated to Cliff and his death makes me cry everytime... this is a very sad song, Cliff was a very good guy and I could only imagine what Metallica would be like if they still had Cliff with them... R.I.P Clifford Lee Burton, you will always be in our hearts...
Great Beautiful reaction 🤘🤘
You may not notice it at first, this song will grow on you and you don't know it. You will come back to this song many times. Even after I first heard this song 30 years ago, I still love this song.
I love how you're able to feel the music. There are just certain songs or parts of a song that can really move a person, and it touches a person's emotions. I feel those moments are the ones where the music is playing the notes of our heart.
Edited: "in" our heart to "of" our heart.
This my favorite of the all Metallica's instrumentals. One for the music composition and two it was written in memory of Cliff Burton. This song also brings back memories of those I have lost in my life. I dig the channel keep up the good work
Awesome song, always gives me chills.
Do people really give you shit for pausing it? I don’t mind it. I like to hear your thoughts
I like to hear thoughts but on occasions prefer a full playthrough. But everyone is afraid of copyright strikes so they have to do that.
killswitch022 Yeah, what's the point of a reaction if they don't say what they think? Plus it's better whn they pause than when they just randomly chop bits off the song.
True,we just expecting just that,HONESTLY FROM HER!!!
Pause when you want, otherwise it's "Listen with the lady on UA-cam"
I don't mind the pausing from her she pauses at the right moments, I like to hear her honest opinion
“To be able to play instruments is one thing but to be able to like...compose something like that and know what works and what doesn’t... it honestly blows my mind” she’s real, and any person that really listens to music would admire that
You are gorgeous and your reactions throughout the song are priceless. Every part that I expected a look from you, you gave it. You can clearly feel this song the way I have for 30 years. I’m subscribing right now!
omg, finally someone reacted to this monster of a song! ty pink!
Uhg this song is so beautiful... Also, that beginning is so me 😂😂😂😂 ALSO, this song was for Cliff if you didn't know. That "Cannot the kingdom of salvation take me home" is written on his tombstone
This song got me through the death of my mother, the middle guitar break says musically what I could never express in words.
You can feel the emotions the band had. This song always pulls on me. Cliff was such an inspiration to me. I'm glad you love it!
At some point check out Harvester Of Sorrow from this album. So slow and mega heavy. My favorite song
Adam Gardner fuckin amen dude, Harvester is easily in my top 3 Metallica songs
RidePuppets4Justice right on brotha! 🤘🤘🤘 awesome user name btw
The way music affects you is beautiful to see 🤘
It's always amazing to me how many elements they can pack into a song. You would think it would be a cluttered mess but it's a seamless piece of art.
You are awesome Mona! Imagine being 14 and feeling this song for the first time, had a huge impact
..love playing this song and brings back so many memories when I listen to it.
I am so excited to watch this!!!
The riff change up towards the middle and James' solo hit my heart strings 😢 Also.....
*L I V E S T R E A M W H E N*
Haha! Live stream soon!
It's the best part of Metallica's entire catalog.
Kurts first solo always gives me goosebumps
One of my all time favourite classical introductions of all time.
I absolutely loved the reaction you had to this song. You are great, and I'm very happy I subscribed.🤘
Thank you Andy!
You just killed me in the first 7 secs of the video😂😭💀 #PinkNation
Barry Johnson 😂😂😂
Call of Ktulu! react! Now!
Ive heard this song alot so i dont mind u pausing it to react and i love your expressions during this master piece of music.... Reminds me of when i first heard this i was 17 blazin down back roads at night.._ mind blown fr i just drove around for about an hr just hitting replay..Couldnt believe my ears !!! So its really cool to see someone elses face the first time they hear this bands mastery
This is one of my all time favorite songs. This whole album is filled with just one epic song after another. Glad you chose to react to this song.
I love seeing younger people enjoying the music I loved growing up. This may make you feel even younger or think that I am old lol, I have followed Metallica since the early 80s lol
Listen, please pay no attention to the haters. If you cry, you cry. I’ve been listening to Metallica for over 30 years and I feel like I have reignited my love for them again and I really have you to blame. Watching you react to them, hearing their music for the first time has brought a tear to my eye more than once.
Thanks!
Greg Elizondo Totally agree brother.I am 46 and have loved Metallica since I was 16 and they still have the ability to make me cry.Im still fucking alive hear me IM STILL FUCKING ALIVE BABY.
Jeremy Boehm That’s awesome man!!
We’re the same age, and apparently like the same type of music. Good to know there’s people out there that feel the same.
Rock on bro!!
This song hits me in the feels everytime i listen to it man.
10/10 - a stone cold classic and a beautiful tribute to Cliff, he was loved by everyone who knew him, both in person and through his music. RIP Cliff.
To me, the break in the middle of the song represents the sudden, tragic passing of Cliff in the bus accident. Then the band slowly rebuilds. That's why I love this piece so much. To me, it is a fitting tribute to their bassist, who was taken too soon. It is certainly my favorite instrumental of theirs for that reason.
You just made me put this album in
And yes it's 3/4 throttle
#pissing off the neighbors
this is the greatest song ever written
I know I'm late to the game, but I've only recently discovered your videos and as a Metallica for for over 30 years I have to say; I Love Your Reactions! It's like I can feel those emotions again with you. So many of Metallica's song produce an emotional response in me. It always feel good to share that with others. I'm looking forward to viewing your other reactions. Take care!
