@atdyeam1605 Drizzle olive oil on toasted sourdough bread, spread mashed avocado, sprinkle on some black sesame seeds plus a little bit of chili flakes. Spread some lemon zest on top. Enjoy!
Overnight oats are a gamechanger. I'll make a big bunch of glass jars (I just use old PB jars) filled with all the dried ingredients then cover one with soy/oat milk and pop in the fridge. The morning I eat it I will cover the next days one with milk and pop that in the fridge for the following day. Super super easy.
New to Veganism ? You're gunna meet some really deluded twisted people who don't understand health nor nutrition. Eating meat is healthy. Don't believe their delusional lies. Veganism is a CULT. You'll get sicker and sicker and you'll eat more and more supplements and processed garbage.
Got introduced to you from the Twin experiment you partook in on Netflix! Everything here looks so good. Can't wait to try this. My goal is to lean more vegan this year as I work on my health and fitness!
This was great, thank you!! I also love avocado toast on sourdough, I top mine with thin-sliced Japanese cucumbers and sprinkle them with ground smoked paprika, yum!
Hey there! Loving these high-protein vegan breakfast ideas, especially for someone like me on a budget. You've got me excited to kickstart my mornings deliciously and wallet-friendly. Keep 'em coming, please! 🌱🥑🥗
Love the healthy recipe ideas Nimai! Keep them coming! 🙂 I do the overnight oats already, but I never thought to mix chickpeas and avocado onto toast. This will be a game changer for my weight gain journey after being underweight for as long as I can remember.
Thank you Brother for these great recipes. My friend just put me on to your channel last night. I still eat meat and didn’t think it was true that a vegan could get shredded on a vegan diet. So my friend showed me your video last night and informed me, You are a vegan and in great shape. GOD Bless you for your valuable channel. I will take small steps to try the vegan diet. Thanks again
Thank you for this man. I have been meal prepping a lot lately, and prepping tofu scrambles for breakfast takes a lot of time. I'm going to try these right away.
I love all of these! I tend to always have a big smoothie in the morning, but I need more variety. I always forget about overnight oats, so thanks for the reminder. We have the same toaster, it's great for the big slices!
my only breakfast weekdays is morning spiced cacao mylk with dates & a banana. Only Saturdays i can cook my brekky - a spiced grain porridge adding chickpea flour & a stewed apple or pumpkin with nuts & seeds, sometimes with "syrniki" - sweet homemade soft cheese fritters.
I love overnight oats, but like you said you can get bored with them. I’m trying the pb fit cacao one tomorrow! I’m always looking for new oat recipes!
I have plain organic oatmeal every day, but I sprinkle in various Navitas powders including pomegranate, açaí, and cacao, also dragon fruit powder from Pitaya foods. When I have soup, I throw in superfood greens blend (moringa, kale wheatgrass), adaptogen blend (Maca, reishi, ashwaganda), plus Ohm mushroom master blend, locally produced tinctures of lions mane, chaga, Turkey tail), a drop of iodine with kelp, and i drop in microgreens I grow using humama. Never thought I would care about all of this, but we have access to such amazing ingredients today! It all adds up to super nutritious deliciousness.
Thank you for this. Great video of this will help a lot. I deal with heartburn and acid reflux. but I believe this recipe will do great for my health. I’m trying to get more lean
I do amaranth and buckwheat because it’s better for the gut microbiome and has more protein. It’s just different texture and takes more time than rolled oats.
Hi Nimai, thanks for these great breakfast ideas, especially the overnight oats and smashed avo! I need high protein and carbs breakfasts to keep me going as a pro cleaner. Though I'd burn through the smoothie in an hour. Can you please post more vegan breakfast ideas suitable for people who work in physically intensive jobs such as myself? Typically cleaners use up a lot of energy but I would say mostly at a steadier rate than frequent bursts of high energy. High protein, carbs, low GI, something that will keep me going the whole day without needing to have lunch. 🙏
These look terrific--I'm always looking for plant-based meal ideas as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs and the IGF-1, BLV and DDT in meat. Thanks for sharing
Thank you for sharing your breakfast ideas/recipes. I love avocado toast with microgreens and smoothies too. However, I never thought about adding chickpeas to the avocado. I definitely will give this a try. 😋 But, I have yet to try the overnight oats. I love oatmeal! I guess I am trying to wrap my head around eating cold oatmeal. 😊😂
Man! I'm in love with these overnight oats!!!!!!!! You've made my morning so much tastier and easier. Sometimes I can't wait for the morning to eat my overnight oats!!! 😂❤ thanks
I suggest organic steel cut oats instead of rolled oats. You need to soak overnight and heat to boil and simmer for 30 minutes. However, I make enough for one week on the weekend and then store in the refrigerator.
Switching up the oats is definitely a good idea. Thanks once again, Nimai. P.S that shirt is so handy, you can just grab your stuff straight from the oven. Shower shirt? :P
Since I’ve gone vegan, my favorite thing is to just sit down and eat raw organic fruit and vegetables one at a time. When you stop eating animals, everything tastes so much better and I’m a super taster, so I should know!😊
I love these, especially the Avocado toast. My only critique is instead of regular salt, maybe use Kosher salt? It's better and adds a bit more flavor and of course use real lemons. Other than that, I love everything else. I will try the overnight Oats.
looks delicious, good ideas! We're gradually moving to a plant-based diet. Question about the oat recipe, 1 tablespoon seems like a lot. Vanilla bottle caps are usually 1 teaspoon. Did you mean teaspoon?
Thank you for these videos. I’m going plant-based. I’ve attempted in the past. But now that I’m working out and weightlifting my perspective on diet has changed. How can I get my protein needs on a plant based diet? Asking that question in the mind set of somebody who works out is making this transition so much easier.
Hey brother even i am Hindu from india. Hare Krishna as a part of the vaishnav like to greet you with Jai shree krishna. You are literally doing a good work..!!! #thegamechanger
Just curious roughly how many grams of fat do you get in a day? Thanks for the videos. I agree overnight oats are the best for great nutrition and quick.
Overnight oats is my go to brekkie 4 days a week. So simple and easy. I add custard casein powder which makes the texture firm, like a mousse. Top with yoghurt, berries & hempseeds 😋
Thanks Nimai for sharing. I done vegan before but i done blood check aftet while found white blood cells drop massively and stop since then. Might i done it wrong i have no clue. Keep up good work👍🏼😘
I feel glad and grateful when I see content like this. Thank you for good advice and making the World a better place.
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Avocado on sour dough is 🔥 But I never considered adding mashed chickpeas before. Great idea 👍
Adding a little olive oil and some lemon zest makes this really excellent.
Same!
@@esaacjay olive oil and lemon zest in the mashed avo or on top as a drizzle/garnish?
@atdyeam1605 Drizzle olive oil on toasted sourdough bread, spread mashed avocado, sprinkle on some black sesame seeds plus a little bit of chili flakes. Spread some lemon zest on top. Enjoy!
or could just mix hommus on top. not high protein though

