I LOVE YOU GUYS! 😘 - Розваги
In Orion, the guitar doesn’t only do vocals, it cries.
Also the bass. Cliff was a bigger part of this particular song on the album.
seriously that’s what i hear, especially in the first time they played it live in 2006, amazing
Orion and Damage, inc. I love the beginning soo much
Amen
Yes!
somebody crying to a metal song without words just show how powerful Metallica are.
I first heard this tune when I was 16. The goosebumps I got then are still there. Metallica is my band. I'm 50 now. They will always be mine.
Glen Downs Me too man , I’m 52 today and
52...saw them in a small theater with 200 people in 1983 and for my 4th time with my son in 2017
I remember with my best friends in high school 1988. Playing this album as we cruised in my 66 Chevelle. I got goosebumps back then. I still get them listening today.
@@shaneward756 me to I just turned 47 ** I was in 3rd grade ears ringing for 2 days .small place to The Ritz Corpus Christi Tx.
Me also. 34 years later it’s still awesome
A black girl crying to the synergy of Metallica is about as beautiful as it can get... LOVE
Forget the color, somebody being so moved by the instrumental perfection of this masterpiece...that is beautiful.
Beauty and good vibes have no color.. In fact rock n roll comes from blues..
@@patriziovolpes7237 Untrue. Good vibes are more of a milky magenta.
Color is irrelevant. No it's not. Black & Metal Synergy result in a unique and innovative new style of metallic shredding and crunching. Tosin Abasi! Research him if not familiar!
@@sparkimoto You're irrelevant. Fewer black people listen to metal which makes this even more capturing. It's a beautiful, welcomed sight, like a double-rainbow!
Yesterday was Cliff Burton's birthday, who wrote that song..
Happy Birthday Cliff!! RIP
That's why I always cry when I hear this song... Cliff \m/
He died young because the Gods of Metal needed a bass player. He was too beautiful for this world.
Metallica was so much better before cliffs unfortunate passing
On 2/21/19 my PS VR, Guest PS4, PS4 Slim, Xbox One X, Wii U, 12 controllers and 4 chargers, 100 game discs (Including classics such as Halo and Old CODS and other nostalgic games but I've been buying games online for the past 3 years so if I do get some stuff back I can just reinstall) Xbox 360 which I had countless memories on, boosted board and a 2001 music composer was burgled pls help
@Sam Gem I still have the centerfold poster from my Metal Edge magazine I put on my wall over 3 decades ago when I was a teen with Cliff in it. Dude was an amazing talent.
When metal makes you cry your journey is complete. You are metal now. It will always be a part of you. Metal isn't just music it's in your heart.
Although I get what you mean. It’s all on what it makes you feel. For me bucketheads- Soothsayer is the most beautiful instrumental to me. It makes me feel everything from sad to excited and inspired. It’s a true masterpiece to me and has yet to be topped.
Add Voice of the Soul, Call of Kthulhu, Enigma Machine, Musical Death (A Dirge), To Live is To Die and Into the Lungs of Hell to that list lol.
And outside the established metal bands, there's lots of musicians writing amazing stuff on their own, releasing solo albums worth listening to!
John Smith not to mention - LTE - Acid Rain Live in LA when Petrucci goes world domination mode! :)
MetalForTheMasses Voice of the soul still makes me cry every time I hear it. Chuck was an absolute genius.
originalfeets You are so correct
"Master of Puppets" was released in 1986...and its still touching people's souls 33 years later. Welcome to Metallica fandom, young lady.
Lo que más me toca el corazón es que fue la última creación de Cliff Burton
The last great LP they put out was in '86. Just saying Holmes. Ride The Lightning, Master Of Puppets & Kill'em All. Done.
It always will.
master of puppets is considered by many to be the best metal album of all time
Yeah I really hate it when people down the talica okay so maybe Lars is not the best drummer or whatever but I think he's great personally I don't know what the hell is going on in people's minds but you know if you don't enjoy the music then don't listen to it that's all I can say
Metallica has made everyone cry. Most will never admit it. Their music just pulls at the heart strings and tugs at the soul. Their music has saved many lives.
Cried Just like a baby the very first time i listened to Orion...Don’t ask me why, Still have no clue to this Day 🤔
Because James Hetfield pulled us all into the battle for his life, that we all could relate to.
