The short 10-12 min focused one muscle group workouts are the hardest ones for me, especially abs. The pace is what's brutal,...really hard to keep up. Great stuff.

Is there any way you could do some videos about how to get the most out of these? I.e. I just learned to keep my lower back hard on the ground and it changed everything
Great question. Let's use crunches as an example. You'll exhale when crunching up and breath in on your way down. In through your nose and out through your mouth. The same breathing can be used throughout your workouts. Chest press -- exhale at the top of your lift and inhale on the way down. Hope this helps!
Head over to the Community Tab and I’ve posted the schedule for the entire week. The workouts are Mon - Wed, rest Thurs, workout Fri, rest Sat, then workout again on Sunday. We’ll repeat that schedule for 6 weeks.

This depends on a lot of factors. Remember that your fitness journey should be a long approach - not one where you crash diet and do extra workouts to quickly lose a few lbs or inches around the waist. Rarely do the results stay when you’re focused on immediate results. Plus, anyone that tries to tell you or more importantly SELL you on a plan that will lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, you shouldn’t trust. Instead, focus on small changes over time. The reality is, to lose body fat you need to be in a caloric deficit. A caloric deficit of around 500 calories per day or 3500 calories per week will usually result in a 1lb loss in body fat. Doesn’t seem like much, but it’s a huge difference - especially over time. Take your time, enjoy the journey, focus on eating well balanced meals, cutting out foods that don’t serve you, and stay consistent with your exercise. The results will come.
