I'm 59 and do pretty much the same things that UA-camr Chris Gibson does (sans all the expensive products) and have very little signs of skin aging. A keto diet, intermittent fasting, whole organic foods, a homemade vitamin C serum, regular exercise (walking, cycling, weight training), face yoga, collagen peptides, selenium, hydrolauric acid, and meditation.
My Korean mom (from the old country) used the exfoliate washcloth method on me and my siblings when I was growing up. It’s not the most pleasant process for a kid. However, I got used to it and it works wonders!! 😊 I still use this method on myself to exfoliate. Makes the skin feel and look fabulous. Now at 57, I am thankful for the health and look of my skin. I am 50% Caucasian and 50% Korean, and take after my mom. Old school ways work for me. ❤
I am 67 years old and I have been playing sports for more than 50 years. I'm a power lifter and fitness trainer two weeks ago I cycle 70 kilometers for four hours and I run and train 4 times a week in the gym. For my age I don't have sagging skin and also no wrinkles. I never take supplements and I don't use fake protein powder that’s junk food I make my own fresh protein at home and I don't eat refine sugar and trans fat and junk food that cause skin aging and heart problems and stroke. I have been taking care of my skin for 40 years and I eat foods rich in collagen and I also make my own face masks, retinol ,and more and that works perfectly and I see results.
I do the same things but instead of cycling, I walk 14 km a day, 6 days a week and eat zero processed food. A few weeks ago my Dr. followed me as I left his office, to ask what I do to look young. He said his staff asked him to ask me. My husband does the same and has the body of a 25 year old sprinter. Our children are all obsessed with health and fitness. It’s the one thing I’m glad we passed down to them.
I've been doing face yoga religiously a few times a week (or whenever I think to do it) for about 2 years and use castor oil nightly. I'm 51 and I have noticed a considerable difference in my neck skin and it's tightening without procedures. I use tretinoin a few times a week also, drink collagen nightly, and make sure to moisturize a lot! I also started estrogen/progesterone/testosterone HRT therapy and that is making a difference too. I wish I would have started HRT earlier!!! I started due to bone loss, but had no idea how much protection it provides to women after we start losing estrogen after age 35.
Thank you so much Dr. Youn. I’ve learnt so much and you gave us solutions that are possible not those that only people on the high end can afford. Thank you for being so honest too.
If you stick with a facelift pillow, it works! Took me about 3,months, but I thought it was worth the time considering the investment I’d put into my face. Now I can’t sleep without it so don’t give up. No sleep lines now plus I use a silk pillowcase over the pillow.😊
Great Ideas less Invasive Skin Care Therapies ! I Love the idea Red light Mask while meditating Such an Amazing idea!! I’m definitely gonna do Dry Brushing Thank You Dr. Anthony!
People,..... just stay away from needles. No blood no discomfort. Stay away from smoking and stay away from alcohol. It's easier than you think. There's a lot of hidden evil in this world. But if you stay close to the Holy Family you got it made‼️
Thank You both so much! Great / Fair / Balanced Review of a large variety of options 👍👍👍👍👍 I’ve also been considering the spiritual &!emotional aspects… such as inner beauty… countenance…. Joy… Peace instead of worry & Relaxation / sleep vs tension & sleep deprivation. ❤
Why do people think one thing works? I have amazing skin at 63 (walk l, bike and swim outdoors) and its several things: great genetics, raised by parents obcessed with food made from scratch, non processed, no sugars. I seldom wear foundation/make up. ever
I know you mentioned estrogen for the face, but very surprised bio-identical HRT (BHRT) was not part of your skin conversation. I’m 74 & started (BHRT) one year ago & my skin all over is definitely thicker & stronger. One big noticeable plus for me is less bruising & when it does happen, it clears up quicker. Question: I had a facelift 7.5 yrs ago & it did not address RBF. Any proven treatments, devices or advice to improve it w/o surgery?!? A lot of great info in this video. Thank you!
When using tretnoin I forced my skin to accept it by applying tretnoin mixed with a moisturizer to DAMP even WET skin. No reaction this way(for me anyway)❤❤❤❤❤
What about Oralift is it efficient? I eat a good diet, no sugar, gluten, lactose for three years which has avoided a hip replacement ! I also take supplements including collagen. I do facial exercises and they are quite good. However, the skin on my arms is so crepy, saggy I can never let anyone see my arms in summer it's awful. I am slim . Any ideas ?
I'm still pretty young. 52.. This help in total vitality or my self... Carb less diet. Magnesium, vit D, K2.. 15 minutes no kortisol build practice. Wallpilates, jogs. And yoga face massage..
He clarifies so go to 27:00 & 29:00. From in to out is focused on exfoliation, then to focus on lymphatic drainage, go outside to in toward the heart. I exfoliate with special focus on dry and sun exposed areas, and then focus on lymphatic inflammation areas.

Lucky no one in my family has that. But I've been stressed and I can see my jawline changing. :( I know stress can age you faster.
What an honest discussion. By far best podcast regarding skin and anti ageing. Absolutely to the point and only truth

So so so true Dr. regarding menopause!!! Thank you for sharing that! I can truly attest to it!
Happy to hear a shout out to Dr. Mary Claire Haver!

Any recommendations for estrogen creams ?❤
RF micro needling made my skin sag more when fat was melted
Is your collagen powder made of bovine collagen?
Somthing in the water and the foods.😊
high fat zero carb…helps more
I agree my skin is baby soft. I can do the scratch test on my arm and there is never a line. I’m 62.

Try derma dry brushing, rolling 2mm and retain A and sunekos injections
Have you tried a body lotion with retinol? Gold Bond makes a good one.
What’s a good collagen supplement?
Vital proteins??
Yes is one of the most recommended collagen supplements. The marine one is apparently superior but is more expensive

Great video, thanks for the education.
Saw palmetto helps my hair grow along with biotin
Wait what? They tell pcos women to use it to stop hair growth 😂🤦🏻♀️
any thoughts on the Age Jet device?
This video isn't labelled properly. It should be called " all the reasons why it's impossible to fix a droopy neck"
click bait.
They don't know how to properly label their videos 😅
Yeah for Natto as a great fermented food.
I gained a lot of weight when doing insulin. Now at 69, I stay off the streets on Thanksgiving to keep from getting shot.
What are your thoughts on Softwave for the neck
No wonder that you are soooo shiny and kind and cute, Dr. Korean, after all ❤❤❤
Why do you waste time on clickbait topics like this? It's not great for your credibility as none of this usually works fast or even works at all.
Regarding dry brushing, i have the same confusion by telling us brush in fron in to out then after he said from down and up. Confusing!
Maybe one day ellacore can be used on upper face
I'm confused about the direction of dry brushing. Did I not hear Dr. Youn say both "out to in" and then he says "in to out". Maybe I misunderstood.
since he showed the movement with his arms, brushing from the wrist up toward the heart, I think he meant to say outside-in.
He clarifies so go to 27:00 & 29:00. From in to out is focused on exfoliation, then to focus on lymphatic drainage, go outside to in toward the heart. I exfoliate with special focus on dry and sun exposed areas, and then focus on lymphatic inflammation areas.
How much is ultherapy usually?
Ultherapy, Thermage and Sofwave and Exillis are all around $2500-$3000 per tx.
I’m 57 . Not one wrinkle on my neck .

Nobody can avoid skin sagging why is it the welthy people i knew stil they have turkey neck…