Still crying..
@@muriellealamelama1310 Hey, me too. And your comment just made me cry again. Love you, from Leicester, England
I can admit I cry sometimes to "Fade To Black" "Orion" just blows my mind ! Each and every time !
A woman that tears up to a instrumental metal song really understands metal more than most fans.
There is actually a memorial stone dedicated to Cliff on the place where the tour bus crashed and he died here in Sweden.
Thank you
It`s not often that I see a young lady crying after hearing Metallica, but when you do, it means that your odessey through metal has reached its conclusion. Meatal isn`t just music - it`s a way of life. Glad you loved the song, sweetheart!
Indeed brother...I'm 55 now, I remember when I was like 12, people asked me " How can you listen to that?" Well, I grows in your soul, that's why!!
I must have heard Orion 1,000 times and I've never seen someone react to it like the way you did! Watching you get emotional while listening made me emotional as well!! The Metal community is one big family, hell, go to a live show sometime!! Bless you all and keep Metal alive!!!
RIP Cliff Burton!!!
🤘🤘
that's only because we were all too f*cked up at the venues to notice my brother.......outlaw torn!!!!!
I am a 41 year old veteran metal head and I am crying like a baby watching this young girl be so moved by one of the most underated songs of all time!!!! You are so adorable! And I don’t mean that in a condescending way at all!
Orion is one of the best orchestrated songs ever created. A good choice. There are many tho.
RIP Cliff....Metallica's best composition. Flawless song.
✌❤
Savage Dawg Cliff wrote a lot of "To live is to die" before he passed. So, that "boring" song is mostly his, too.
chernebog07 I don't doubt that he did write a lot... often wondered without researching... but that said you have to admit "To Live is to Die" is nowhere CLOSE to having the chording/phrasing/orchestration as "Orion", so yeah. Comparatively boring.
Instrumentally, Call of Ktulu for me, Cliff just wails on the bass love it, with lyrics though that's a tougher choice but i'd go with Welcome home
Savage Dawg "To Live Is To Die" is boring ?????????? get a life man :D:D:D:D your comments are boring......
I sincerely love how emotional you get when you hear beautiful music. You listen with your heart and not just your ears.
A deep hole in my soul, I lost Cliff at age 12, lost Dime at age 29 and lost Jeff Hanneman at age 38. Damn I miss them.
Don't forget Chuck Schuldiner.
Chris Oliva Savatage
And Lemmy at 50, i'm talking about me. I miss you Lemmy
When Dime passed away i was destroyed... I was 14, Just got into Pantera, really enjoyed them, at the time they were my fav band, and the news hit me really bad Rip Dime, Hope One day we Will meet somewhere so i Can tell you how much your music meant to me
well theres a reason you still know their names. the memory remains
Orion is Heavy Metal Mozart!
Scott Boyer Cliff Burton was Metallica!
Mozart was chintzy hair metal, metallica is beethoven
Can't say I disagree with that.
Festering In The Crypt better... vivaldi
You lot don't know what your talking about. JSBach was the absolute master of classical. They considered putting him onto the voyager message, but thought that it would be showing off, hence they used mozart instead. He predates all mentioned here, and was better than all combined. Look up toccata and fugue, that's where heavy metal started!
You cried after listening Orion by Metallica..
The Sweetest and The Most Harmless Girl Ever.
Love her
We all cried after losing Cliff this was his song 😓🎸🤘🏻😥
Love her
No one makes songs like this anymore. Period. Nothing corny about someone being deep enough to be moved by a song with no words. Music does that, it's a blessing. Life would be a cold desolate place without music.
Not true. There's one or two. You just have to know where to look.
The bass solo in this song actually blows my mind so hard. this song is just pure passion.
Awesome! I'm 53. Been listening to metal all my life... still makes me cry! So good to see young people appreciate music. Has always made me feel alive....🖤🤘🏻
lol nobody cares how old you are.
Bret Zagar nobody cares about your poser ass PERIOD.
Bro I dont think Bret was insulting the guy, just sayin no discrimination by age, metal for all.
Metal is where I go when I get depressed never fails to make you feel better
This is exactly what music is supposed to do...make you feel.
