Thanks for sharing. I have tried all these alternatives. I used to do tofu scrambles a lot but now I don’t do eggless breakfast that much these days but when I do Just Egg is normally what I have since my hubby likes it. Have you tried Pumfu as an alternative?

I been wfpb for 3 years. All the plantbased eggs have a laundry list of ingredients that I will pass on . And now fried egg like n boiled egg like...I pass. But I will experiment with mung beans n lentils for sure. Thanks for the info 😊

I've used tofu for scrambles and just eggs. Also aquafaba for French toast. This video is excellent. Got to try the beans.