Amazing Choice! We all know how difficult is to catch the listener with an instrumental song... And this track is so naturally catchy. RIP Cliff!
You said that you never heard such a calm intro get interrupted before... Listen to Fight Fire with Fire by Metallica ;)
Living Death
It doesn't get interrupted, though. It has finished playing when the main song begins.
Johan Gustafsson u know what he means though
Its just a metal onslaught and I love it!!!
Or Blackened, Battery and Damage Inc.
this song is the best of the best
When Cliff died, he killed some part of my heart… today I still crying… some part of the world died too
Probably my favorite of all-time instrumental. It still moves me to this day!
React to Mama Said, even though a lot of people hate it, this is an incredible song and very personal for James. The Unforgiven is also personal for James and is absolutely incredible aswell, you would love these two
Jérémy a lot of people hate it? I’ve never seen anyone say anything bad about it
MANTIS well it's from Load and its a country song so obviously...
Love that song.
A lot of people (including me) really dislike everything on Load. I'd almost say I actually hate it. Boogie rock and country music will never be my thing, especially when it comes from the band that made "...and Justice for All" and "Master of Puppets".
Johan Gustafsson I can understand that its not your thing but people dont understand that this album is actually better than what most country and rock artists would do
Shit yeah! love that song
fun watching your reviews. Side note, I love your hair on this video, on point.
It still reaches down and grabs your heart and soul!!
Cliff your musical genius is still missed. But you live on in your art.
Dyers Eve is the natural next song to react to. Next song on the album :)
Oh yeaa
JWAM Shop Dyer's Eve is AMAZING!!!!!
John Robinson Yes.. It's fantastically insane. :)
I could not agree more!
And don't forget Jamz does speak a few phrases near the outro....
OMG U DID MY FAVOURITE SONG!!!! THANK YOU!
Great reaction. Brings me back to when I was a kid first hearing. First song my garage band played together and we clicked
cool, glad you did this BUT YOU HAVE ONE MORE TO DO ....metallica the call of ktulu from ride the lighting. the last instrumental
rick j agreed. If Orion got her, the intro and outro alone will set her off lol
Yes, Agreed! You can definitely hear the scream and growl of Cliff's bass in that piece.
rick j Yes Yes Yes
Call of Ktulu was not the last of the instrumental songs by Metallica, the last one was Suicide and Redemption
Hi Mona, great reaction! Could you do Cliff's bass solos? There's a compilation of his solos and it's pretty great. The next song after To Live is to Die is Dyers Eve and is probably the fastest song of Metallica's.
davey19741969 Fight Fire With Fire is their fastest.
Guitar solo amazing especially the tapping at the end. So much emotion in that solo. Amazing Kirk!
It's beautiful to watch you react to all of these songs I heard for the first time like 30 years ago. Before that it was just Rap music and New Wave. Gives me feelings I had when I heard this stuff for the first time too. ...And Justice for All was my introduction to metal album when it came out. Probably only a week later I had a guitar and the sheet music, and taught myself to play.
You are so spot on with your break down of the song. James and Lars do most of the song writing. Lars isn't the best drummer but one of the best song writers in metal they compose some of the best music listen to some of the S&M album with the symphony orchestra it is amazing. I enjoy watching your musical journey. Keep it going!
Yes, finally! I really want to learn the rest of this song on guitar, but I'm kinda too lazy! 😩 I'll learn it today!!!!!!
I would die a happy man if someone busted out a live version somewhere.
I personally feel that the intro being suddenly interrupted with the impending heavy riff is sort of reminiscent of life.
Life is beautiful and should be cherished, but death is coming and it doesn’t care what pleasant little ideations we have in our hearts. Older Metallica certainly had a way of making their thoughts known without saying a word. They truly were something special. RIP - Cliff
4 minutes in... you crack me up!!! I haven't played this in ages. Thanks for compelling me to get out Sunshine.
You'll be missed cliff....\m/
I know it's kind of a strange question to ask but would you react to my instrumental called "I'm Sorry"? I lost my grandmother on Tuesday and the song is every emotion I've been feeling. I play every instrument on the track ❤️
Ahhh hell. 8:00 instant tears. The melodies are just beautiful. Reactions are great for taking a minute and really focusing on a song and in cases where it's a familiar song, it's a reminder of the spark that initially made us fall in love with the song in the first place. Decades later it still hits the spot, thanks!
Wouuu!! It Is a real pleasure, to ear people that gets a deep feeling, about that type of music..specially in only instrumental piece. I am from Chile-Southamerica and we don't speak inglish, but when I listened my first time to Metallica's song, simply, it was amazing..I was 13 years old in 1985...sorry for my inglish..I hope that you understand me..Greetings from Chile.🤘🎼🎵🤘🎸
I am pretty sure I would watch you react to paint drying. Thank you for all your efforts.
Lol! I appreciate that
Last song of Cliff's...they were never the same...not saying they were not good after cliff just not the same.... great reaction as always... always a pleasure to watch your channel keep up the good work and remember one fist in the air one foot in the gutter
Great reaction...this was always one of my favorite metallica songs.
Rip Cliff... that middle part gets me choked up man