Might want to check out Joe Satriani and Steve Vai...some nice instrumentals there as well. Frank Zappa had some really nice work too.
Damn u brought me back 25yrs! This was my bread and butter as a kid! Made me super emotional too😥
I watched several of your other reaction videos and was honestly not sure what to think, but when Orion brought a black girl unfamiliar with Metallica to tears....I felt it was a very genuine reaction and a good analysis of the song. It is very moving and sadly Cliff Burton has passed RIP. You just gained a Subscriber and I am eager to hear more of your thoughts on any future songs. It was not a corny or embarrassing reaction but a genuine reaction, LOVED IT. Peace be with you and good luck with the channel.
GREATEST BAND EVER !!!!!
LONG LIVE CLIFF
The slower part was what my wife and I used for our wedding march.
We did too! Started song from the beginning and started marching when the guitar first kicks in! Was awesome!!
@@jasont5405@Rich Ware I’m imagining how that would look really f ing cool good on you two
Very cool!
That's so badass, hope I can find a girl that appreciates metal like you did, nicely done
A lot of people question why anyone would enjoy a reaction video, but this is a shining example of what it's all about: getting to witness someone else sharing their genuine thoughts about something you love and appreciating it the same way you do, like sharing a favorite restaurant with a friend or Introducing a friend to a new pet. It warms your heart and affirms your feelings towards whatever is being shared. That's why I watch these.
Before cliff burton died (The bass player)he was really into the classical composers.
32 years later I still get goosebumps when this comes on
unbrokensoul35 me too!
When I heard this album other blacks harrassed me for listening to metal. Your reaction in the video was what I felt in 1987. Metallica is still my favorite band today. Welcome to the real side of music... this band makes music that connects to the soul.
You definitely wasn't the only one! I knew a nice bit that loved Metallica back then.
Honestly, they had no choice but to be introduced to Metallica, if they wanted a ride in my car.
Back in the 90s I was a diesel mechanic. One of the black drivers I saw from time to time had broken down. When I got out of the service truck he had his feet kicked up on the dash and was jamming to Maiden!. I fixed his truck and we talked about 1/2 an hour about who we had seen and wanted to see. Metal knows no color.
@Hans
That's not true, and a quite dickish response.
Generally, they wanna seperate from the norm (clothes, slang, walk, etc). And if they wanna conform, that makes me happy!
Still don't understand? How about you grab a history book. That history book doesn't go very far back either!
And don't even mention the Barbary Slave Trade either. I'm Irish and I know my history (and it's fkd up). Everyone handles their history different.
So did Jimmi Hendrix... He made music that connects with the soul...
That would've been my argument to them, if I were in your shoes at that time, lol... what are they gonna say? Fuck Hendrix too? nah they wouldn't. Rock isn't about the color of your skin... Glad people are finally realizing it... Tho it did take a long time.
Rap is real too now😉
Young Lady I have been listening to that band since 1983. You see they were the soundtrack to my teen years and beyond. To see you boldly "jump in the fire" with no expectations and react the way you did was amazing. Thanx for your honesty in being a fan.
Keep it heavy.

Orion is one of The Best instrumentals EVER🤘🤘the time changes are sick!...love the new intro🖤
try the call of ktulu and to live is to die
Orion sounds like... I don't know, it sounds more like classical music to me. And Cliff Burton was practically Bach or Mozart of our time. RIP, Cliff.
xiljadu klonova yes To Live Is To Die is another very moving piece
Here it is, To Live Is To Die with Jason Newsted (Live Seattle '89): ua-cam.com/video/5Ez3xKH52jY/v-deo.html
Best possible quality, amazing sound!
Liz # - You should check out La Villa Strangiato by Rush.
It was a big influence on Metallica writing tunes like this.
The emotion, the dynamics, it's just a hell of a ride.
Faith in humanity..restored.
Szegedi Krisztian This is the faith itself... restoration must be found somewhere else ;)
amen!
Orion is incredible! My favourite instrumental of all time.
I don't know. To me it competes with Call of Chtulu! To this day I can't decide which is better 💓
Anyone that thinks your metal journey is "over" has never found more than tears and beauty in Orion. Everything is there. EVERYTHING. Nice awakening. Appropriate.
