First video I’ve changed too. I always am a go to Pamela Reif for abs. But this one was KILLER. Felt so good! Will be continuing to do this one and watch more
As usual it is great, I ve done all the abs exercises since 3 years. My only suggestion is the no rest : we lose time to change and it is not really 30s. Maybe 3s to change and 30s to work would be better :) Anyway I am looking forward for the next abs workout. Thanks Dan!