He forgot plant milk
Im going fully vegan starting Oct 2023 om at 5days a week rn and i will definitely be using all these recipes ty have a blessed day
Nice! Green onions are great on the Avo toast too. And some Hemp seeds.
Adding chickpeas to avocado is genius! I am fairly new to eating plants only so great ideas like that make the transition that much easier.
Go back to eating meat….being vegan is dumb
New to Veganism ? You're gunna meet some really deluded twisted people who don't understand health nor nutrition.

Veganism is a CULT. You'll get sicker and sicker and you'll eat more and more supplements and processed garbage.
I said the same thing! Great idea with the chickpeas!
Got introduced to you from the Twin experiment you partook in on Netflix! Everything here looks so good. Can't wait to try this. My goal is to lean more vegan this year as I work on my health and fitness!
I wondered why he looked so familiar!
Love the chickpeas added to avocado!!
So good to live vegan!
Man, that lighting tho! Anybody notice how perfectly the soft red and blue in the back corner set the perfect chill mood?
I appreciate you noticing 🙌🏼
This was great, thank you!! I also love avocado toast on sourdough, I top mine with thin-sliced Japanese cucumbers and sprinkle them with ground smoked paprika, yum!
Thank you Nimai, i´m glad that you are making more content for your social media. ¡NO MORE MEAT! Reporting from Ecuador

Thank you for this man. I have been meal prepping a lot lately, and prepping tofu scrambles for breakfast takes a lot of time. I'm going to try these right away.
I love these ones with meals! Excited to try chickpeas in the avacado. Great idea. I always throw some saurkraut on top to!
Ohh, that sounds delicious
I love micro greens 🌱Looking forward to lunch ideas ☺️ Thank you!
I love all of these! I tend to always have a big smoothie in the morning, but I need more variety. I always forget about overnight oats, so thanks for the reminder. We have the same toaster, it's great for the big slices!
Love these ideas - would have to tweak them for weight loss, but would likely still be satisfied!!
my only breakfast weekdays is morning spiced cacao mylk with dates & a banana. Only Saturdays i can cook my brekky - a spiced grain porridge adding chickpea flour & a stewed apple or pumpkin with nuts & seeds, sometimes with "syrniki" - sweet homemade soft cheese fritters.
Honestly this is what i've always been looking for in terms of macro counting
Sourdough bread is my favorite next to crossaints. Another good topping for Avocado toast is pine nuts or pumpkin seeds
I love overnight oats, but like you said you can get bored with them. I’m trying the pb fit cacao one tomorrow! I’m always looking for new oat recipes!
Nimai just keeps putting out excellent video after excellent video. Love him 🙌🏻
I just had an avocado toast while watching this video, a nice coincidence. What a great idea to mix avocado with chickpeas, gonna try it next time.

I love how you have a Tapatio! 😋 Lovely video!
For the last 3 years, I have had 1 cup of organic oats with turmeric, black pepper, & 2 organic bananas for breakfast; Mon. - Sat. 90% of the time😎.
killer👍I do the same but add a glass of nut milk, too. So good sometimes I'm afraid it's addictive . . . .
Almost 100k!!!
Thank you for this. Great video of this will help a lot. I deal with heartburn and acid reflux. but I believe this recipe will do great for my health. I’m trying to get more lean

You forgot to mention the liquid when preparing the overnight oats. How much do you need? Can water be used or vegan milk is better?

Thank you but these are very high on calories so would require a lot of time in gym. Can you th8n’ of something with 50% lower calories?
I love these, especially the Avocado toast. My only critique is instead of regular salt, maybe use Kosher salt? It's better and adds a bit more flavor and of course use real lemons. Other than that, I love everything else. I will try the overnight Oats.
How could it only be in the Macos 12g of Fat when it’s 2 whole 🥑 avocado for the avocado toast?
looks delicious, good ideas! We're gradually moving to a plant-based diet. Question about the oat recipe, 1 tablespoon seems like a lot. Vanilla bottle caps are usually 1 teaspoon. Did you mean teaspoon?