You are such a beautiful person for doing this. I'm 47 years old, and I remember my mom getting this album for me. I still get those chills after listening to that song. It will never get old.
you get it. rip cliff.
She gets it...at all the right moments....
Cliff had the classical training to complement Kirk's "melodic" playing, but also the stones to keep Lars and James in check. They've had some good stuff since those days, but back then their songwriting was on another level. R.I.P. Cliff!
Jenni Anchors yes she does. Thank you.
Cliff was Metallica's lifeblood
Orion is a really incredible piece, but you 100% need to listen to "To Live Is To Die". It was Cliff Burton's last intro into Metallica instrumental and it's an absolutely beautiful, moving, and emotional piece of music.
I play live is to die all times one of my fav as well she should here that one ✌✌🎶🎶🎶🎶
It is really good, but imo, orion is the best instrumental. Sometimes i wonder how musicians of old would react to it. With headphones of course.
@Noktum Whatever Absolutely.
It was also the last song he has his name on.... So Sad Miss you Cliff.
"The guitar is the only doing the vocals"
I think i'm going to subscribe to her that phrase is just something magic and touched me so hard ;-;
Every time I listen to this instrumental, it takes me to another dimension...and then I descend on to reality
This is quite possibly the most beautiful reaction to a metal song. This completely blows my mind as to how beautiful we all are inside. You maam are a wonderful person. From an old white dude who's always listening to metal and funk you make me feel good for expanding my musical horizons.
YA, i often put holes in the wall....
Agreed
I still get excited and emotional when I hear old school metallica! 🤘🏻🖤
#MetalChick4Life
in my opinion this song is one of the greatest in the entire history of music.
Concur. Spring, TX.
This song is one of the main reasons I started playing bass.
form52 this song is giving me the will to begin. But I already play guitar so I don’t know
So many people have misconceptions about metal music, they think its all about anger and they have no idea the heart and soul that goes into it. Nothing wrong with shedding some tears when a piece of music moves you, and if you want some more emotional Metallica listen to The Day That Never Comes live from Quebec Magnetic. Very powerful.
Not only that, but the skill that goes into it.
As long as it's played with a Metal Pick it's metal in my opinion lol
Well said Eric. Metal is beauty, not just some stupid genre about devil worship or music for angry confused teenagers. Orion is life!
A better way to describe metal...good metal at least, is emotion. Sometimes that emotion is anger and aggression, yes. Ok, a lot of times it is. But then there are those times when it isn't so representative of the darker side of human feelings, but is rather something else. Something almost...I don't know, is magical too much of a word to use?
Isn't it beautiful? It still gives me goosebumps and I'm 35 yrs old. I've listened to this practically all of my life.
Congrats
I was 15 when Kill em all was released. When Ride the Lightning came out, Call of Ktulu really grabbed me, then Master came out and I heard Orion, I was grabbed again. Early Metallica changed everything for me. Keep going with your open mind, it's very refreshing.
"Nothing Else Matters" would probably evoke similar emotions. Missing his girlfriend while on tour, Hetfield was talking to her on the phone and was one hand strumming the E minor chords while he talked. He later turned it into a song in which he never intended to be released as he had written it for himself. Lars (drummer) heard it and convinced Hetfield to release it on their next album. One of their "milder" songs but very powerful.
Just to be pedantic, not E minor chord, just the open strings. I imagine he had his left hand holding the phone while idly plucking the open strings with his right, hence creating the opening of Nothing else matters.
The open strings that he was strumming (E, B and G) are the notes in an E minor chord, in other words an E minor arpeggio. So he's not wrong in saying Hetfield was strumming an E minor chord, it's just that it was arpeggiated.
I was going from memory of what I read when I researched the song. Sounds like you two play guitar. I always wanted to learn but I could never get around to it. I have great respect for those who do play.
You totally “get it”. Thank you for being so open minded and appreciative of great music. This truly is music for the soul. I get lost in Metallica’s music.
I just watched your video. Your reaction made me tearful too. I love metal. I grew up with it. I love the people, the atmosphere, the collective state of mind that shines from it. Lots of love from somewhere near London..x
This is the reason I started playing bass almost 30 years ago. Cliff was an amazing musician, composer, and human being.
And this particular song makes me cry, too.
I have never heard someone say that the guitars are actually singing and filling the role of the vocals. That is such a spot-on and insightful interpretation which definitely fits this song especially the middle section. Nice job.
You won't believe how spot on your comment is. I felt the same and noted that on the top of my OC book.
I always felt the guitars were more like a violin duet...
Agree, I've always felt like that as well and to hear other people mirror these sentiments and get it in the same way is really cool.
This comment will get lost among so many others but still wanted to thank you for bringing me back to the day I first entered to that record store I put the headphones on and selected the big red and yellow label that read: Listen to the latest from Metallica! I was so moved by the sheer beauty of Orion and your reaction brought me back to that day. So just that. Thank you.
The Cliff Burton bass solo at 5:30 and subsequent bars DEFINES the feelings of “perseverance through sorrow”. My absolute favorite Metallica song and it’s wonderful to see such a legit reaction to a wonderful song. Great vid!
Everyone subbed to your channel loves you and adore your honest and emotional reactions to this music. It's such a wonderful experience to be able to share these songs with other people and it's amazing that even though we don't live on the same continent or background that we can all still bond over these music because it touches everyone in a unique way
Just to let you know
2:00, 3:20, 5:37, and 10:40 are mostly or entirely played on bass
Cliff Burton was truly a magician and this song is truly a masterpiece.
Also, I know another really emotional instrumental song called
Metallica - To Live is To Die
that song takes you on an emotional journey.
John TF2 i was going to comment this lol
To live is to die is even more emotional when you know the lyrics were written by cliff. One of the last things he wrote.
Lol
The beast of bass
I wonder if Cliff ever met Steve Harris
The fact that Cliff passed away few months after release of this album makes it more heartbreaking .
didn't know that, so sad...
And the way he died was tragic. Crushed by a tour bus after it hitting a patch of black ice while they were on tour in Europe.
Earbuds do not do Rock justice.

I simply can't give this video enough thumbs up. It's amazing to relive music that touches our hearts, thank you for this very open & heartfelt reaction. I was smiling, feeling goosebumps and going through the emotional journey with you. As many people here have said, music truly is a journey. Thank you, Metallica, and thank you PinkMetalHead \m/ rock on!
Loved your reaction sis!!! I still remember hearing this for the first time in my early teens when I first got into metal, and it was one of those life changing songs for me. It touched my soul, and it's refreshing to see you have that same reaction that I had back then!
Metal community accepts everyone. Subbed.
Britt Compagni yes sir...
DooM Guy 83 yup. People always think we are evil assholes. Never seen a dude fall in the pit and not get picked back up by everyone close.
we don't have emotions besides hatred though.
So true.
Listen to unforgiven trilogy.
Cliff was a god, and the true Hart and soul of Metallica. It was a sad day when he died.
I remember being in Jr high, when they came out with this gem, and I was hooked. Old school Metallica was the best.
Yeah I was in junior high school at that time too. The school I attended was called East middle School in Downey California. The same junior high that James Hetfield himself attended back in the day. 🤘
What a beautiful video! Long-time Metal fan, and this was just amazing.
As some have mentioned, Cliff Burton, the band's bass player wrote this song. I don't know how good you are at picking out bass from guitar, but right after the part where you got choked up Cliff's basslines start going a little crazy and he starts playing very melodic riffs that sometimes break into the same octive range that the guitar is playing. So, it tends to get covered up by and mixes in with the guitar work.
I recommend checking out this video with an isolated bass line. This fellow does a pretty good job. At 5:38, the guitar and bass interweave in a harmony before splitting back off for some more solo licks. I feel like this really shows the genius that was Cliff.
ua-cam.com/video/xm6p8g83BvM/v-deo.html
*This breaks me up 33 years after the first time I heard it, because Cliff was one of the reasons I learned to play bass, and hearing this makes me feel connected with his spirit. I know you feel that, by your reaction.
Much love, and rock on!
exactly why I bawl like a baby everytime I hear this song
Cliff got me inspired me to play and guitar parts
*"Orion" is one of Metallica's most underrated songs.*
It’s my favorite Metallica song! Takes me to somewhere else.
Lol how is it underrated
It is in the hearts and souls of hundreds of millions of people.
They have only played this less than 20 times live in 37 years of doing shows.
I consider myself so lucky to have heard it live and in the flesh.
Not under rated at all. I'd say it's their magnum opus...
😂
RIP Cliff. "Call of the Ktulu" was magic to the ears. I had no friends as a pre-teen other than my guitar., I spent weeks learning that "Ktulu" in my room , I would literally sleep to Ride The Lightning lol. Keep up the great work with an open mind to music :)
+Joseph Miller I think what stuck in my head is not only the moments I spent learning to try and master it, the sound and feel of the masterpiece, but the emotion put into it. I will always think Megadeth a bigger challenge that would piss me off with hand cramps :P
The greatest is when I actually *DID* learn the song , years later upon meeting my daughter's Mom. They were a music friendly group. Her younger brother loved guitar. We used to play around on that 6 stringed acoustic love. I slowly taught him to play "Call of the Ktulu".
He finally got it . He was the little brother that I never had.
He died of cancer a few years ago, taken from this globe WAY too young and too soon leaving a little one behind :(
This song means much to me not only because I was that long haired dude that had no girlfriend sitting in my room jamming out pretending I was a rockstar in front of the other kids that would make fun of me , but being able to share that art to a fellow metal head that I saw a lot of me in.
It was a kick ass finger torture :) I was happy to spread that love of music to my fellow metal head jr. May he jam out with Cliff and his favorite - Dimebag. He still needed to learn the late and great Randy .... another day on some other planet.
I slept to rtl every night in elementary
You're such a beautiful soul. I truly enjoy watching you experience these amazing songs for the first time. Keep spreading your light~☆
Right now I'm seeing your reaction, girl I've just cried right now, when I first heard this I was 10 years old, it was a pretty tough time, and seeing you cried, it reminded me of those difficult times, but that bass of Cliff always gets me, glad you're in the metal community.
I'm truly envious that you are listening this for first time!
Huh!? I'm jealous too
Orion is the name of a constellation that symbols a man with a bow and arrow which means hunter. In eastern culture the astrologs call it "jabbar" and orion got it's name from there. It means TYRANT or oppressor. And if you listen deeply you will find out that it shows the story between the OPPRESSOR and the OPPRESSED. and the ending part is just the endless battle in between.
Metallica is the greatest hand of all time, no doubt.
THE greatest for sure
Megadeth
The call to Ktulu is one that should be reviewed as well
Its actually called when hell freezes over
Frank Jacobo yes it should, in my opinion the call of ktulu is Metallica’s best instrumental, although orion is still a very good instrumental
@@mikebaker3362 yes, that was the original title, but then Cliff changed it
I was going to recommend "Call of Ktulu" but I see somebody beat me to it !! This is another of the GREATEST instrumentals ever written,....( IMHO ).....

There's a reason why Metallica is the #1 selling metal band of all time...
Erik Stone because they sold out :D
I can't hate. If I were making Metallica money, I'd sell out too! They're laughing all the way to the bank.
Sorry but Metallica was so good fame and fortune found them, they didn't sell out
Erik Stone lol what a clown
Lowell Kelley they don’t even make thrash anymore lol
You are so beautiful!! Your face says it all. This has been by far my favorite Metallica song. I was 8 when. This came out in 1986, and I still cry and get goosebumps! You rock. Your faces said it all. You feel it.
What a beautifull reaction pink! You made me feel emotional too.
Ive heard this track thousands of times but listening with you tonight made me hear it in a new light.thank you so much..😢
Rip Cliff! Great reaction, beautiful song. So much emotion put into it. Thank you so much for being so authentic, and genuine. ❤️
This masterpiece was Cliff Burton's creation...
i watch all of the reaction channels including the one you mentioned, you legitimately react in such a honest and genuine way thats seems a little more real than the others, major respect and thank you for your content
This song is literally a metal Symphony. It's up its down its back up again. Its an emotional rollercoaster of a song.
GOD YES MORE PINK!!! Yes you pronounced Orion perfectly. I will always love the intro . It is such a joy to see you reacting to metallica And YOU ARE DEFINITELY PART OF THE METAL COMMUNITY not only for the videos you post but for the passion , emotion and dedication you have shown. Your expression says it all which is the same in terms of how we feel about this music and how it touches you as well as it touches us . I /we love you! SHINE ON QUEEN SHINE ON FOR YOU ARE GREATNESS :)
That's the appropriate time to get teared up, right when Cliff's bass solo starts. Subbed.
Couldn't agree more. I love the way her facial expressions mirror what I felt the first time I heard this phenomenal track. And I love the simple way she reviews it without any pretension, simply a heartfelt celebration of fantastic music. Peace and love, y'all! xx
I'm a big Metallica fan. That song still makes me cry too😂 Metallica has helped me cope with a lot in life. They are badass 👍
I admit I cry sometimes to "Fade To Black" And it' has genuinely helped me, and undoubtedly MANY MANY MANY people through the years. "Orion" just blows my mind, every single time !
This band and this album changed my life in 1986. This song still brings goosebumps and tears after all this time. It's an honor to see it change you over thirty years later.
Cliff Burton was the man! Need to listen to "Anesthesia, Pulling Teeth". Done completely with bass guitar..💯
Hands down the best bassist there is/was
Or just listen to for whom the Bell tolls live a d cliffs performance of the songs intro is so fn heavy my head near feel off my shoulders head banging so hard was like fuck yeah that was cliff em all day at the green and about that time I was reborn the metallathrasher. Metallica fan that IAM today more long hair with hair spray thick as the bullahit lyric of them band just straight hardcore heavy metal Metallica music
Yes!!! Pulling teeth.. Love cliff
@@n8gmail913 lolol that description of cliff on bell live. Man was a monster.
Cliff em ALL!!!!!!!
Someone needs to make a video of Metallica reacting to this. They would love to see how much Cliff is fondly remembered (as if they didn't already know). This is one of the best examples I've seen of how someone's legacy can live on in song.
That was so sweet and from the heart. Your getting me all emotional. ROCK ON!!!
Welcome home! Love your honesty
I love it when kids and young adults discover the music that I grew up listening to and actually like it. I love it even more that you didn't just listen to this. You "heard" it.
Became it
BEAUTIFUL!!!! That's the power of METALLICA!!! Not just a band. Metallica saved my life... The songs always told what I was feeling in my teenages times.
Your reaction is incredibly powerful. You can see it touched you deeply which is exactly what it's intended to do. Good for you miss. Now following you, thank u!
That's the most beautiful reaction of all time love you sista from Winnipeg MB Canada keep enjoying cuz so will I keep reacting WE ARE ALL here for you
Dearest PinkMetalHead welcome to the GREATEST BASSIST EVER he was taken away from us too early no one has been able to copy him RIP CLIFF
Bill Weihrich Amen brother, something died in Metallica when Cliff died, they never were the same band.
Word.. RIP Cliff
RIP Cliff. Metallica to me was never the same after he died. He was the heart of the band, it's soul, and I think Jane's really needed him.
Another great done in the same vein you could try is The Call of Cthulhu from Ride the lightening. The band was playing with the same / similar ideas in that song, and their previous guitarist before Kirk was insane.

🎸 before was Dave Mustang
I wouldn't call him THE greatest but he's up there with the greats. R.I.P Cliff. The heart of Metallica.

Thanks Nate🤘🏽🤗

What a genuine and Beautiful reaction. One of their best. Welcome to the metal family.
My exact reaction in the 80's when I first heard it , I love the reaction to a priceless masterpiece thanks to Cliff
Thank you Cliff, you inspired me to play. Thanks you James and Kirk for them unison bends in the middle of Cliffs bit. Beautiful piece of music.
This is why we love METALLICA,not because of long hair or being mean and tuff it's because their music evokes emotion and that they are some of the greatest musicians to ever play together\m/
Wow, I was your age when i first Heard it way back when it came out and i Want to thank you for helping me Relive That Moment through you. I Felt your Emotion! By The Way Cliff Burton Was the Sickest Bass Player To Walk the Planet. RIP Cliff
Like a mach 5 missile straight to the feels.
I think I was outside at night, probably drunk looking at the moon. Mind blown. The Walkman was my constant companion..
You are so great! You get me choked up every time feeling the vibe of the music....
